Wonderfully renovated, 100-year old, robust farmhouse on the edge of the lively Andalusian village of Arriate. On
the ground floor is the open plan kitchen dining- and living room. There is a high bar dividing the kitchen and the
living space. The living room has a 3-seater couch, a big round table with 4 chairs, a television and some books on
the shelves. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. Both
bedrooms have their en-suite bathroom and plenty of cupboard space. In the colder months the beds have duvets
and electric (under)blankets and both rooms have an electric radiator for heating bedroom or bathroom.
The outside space has a terrace in front with shade from a gazebo and soon there will be another terrace (not
finished) on the back of the house. There is no private swimming pool attached to the house, but a very pleasant
municipal pool (open during the summer months July and August) is only a few minutes away.
