PEGAS: Launch of Physical Futures contracts for PSV market
area on 17 June 2015
Leipzig, Paris, 21 April 2015 – PEGAS, the pan-European gas trading platform
operated by Powernext, will launch new physical natural gas Futures contracts on the
Italian Punto di Scambio Virtuale (PSV) on 17 June 2015 to complete the existing offer.
The range of products will include trading for the next 3 Months, the next 3 Quarters,
the next 2 Seasons and the next Calendar Year. Furthermore, PEGAS will introduce a
location spread between PSV and TTF as well as a spread between the existing
financial product and the new physical product for PSV on all Futures maturities.

has been working in close relationship with its clearing house European Commodity
Clearing (ECC) as well as the Italian Transmission System Operators AEEG and SNAM
Rete Gas. The launch of the new products follows the request from market participants
and will support the development of PSV as one of the most important gas hubs in
Europe.”
PSV Financial Futures were launched on PEGAS on 26 March. Spot market products
for the PSV market area are planned to be introduced in Q4 2015. Clearing and
physical delivery of all products are managed by ECC, the central clearing house for
energy and related products in Europe.

PEGAS: Einführung von physischen Futures für das
Marktgebiet PSV am 17. Juni 2015
Leipzig, Paris, 21. April 2015 – PEGAS, die von Powernext betriebene
Gashandelsplattform, wird am 17. Juni 2015 auch physische erfüllte Erdgaskontrakte
am Terminmarkt für den italienischen Punto di Scambio Virtuale (PSV) einführen, die
das bestehende Angebot in diesem Markt ergänzen.
Das Produktangebot wird den Handel der nächsten drei Monate, drei Quartale und zwei
Halbjahre sowie das nächste Kalenderjahr umfassen. Darüber hinaus wird ein Location
Spread zwischen PSV und TTF sowie ein weiterer Spread zwischen dem bestehenden
finanziellen Produkt und dem neuen physischen Produkt für den PSV für alle
Terminmarkt-Fälligkeiten angeboten.

Die finanziellen Futures für das Marktgebiet PSV wurden am 26. März auf PEGAS
gestartet. Die Spotmarktprodukte für dieses Marktgebiet werden voraussichtlich im
vierten Quartal 2015 eingeführt. Das Clearing und die physische Abwicklung aller
Produkte übernimmt die ECC, das zentrale Clearinghaus für Energie und energienahe
Produkte in Europa.

PEGAS: Lancement des contrats physiques au PSV le 17 juin
2015
Leipzig, Paris, le 21 avril 2015 PEGAS, la plateforme de négociation paneuropéenne
du gaz gérée par Powernext va lancer de nouveaux contrats Futures de gaz naturel à
livraison physiques au PSV (Punto di Scambio Virtuale) italien le 17 juin 2015, en
complément de l’offre existante.
La gamme complète de produits comprendra des contrats sur les 3 prochains mois, les
3 prochains trimestres, les 2 prochaines saisons et la prochaine année calendaire. De
plus, PEGAS va introduire les spreads géographiques entre le PSV et le TTF ainsi
qu’un spread entre les produits PSV financiers existant et les nouveaux produits à
livraison physique pour l’ensemble des maturités Futures.

ainsi que les Gestionnaire de Réseau de Transport AEEG et SNAM Rete Gas afin de

du PSV, en tant qu’hub gazier européen majeur. »
Les Futures financiers au PSV ont été lancés le 26 mars et Le lancement des
instruments Spot est lui prévu au quatrième trimestre 2015. La compensation et la
livraison physique sont gérées par ECC (European Commodity Clearing), la chambre
de compensation centrale européenne les produits liés à l’énergie.
