I - Résultat de l'augmentation de capital avec maintien du droit préférentiel de souscription
Société Générale Securities Services, établissement centralisateur de l'opération, a informé Euronext Paris
que 875.000 actions nouvelles NEXTEDIA (Code ISIN : FR0004171346) ont été souscrites au prix unitaire
de 0,80 EUR dans le cadre de l'augmentation de capital avec maintien du droit préférentiel de souscription
réalisée du 15/04/2014 au 25/04/2014 (inclus).
Il est précisé que 486.900 actions ont été souscrites à titre irréductible et 388.100 actions à titre réductible.
II - Barème de répartition des souscriptions à titre réductible
Les actions nouvelles restant disponibles après exercice des droits préférentiels de souscription à titre
irréductible réservés aux actionnaires ou aux cessionnaires desdits droits seront reparties entre les
souscripteurs à titre réductible selon le coefficient de 0,376352215379 calculé sur le nombre de droits
appuyant la souscription faite à titre irréductible sans tenir compte des fractions et sans que l'attribution
puisse être supérieure à la quantité d'actions demandées à titre réductible.

I - Capital increase with preferential subscription rights results
Société Générale Securities Services, the centralizing agent, informed Euronext
Paris that 875.000 NEXTEDIA new shares were subscribed (ISIN Code: FR0004171346) at the subscription
price of EUR 0.80 per share in the context of the capital increase with preferential subscription rights from
15/04/2014 to 25/04/2014 (included).
It is specified that 875,000 shares have been subscribed by irrevocable entitlement and 388,100 shares on a
basis subject to reduction.
II - Scale for allotment to subscribers on a basis subject to reduction of their entitlement
The new shares which have not been subscribed by the shareholders or transferees of preferential
subscription rights will be allotted to subscribers on a reducible basis by applying a ratio equal to
0.376352215379 calculated on the basis of the number of rights upon which the subscription by irrevocable
entitlement was made without taking into account the fractions. The allotment could not exceed the number
of shares requested on a basis subject to reduction.
