Montréal Resale Market Performed Well in 2008 For more information: www.collegeimmobilier.com The median price of a single-family home in the Montréal Metropolitan Area grew by 6 per cent in 2008 compared to 2007 while, overall, residential sales slowed by 7 per cent. The lifting of conditions sometimes occurs after the expiry of the brokerage contract. We have therefore made it possible to publish notices of sale on expired listings! Listing agents now have 90 days following the expiry date of their brokerage contract to publish a notice of sale. Setting the Location of Your Listings is Now Mandatory When brokerloading new listings, you must confirm their geographic location on the map in the "Legal Description" section of the brokerloading system. This became mandatory on December 18, 2008.
