BLOCK 1.
Enter the name, and COMSEC Account No. of the account submitting the order.
CASE 1.
Entrer le nom et le numéro de compte COMSEC du compte à l’origine de la
demande.
BLOCK 2.
Enter the Transaction ID for the order. It includes the COMSEC Account No. of the
SDNS User Representative that is submitting the order, the current date in
YYYYMMDD format, and a one up sequence number for the current month, starting
back at 1 each month (eg. 0001, 0002, etc).
CASE 2.
Entrer l’ID de transaction de la commande. notamment le numéro de compte
COMSEC du représentant des utilisateurs SDNS qui passe la commande, La date
au format AAAAMMJJ et un numéro séquentiel correspondant au mois en cours,
recommençant à 1 chaque mois (p. ex. 0001, 0002, etc.).
CASE 3.
Indiquer le code de partition à dix chiffres.
CASE 4.
Choisir la famille d’équipement et le type de clé appropriés. Autres : si le type de
clé n’est pas indiqué dans la liste, fournir de l’information au besoin.
CASE 5.
Indiquer un équipement particulier (facultatif).
CASE 6.
Choisir l’une des options suivantes :
Opérationnelle
Si le numéro de compte COMSEC autorisé requiert une clé destinée à protéger
en liaison radio des renseignements opérationnels ou pour produire et sécuriser
une transmission électrique de flots de clés. La classification de la clé portera la
mention CRYPTO.
Test
Si le numéro de compte COMSEC autorisé requiert une clé destinée à la mise à
l’essai en liaison radio de systèmes ou de l’équipement COMSEC. La
classification de la clé portera la mention CRYPTO.
CASE 7.
Choisir « Canada » si une clé canadienne est requise.
Choisir les types de clé « CCEB », « Coalition » ou « NATO / OTAN »au besoin.
CASE 8.
Entrer le numéro de ligne d’article en commençant par 1.
CASE 9.
Indiquer le nombre de clés requise. NOTA : Chaque commande est limitée à un
maximum de 50 clés.
CASE 10.
Pour INE / LEF : préciser l’information relative au circuit.
Pour KP / KOK-22A : si le compte est TRÈS SECRET, sélectionner SECRET et
TRÈS SECRET.
Pour SCIP : sélectionner le niveau de classification le plus élevé de la clé.
CASE 11.
(EKMS seulement) Entrer le numéro de compte COMSEC de l’utilisateur final si
le type d’équipement est KP/KOK-22A ou la clé pour une connectivité à un
serveur de messagerie.
CASE 12.
(Clé SCIP seulement) Entrer le « CODE DAO ».
Information facultative : Indiquer l’ID spécial et un ID supplémentaire.
CASE 13.
Choisir une méthode de livraison. Il est recommandé que les comptes COMSEC
entièrement automatisés sélectionnent BET afin de recevoir les clés par voie
électronique.
BET CLUAS applicable aux clés de diversification seulement.
T3MD comprend SKL, DTD, SDS, etc.
À noter que seuls certains types de clé peuvent être livrés par voie électronique
de l’ICC.
CASE 14.
Inscrire le numéro de série si le type d’équipement sélectionné est T3MD ou
KSV 22. Entrer toute observation qui s’applique à la ligne d’article en question.
CASE 15.
Champ obligatoire si un T3MD est utilisé.

N d’art. - Entrer le numéro de ligne d’article.
ID texte du T3MD - Entrer un identificateur texte commun qui sera associé à
chaque clé chargée dans le T3MD. Un seul identificateur texte est permis par
T3MD.
No de série du T3MD - Entrer le numéro de série du T3MD dans lequel seront
chargées les clés de cette commande.
Remarques – Fournir des renseignements supplémentaires au besoin.
CASE 16.
La clé sera expédiée à ce numéro de compte COMSEC. Toutes les clés
indiquées sur un formulaire de commande doivent être expédiées au même
compte COMSEC.
CASE 17.
Le formulaire doit être signé par le représentant des utilisateurs SDNS du compte
COMSEC à l’origine de la commande.
BLOCK 3.
Specify the 10 digit partition code.
BLOCK 4.
Select the appropriate equipment family and Key Type. Other: if key type is not
included in list, provide information if required.
BLOCK 5.
(Optional) Provide specific equipment.
BLOCK 6.
Select one of the options described below:
Operational
If the privileged COMSEC Account No. requires key intended for use on the air for
protection of operational information, or for the production secure electrical
transmission of key streams. The key classification will include the caveat CRYPTO.
Test
If the privileged COMSEC Account No. requires key intended for on the air testing of
COMSEC equipment or systems. The key classification will include the caveat
CRYPTO.
BLOCK 7.
Select "Canada" if Canadian key is required,
Select "CCEB", "Coalition" or "NATO" key types if required.
BLOCK 8.
Enter line item number starting at 1.
BLOCK 9.
Enter the number of keys required. NOTE: A maximum of 50 keys can be ordered per
order.
BLOCK 10. For INE / LEF specify the circuit information.
For KP / KOK-22A – if account is TOP SECRET select both SECRET and TOP
SECRET.
For SCIP – select the highest classification of the key.
BLOCK 11. (EKMS Only) Enter End user COMSEC Account No. if Equipment Type is
KP/KOK-22A, or key for message server connectivity.
BLOCK 12. (SCIP Key only) Provide “{DAO CODE)".
Optional information: provided special ID and additional ID.
BLOCK 13. Select one Delivery Method. It is recommended that fully automated COMSEC
Account’s select BET to receive keys electronically.
BET CLUAS applicable to Seed only.
T3MD includes SKL, DTD, SDS, etc.
Note that only certain types of key may be delivered electronically from the CCF.
BLOCK 14. Provide the serial number if the Equipment Type selected is T3MD or
KSV 22. Enter any other remarks for that line item number.
BLOCK 15. Mandatory field when using a T3MD.
Item No - Enter the line item number.
T3MD Text ID - Enter a common text identifier that will be associated with each key
loaded into the T3MD. Only one text identifier allowed for each T3MD.
T3MD Ser# - Enter the serial number of the T3MD that will be loaded with key from this
order.
Remarks - provide additional information if required.
BLOCK 16. The key will be shipped to this COMSEC Account No. All key on a single order form
must be shipped to a single COMSEC Account.
BLOCK 17. The ordering COMSEC Account’s SDNS User Representative must sign the form.
