Villa Rosa is a charming house built in the 19th century, recently restored to modern standards, but with
preservation of traditional style. The kitchen (100m2) is very large and has direct access tot the garden. Outside
you can enjoy the 500m2 garden with patio and a terrace with an BBQ area.
Villa Rosa is situated in an easy accessible, peaceful and privileged area (nature protected area from Serra de Aires
and Serra de Tomar), only 8km. from the highway A23 and 12km. from Castelo de Bode where you can swim and
practice all kinds of water sports. It has a train station at 1,5km. and various bus connections to Tomar and Torres
Novas. The beaches are at 70km. in Nazaré and Peniche. It's very close to several historical places, at a distance of
20 to 30km., for example Ourém, Batalha, Fátima and Alcobaça. The capital Lisbon is just a 1 hour drive by car and
well worth the visit!
