RECEPTION DESK
Upon arrival at the Exhibition Center, all participants must go to the reception desk to collect their
participant folder. This folder includes the following items:

BOOTH SET-UP
You may access the exhibition hall from the 22nd March 2016:
- For bare surfaces: access the hall between 10 am until 8 pm
- For equipped booth: access the hall between 4 pm until 8 pm maximum.
General setup will be carried out by ABE's contractors that same day. Basic and Deluxe Booth will be
built and equipped by 4 pm.
Please be noted that you may access your booth from 8 am on the 23rd March.

General dismantling takes place on the 25th March from 6 pm.

Sit-down business lunches will be arranged on March 23rd, 24th and 25th, 2016. Business lunches are
set up to facilitate extra networking opportunities in a convivial atmosphere.
Coffee breaks:
Complimentary hot and cold beverages will be offered to all the participants on March 23rd, 24th
