Active Carbon Box CCA - Europe Environnement
Active Carbon Box CCA Activated Carbon filtration treatment The activated carbon adsorption is a technique particularly efficient for the odors treatment and VOC. └ Active Carbon Box ┘ This process is particularly suitable for water treatment installations (closed pumping station, sludge storage buffer tank ...), chemical, petrochemical, food and pharmaceutical industries, but also laboratory hoods and the medical sector. └ Active Carbon Box ┘ The air treatment system by Active Carbon Box (CCA) has been designed to meet the demands of reduced spaces. The CCA consists of a PPh Box in which is placed a pre-filter and one or more cells of actived carbon in series or parallel. The interest is multiple: it allows increase the efficiency of treatment (contact time) to use different types of activated carbons (impregnation, size ...) depending on the compound to be treated but also to facilitate the carbon replacement operations. Treats flows of up to 3 400 m3/h maximum per cell, jusqu’à 99,9 % d’efficacité Made out of PPh or PEHD adapted for aggressive and corrosive compounds Requires very little maintenance easy replacement of Activated Carbon cells A number of possible variations in forms, materials etc. EUROPE ENVIRONNEMENT 1, rue des Pins Parc d’activités du Pays de Thann - F - 68700 ASPACH LE HAUT Tél: +33 (0)3 89 37 41 41 | Fax: +33 (0)3 89 37 47 30 | [email protected] How it works The principle of functionning of Activated Carbon Boxes is based on the pollutants adsorption through the use Activated Carbon. Thus, the contaminated gas passes through one or more cells of Active Carbon. The air passes through the media uniformly through the use of a pre-filter. Purified, the air is discharged to a remote output or directly into the atmosphere. When Activated Carbon has reached is saturated, it is necessary to recharge the cells and then treat the used media. Our maintenance department offers complete solutions to maintain your Activated Carbon Box including: - Unloading of used Active Carbon and treatment. Fan - Supply of Active Carbon replacement. VENTS using Activated Carbon EVA - EVB
The absorbent used depends on the compound to be treated.
In this way basic Activated Carbon is used for VOCs and an
impregnated Activated Carbon is used for removing bad odours.
