BULL & STEIN présente : Sculptures de pommes en bronze
Depuis la haute antiquité, les artisans réalisent de main de maître des
sculptures en bronze.
BULL & STEIN s’inscrit dans cette tradition millénaire pour créer une Pomme
en bronze, fruit du travail et du savoir-faire de l’artisan, de sa recherche
du beau, de l’objet unique. La technique traditionnelle «Cire Perdue,
coulage dans une forme perdue» consiste à réaliser une pièce unique,
libérée en brisant le moule, polie et patinée à la main dans le cadre d’un
processus complexe pour faire naître une sculpture en bronze expressive
et impressionnante. La pomme en bronze est une œuvre permanente,
immortelle, témoin des générations et des siècles.
L’artiste brésilienne Lisa Pappon rêvait depuis longtemps de couler ses
célèbres sculptures de pommes en céramique dans du bronze. «Je me
réjouis car grâce à ce matériau solide, mes objets traverseront le temps, les
époques», a déclaré Lisa Pappon. «Ils représentent pour moi un symbole de
l’amour pour notre monde.»
Bien plus qu’un objet décoratif, la pomme en bronze est une sculpture
vivante qui change constamment au gré de la lumière du soleil, au contact
du vent et de la pluie. C’est une pomme pour l’éternité !
Où que ces sculptures soient installées, elles confèreront à leur lieu
d’exposition une aura particulière, quasi mystique.
BULL & STEIN präsentiert: Bonzeskulptur-Äpfel!
Nach jahrtausendealter Handwerkskunst meisterhaft gefertigt, ist jede
Skulptur ein Unikat. Bei dem traditionellen Verfahren „Cire Perdu, Gießen in
verlorener Form“ werden Original und Gussform zerstört, um die Skulptur
freizulegen, die anschließend aufwendig von Hand poliert und patiniert
wird. So entstehen ausdrucksstarke und beeindruckende Bronze-Objekte,
deren Oberfläche durch das Spiel mit Sonne, Wind und Regen lebendig
wird und sich stetig verändert.
Lange schon hat die brasilianische Künstlerin Lisa Pappon davon geträumt,
ihre begehrten Keramikskulptur-Äpfel in Bronze zu gießen. „Ich bin
glücklich, dass meine Objekte dank des robusten Materials wohl viele
Generationen lang bestehen werden.“, so Lisa Pappon. „Ich sehe in ihnen
ein Symbol für die Liebe zu unserer Welt.“
Wo immer die Skulpturen aufgestellt werden, verleihen sie jedem Ort eine
besondere Ausstrahlung.
