The double housing cost :
• Maximum 4 months of rent and rental charges for the new accommodation.
Related expenses at the departure site:
• Costs for assistance in the sale or rental of the accommodation.
• Notary fees and emoluments
• Mortgage discharge fees
• Prepayment penalties for housing loans following the sale of the accommodation
• Interim interest on bridging loans
Related expenses at the arrival site:
• Estate agency fees
• Notary fees and emoluments concerning a notaried lease
Expenses not covered
• Costs of connection to electricity, gas, telephone
• Removal costs (removal firm, mail forwarding, vehicle rental)
• Hotel, guest house (or with an individual), gite or mobile home costs
• Property advertisement or listing purchase costs
• Property diagnostic surveys and Carrez law costs
• Travel expenses
• Installation costs in the accommodation (furniture)
* Obtaining this subsidy is subject to examination by the granting commission
