Una volta tolto il vano porta
oggetti rimuovere anche la
protezione paracalore sopra
il collettore
Once you removed the
underseat plastic box,
remove the heat cover
placed over the rear header
pipe
Rimuovere la molla
del cavalletto, cosi da
facilitare lo smontaggio del
cavalletto centrale
Remove the spring
operating the side stand,
so to make room to easily
remove the centre stand
Rimuovere i bulloni di
sostegno del cavalletto
centrale
Remove the bolts fixing the
centre stand
Rimuovere la piastra
in alluminio sul lato
terminale, quindi estrarre il
cavalletto centrale
Remove the aluminium
plate on silencer’s side, then
remove the centre stand
Allentare la fascetta
stringitubo
Loosen the hose clip
Allentare la fascetta
stringitubo, svitare la sonda
lambda, e svitare
la vite di sostegno del
raccordo centrale
Loosen the hose clip,
unplug the oxygen sensor
and unscrew the screw
fixing the centre mid-pipe to
the frame
Rimuovere i collettori
anteriore e posteriore,
quindi sfilare il raccordo
centrale
Remove front and rear
headers, then remove the
centre mid-pipe

Inserire l’apposita staffa
tra il telaio e le pedane
passeggero
Fit the silencer support
bracket between the frame
and passenger’s footrest
Montare il collettore
anteriore Malossi ed il raccordo
centrale Malossi, fissare il
raccordo centrale Malossi
sull’attacco del telaio
Fit Malossi front header and
mid-pipe, then secure
the mid-pipe to the frame
Montare il collettore
posteriore Malossi, avvitare
la sonda lambda sulla
boccola saldata al collettore
Fit Malossi rear header, plug
the oxygen sensor on the
threaded bushing welded on
the header
Montare il silenziatore Malossi nel raccordo centrale, montare la molla tra silenziatore e raccordo e fissare
il silenziatore alla staffa di supporto con la fascetta in carbonio
Slip Malossi silencer into the mid-pipe, secure the silencer to the mid-pipe with the spring and fix the
silencer to the frame using the carbon bracket
N.B.
Controllare il serraggio di tutte le viti, rimontare la protezione paracalore, il vano portaoggetti, le maniglie passeggero, le plastiche laterali e le varie plastiche
del cupolino.
NOTE
Check all the screws to be properly tightened, fit the heat guard over the rear header, the underseat plastic box, handles and all the fairings
N.B.:
L’applicazione del kit
richiede l’eliminazione del
cavalletto centrale.
NOTE:
Kit assembly requires the
removal of the central
stand.
