L'assemblée générale extraordinaire du 12/05/2010 a décidé d'augmenter le capital de la société par
incorporation d'un montant de EUR 352.915.394,01 à prélever sur les réserves disponibles et de distribuer
des actions nouvelles aux actionnaires au prorata de leur participation, sous la forme d'actions de bonus.
Le 11/06/2010, le capital social sera augmenté et 83.927.561 actions de bonus seront émises.
Les actions de bonus seront des actions nouvelles représentatives du capital, sans désignation de valeur
nominale, entièrement libérées, coupon n° 9 attaché, non assortis de strips VVPR et bénéficiant des même
droits que les actions existantes.

De buitengewone algemene vergadering van 12/05/2010 heeft beslist het kapitaal van de vennootschap te
verhogen door incorporatie van een bedrag van 352.915.394,01 EUR uit de beschikbare reserves, en

nieuwe aandelen, onder de vorm van bonusaandelen, aan de aandeelhouders toe te kennen naar rato van
hun participatie.
Aldus zal op 11/06/2010 het maatschappelijk kapitaal verhoogd worden en zullen er 83.927.561
bonusaandelen worden uitgegeven.
De bonusaandelen zullen nieuwe kapitaalaandelen zijn, zonder vermelding van nominale waarde, volledig
volstort, coupon nr 9 aangehecht, zonder VVPR strips en dezelfde rechten genieten als de bestaande
aandelen.

The extraordinary shareholders meeting of 12/05/2010 has decided to proceed with a capital increase by
incorporation of EUR 352,915,394.01 of the available reserves, and to attribute new shares in the form of
bonusshares to the shareholders a rato of their participation.
Thus on 11/06/2010 the capital will be increased and 83,927,561 bonusshares will be issued.
