Then the juices are mixed together and apple juice is added. The juice is then pasteurized. The process is in compliance with the standards of the law on food and Canadian and American drugs as well as with the good practices of manufacturing (21 CFR § 110). Les jus sont ensuite mélangés ensemble et jus concentré de jus de pomme est ajouté. Le jus est ensuite pasteurisé.
