Au prix de votre séjour dans cet établissement s’ajoute une taxe de séjour perçue par l’hébergeur pour le compte de la ville d'Agde et
du Conseil Départemental de l'Hérault. Cette taxe est fonction de la catégorie d’hébergement et du nombre de personnes y séjournant.

behalf of the city of Agde and the Conseil Départemental de l'Hérault. This tax is based on the type of accommodation and the number

la commune

� Les personnes bénéficiant d'un hébergement d'urgence ou
d'un relogement temporaire ;
� Les personnes domiciliées sur la commune d'Agde ayant une
résidence passible de la taxe d’habitation.
� Minors / People under 18
;
� Seasonal contractors employed on the municipality
;
� People benefiting from an emergency housing or a temporary
rehousing ;
� People who live in city of Agde in a place submitted to
local residence tax.

Die Kurtaxe ist auf der Vermietungsrechnung hinzugefügt. Der Vermieter erhält diesen Steuer im Auftrag der Gemeinde Agde und
Herault Rat. Diese Gebühr hängt von der Kategorie der Unterkunft und die Zahl der Menschen.
De belasting wordt toegevoegd aan de huur factuur. De verhuurder ontvangt deze belasting namens de gemeente Agde en Herault
raad. Dit bedrag hangt af van de categorie van de accommodatie en het aantal personen.

VORAUSSETZUNGEN FÜR KURTAXE BEFREIUNG / VOORWAARDEN VAN VRIJSTELLING
Sind von der Kurtaxe befreit :
- Minderjährige ;
- Die Personen, die als Saisonarbeitnehmern in der Stadt eingestellt sind ;
- Die Personen, die von Notunterkünften oder provisorischen Unterbringungen profitieren ;
- Die Einwohner in Agde, die der Steuer « taxe d’habitation » zahlen.
Zijn van toeristenbelasting vrijgesteld :
- Minderjarigen ;
- De houders van een seizoensgebonden arbeidskontrakt, tewerkgesteld in
de gemeente ;
- Personen die genieten van een noodopvangstwoonst of herhuisvesting ;
- De inwoner in Agde, die de woonbelasting betalen.
