Charnière électrique de masse – EGH
La partie inférieure de la charnière est montée sur le coffret
électrique et la partie supérieure, sur la porte.
La liaison pivot est réalisée par un axe de Ø 6 mm.
En plus de la fonction mécanique de pivot, la charnière assure
également la liaison électrique de masse entre le coffret et sa
porte à l’aide de 3 MULTILAM. Un MULTILAM plat assure la
liaison entre la charnière et la porte. Un autre contact plat assure la liaison entre la charnière et le coffret. La liaison entre
la charnière supérieure et inférieure est réalisée à l’aide d’un
MULTILAM de Ø 6 mm.
Cette charnière EGH supprime l’utilité de la tresse de masse
entre le coffret et la porte, et facilite ainsi le démontage de la
porte.
L’étanchéité IP66 de chaque connexion est assurée par un
joint plat venant se plaquer sur la porte et le coffret, et un joint
torique assurant l’étanchéité au niveau du pivot.

Electrical grounding hinge – EGH
The lower part of the hinge is mounted on the cabinet, and the
upper part on the door.
The pivot connection is made by a pin Ø 6 mm.
In addition to the mechanical pivot function of a hinge, the
EGH also provides an electrical ground connection between
the door and the cabinet. Continuity is maintained between the
cabinet/hinge, hinge/door interfaces and also the hinge pivot
by the use of MULTILAM.
The EGH replaces the ground braid between the door and the
cabinet it facilitates easier removal of the door and guarantees
reconnection of the ground on reassembly.
IP66 protection is ensured by flat gaskets on the interfaces of
the hinge to the door and cabinet and by O-rings on the pivot.

Maintenance
The EGH06 is equipped with seals to protect the active parts
from any external pollution, and does not require any maintenance or lubrication.
Entretien

nécessite aucun entretien ni graissage.
