Access to the stand will be on 26 April 2016 from 05:00 pm until 08:00 pm maximum. Your stand will
be fitted and equipped. The space will be open from 27 April from 08:00.

A fully equipped 4m² stand for your meetings including; 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 fascia board, 1 power
point/supply.
Access for one person.
Your company details included in the CITEXT catalogue.
The CITEXT catalogue.
One timetable of meetings with the contractors that you have selected and those who have
selected you.
Lunches on April 27th and 28th plus the reception on April 27th.
You can use the following equipment at no additional cost: brochures, posters, special lighting,
computers.
Plus Option:
The full Standard Option WITH:
 A fully equipped 6 m² stand; 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 fascia board, 1 power point/supply.
 Access for 2 people.
Gold Option:
The full Standard Option WITH:

With full access to the convention, meals and assistance.

STAND INSTALLATION
To customize your booth, you can hang posters or pictures. Remember to attach chains and hooks
and clips for hanging on the rails, and a roll of cellotape if the item is lightweight (it is forbidden to
break the walls).
At each booth you will find an electrical outlet. If you have multiple computers to run, think about
bringing a multiple adaptor.
