This research is the action. The researcher collected data before and after the development by using a questionnaire formed by the researcher. Example group are 40 committee in drugs addicted problem prevention from purposive sampling. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation and paired sample t-test. The result of this research indicates that the conclusive result of the process before the developing is in the middle level and the conclusive result of the process after the developing is good. Considered in each aspect indicated that there are 4 aspects in good level; caring in drugs addicted problem, lives skills development, training and drugs addicted problem prevention activities campaign. And there are 2 aspects in the middle level; management and career development promotion. The comparison of the process in drugs addicted problem prevention in Kannoi indicates that the process after the development is better than the process before the development by significantly statistic at 0.5. (p-value = 0.00). Both in conclusion and aspects; management, caring in drugs addicted problem, lives skills development, training, drugs addicted problem prevention activities campaign and career development promotion. The conclusion of The potential Development form of the committee in drugs addicted problem prevention in the village consists of the representative from all organizations also the teenagers, continuation in knowledge development, planned clearly with setting up the responsibility, the meeting for discussing and the evaluation for problems improving in the process regularly. The committee should take the resolution from the meeting to be real acting and development in informing drugs addicted information for everyone in the village regularly.
