meilleurs guitaristes du XXe siècle »
par le magazine américain Musician,
Robben Ford a entamé sa carrière
en Californie dans les années 60 en
rejoignant le Charles Ford Blues Band.
C’est avec eux qu’il commence à
développer son style en partant des
racines du Blues pour peu à peu évoluer vers le Jazz, la Fusion (avec L.A.
Express) et même la Pop.
King King are on a roll. Faced with
their army of fans and armfuls of
awards, it’s hard to believe that
Alan Nimmo (vocals/guitar), Lindsay
Coulson (bass), Wayne Proctor
(drums) and Bob Fridzema (keys)
have come so far, so fast. As Henry
Yates of Classic Rock Blues notes,
“King King are the hottest draw in
British blues-rock”. Yet there’s no
smoke and mirrors behind their five-year rise: just killer songs, performed with
true passion, by a fist-tight lineup.
Right now, the Glasgow band stand on the brink of their busiest period to
date. Fresh from the studio, there’s the hotly anticipated third album, due
Spring 2015. On the road, there’s the 34-date UK tour with John Mayall in
October 2014, followed by a run of British headline dates next Spring, with
plans afoot for wider touring in France, Germany, Scandinavia, and beyond.

The young American-Swedish-French quartet create a very unique, intense
and extraordinary rock atmosphere while at the same time having a major
mainstream appeal that takes you right back to the time of BLUES PILLS’
ancestors Aretha Franklin, THE ORIGINAL FLEETWOOD MAC, LED ZEPPELIN, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and CREAM. Driving bass lines, grooving
drums and guitar solos from another planet by the only 18 year old Dorian
Sorriaux, harmonized and tied together with such easiness, such delight, by
Elin’s incredible voice.

A 20 ans, elle nous présente maintenant son premier album “Profile”, un
blues moderne aux multiples facettes pour le plaisir des oreilles. Son style est
diantrement moderne, avec
du caractère, du mélange
détonnant, des sonorités
nouvelles et de la grinta
comme rarement!
Rachelle Plas, c’est
l’harmonica qui coule dans
ses veines, elle ne joue
pas de l’instrument, elle
est l’instrument, on dirait
comme une seconde
voix, reliée en direct à
son âme, à son plaisir de
partager l’instant.
Très belle chanteuse qui sait noircir sa voix pour coller au côté le plus soul de
ses chansons. Rachelle Plas est une valeur sûre, sans aucun doute!

1900“). Der große Auffangparking ist ausgeschildert auf
der Autobahn A13 (Collectrice du Sud) bei der Ausfahrt 3
(Differdange, Soleuvre). Die Einfahrt zum Parking befindet
sich unmittelbar neben der Autobahnausfahrt.
