Choux à la crème/Cream puffs

remettre sur feu doux (=over low heat) en
tournant pour faire dessécher (=dry up) la pâte.
Elle doit former une boule (=ball shape) et ne
pas accrocher (=non stick) au fond de la
casserole. Retirer du feu et incorporer (=mix) 2
oeufs entiers. Bien mélanger et ajouter les 2
autres oeufs. Laisser complètement refroidir
(=cool down).
À l'aide d'une cuillère, former des petits tas
(=little shapes) de pâte plus ou moins de la
grosseur d'une noix (=walnut size). Déposer les
