345.000.000 actions ordinaires nouveIIes AVANQUEST (Code ISIN FR004026714) ont été souscrites au
prix unitaire de 0,10 EUR dans le cadre de l‘augmentation de capital avec maintien du droit préférentiel de
souscription dont la période de souscription a été ouverte du 13/05/2015 au 05/06/2015 (inclus). CM-CIC
Securities précise que 260.295.100 actions ont été souscrites à titre irréductible et 39.704.900 actions à
titre réductible auxquels s’ajoutent 45.000.000 d’actions souscrites dans le cadre de l’exercice de l’option de
surallocation.
Barème de répartition des souscriptions à titre réductible :
Les actions ordinaires nouvelles restant disponibles après exercice des droits préférentiels de souscription
réservés à titre irréductible aux actionnaires ou aux cessionnaires desdits droits ont été réparties entre
les souscripteurs à titre réductible selon le coefficient de 7,5101331781 calculé sur le nombre de droits
appuyant Ia souscription faite à titre irréductible sans tenir compte des fractions et sans que l’attribution
puisse étre supérieure à la quantité d’actions demandées à titre réductible.

Result of capital increase with preferential subscription right
CM-CIC Securities (025), the centralisation agent for the transaction, informed Euronext
Paris that 345,000,000 AVANQUEST new ordinary shares were subscribed for (ISIN Code: FR0004026714)
at the subscription price of EUR 0.10 per share in the context of the capital increase with preferential
subscription rights carried out from 13/05/2015 to 05/06/2015 (inclusive) of which 260,295,100 shares were
subscribed for on an irreducible basis and 39,704,900 shares on a reducible basis plus 45,000,000 shares
subscribed through the exercise of the overallotment option.
Scale for allotment of subscriptions made on reducible basis
The new ordinary shares which remain available after exercise of the preferential subscription rights on an
irreductible basis reserved to shareholders or to purchasers of such preferential subscription rights, were
alloted to subscribers on a reducible basis by applying a ratio equal to 7,5101331781 calculated based on
the number of rights upon which the subscription on an irreducible basis was made without taking into
account the fractions. The allotment could not exceed the number of shares requested on a reducible basis.
This allotment has been implemented as follow :
