1. Getting Started
Thank you for choosing the DVB-T STICK TV tuner and video capture unit. This
product turns your PC into a powerful desktop multimedia system quickly and easily.
Capture video and still images and experience real-time MPEG-2 recording. The
DVB-T STICK provides you with a high quality TV viewing experience with true stereo
sound!

The following sections provide step-by-step instructions on installing and configuring
the card, accessories and software.
2.1 DirectX
Before installing your DVB-T STICK, it is necessary to install DirectX 9.0c or higher.
Insert the installation CD and an installation menu should load automatically.
If the Autostart program does not appear automatically
when you insert your Installation CD, start it manually
by running the InstallCD.exe file located on the
Installation CD, or by clicking the Start button, choosing
Run…, and typing in D:\InstallCD.exe.
(if D: is your CD-ROM drive)
Click on DirectX and follow the prompts to install
DirectX. After the installation is completed, shut
down the computer.

2.2 Connecting the DVB-T STICK
Connect the RF dongle to the connection port on the DVB-T STICK.
Connect your digital antenna to the RF dongle.
Now plug the DVB-T STICK unit into an open USB 2.0 port on your PC.

2.3 Driver Installation for Windows 2000 / Windows XP
Windows 2000 / XP will automatically
detect the DVB-T STICK and brings
up the Found New Hardware
Wizard window.
If you have not already done so,
place the Installation CD into your
CD-ROM drive.
Select Install from a list or specific
location (Advanced) and click Next.
Now select Search for the best
driver in these locations, make
sure “Search removable media is
checked, and click Next.
Windows will now find the drivers on
the Installation CD and install them
automatically. After installing the
driver, Windows will inform you that it
has done so successfully. Click
Finish.

Setup. Just follow the prompts to install the

3.2 Scanning for TV Channels
Before you can watch digital TV, you
have to scan for available channels
in your area.
On the Menu Bar, click on Tool, then
click on Scan. You can also click on
the Scan button on the left side of
the screen.
Receiving Setup:
This shows the current reception standards the DTV application is set to. In general,
most countries have a bandwidth of 7,8 MHz. Here, you can choose the setting that
matches your country.
Services Information:
This shows information about the currently selected channel when available. During a
scan, this will show information on the status of the scan
Channel Scan:
There are two ways to scan for available channels, Auto Scan and Transponder Scan.
1. Auto Scan:
Select Auto Scan, then select your country
from the drop-down box and click Scan.
2. Transponder Scan:
If you want to manually enter a frequency,
select Transponder Scan, type in the
Frequency in kHz and click Scan.

Found channels will be displayed in a
window, and here you can customize your
channel list.
You can sort your channel list by Service
Name, Frequency, Network Provider,
Transponder ID, and Audio type by
clicking on the button at the top of each
column. Click on the Service Name of a
channel to rename it. Scrolling to the right,
you can choose the audio stream to be
played by clicking on its Audio type.
You can uncheck a channel so it does not appear in your channel list, or you can
select it and click Delete to remove the channel entirely. You can also import channel
lists into your current list by clicking Import, you can load another channel list by
clicking Load, and you can save your channel list by clicking Save As… To save your
changes, click OK. To cancel your changes, click Cancel.

3.3 Channel list
On the right side of the interface is the channel
list. Here you will see available channels for DVB
if you are in DVB mode. Simply click on a
channel to switch to it, or press the K or L arrow
keys to switch channels. In DVB mode, you can
select DAB Radio by clicking on the dropdown
box and choosing Radio. Right-clicking on a
channel will give you the option to sort the list by
Name, Frequency, Network Provider, or
Transponder ID
Note: DTV CA lists conditional access channels.
These channels are not free-to-view, and cannot
be viewed in the DTV application.
However, some TV stations misidentify their free-to-view channels as conditional
access channels, and will channels be listed under the DTV CA list; these channels
can still be viewed in the DTV application.
3.4 Volume controls
At the bottom of the interface is the volume bar. Click on the bar to set the volume to
that level, or press the I or J arrow keys to decrease or increase the volume. Click
on the speaker icon to mute the audio.
3.5 Signal Strength Meter
The signal strength meter indicates how strong the signal is for the current channel.
Green lights indicate good reception, yellow lights indicate fair reception, and red lights
indicate poor reception.

3.6 Teletext
Simply clicking the Tx button opens the Teletext window. Not all TV stations provide
Teletext service. Everyday, however, competent editorial offices provide a selection of
quickly and easily accessible information, which you can access for free, since it is
constantly transferred along with the TV picture via the so-called vertical blanking
interval of the picture signal. Surfing through the pages is conveniently easy thanks to
the preloaded text tables. Use the arrow buttons (on the software interface, the PC
keyboard or the remote control) to navigate from one page to another or enter a page
number directly. You can also click a page reference directly to call up its content,
practically with no delay.
For further information about using Teletext, click on Help at the top right of your
screen to read the Help file.

3.7 EPG
Digital TV stations often broadcast Electronic Program Guide, or EPG information.
This information includes information about upcoming programs and their playing
times, and can be used to see what shows will be playing later in the day and record
them.
Click the EPG button to open the EPG window:
Click on Update to update the EPG information. Date, start time, duration and
program name will appear in the table. Selecting an entry will show extended
information about the program (if available).
Clicking on Rec. will schedule a recording of that program automatically using the
EPG information – you can use this to easily schedule recordings of your favorite
programs.

4. Settings
To access the Setting window, on the menu bar, click on
Tools -> Setting.
4.1 Directory Settings
Working Directory
Here you can change the directory used
for saved files. Either type in the path, or
click “Browse”, go to the folder you want,
and click OK.
Capture Size Setting
When checked, this will split recorded
files into parts at the size entered as the
File split size. This is useful if you want
to save long recordings in more
manageable files. For example, setting
the file split size to 650 MB would make
the files easy to burn to CDs.
Snapshot picture format
This lets you choose whether you want to
save snapshots as BMP or JPG files.
Always on top
You can also choose to always have the DTV window on top of other applications by
checking “Always on top”.
VGA hardware acceleration
This enables VGA hardware acceleration. Please note that not all graphics cards
support this feature.
Full Screen Setting
This allows you to choose whether to display video in its original aspect ratio or
stretched to fit your screen when watching TV in full screen mode.

4.2 Schedule Recording
Here you find programs scheduled to be recorded.
Please refer to Chapter 5.3 for a description how to
use Scheduled Recording.

5. Recording
5.1 The Recording Button
By clicking the record button, you can record video displayed in the
main window. When recording video, then you will see your current
video source and • REC above the play controls.
When recording, you record the exact MPEG-2 Audio and Video signal you receive.
Recorded files will be saved to the working directory, which can be specified in
Directory Settings. (Chapter 4.1) You can watch the movies you have recorded by
entering Play Mode. (Chapter 5.5)
When you are done recording, click the Stop button.

5.2 The TimeShift Button
With the TimeShift function, you can pause live TV, leave, and come back and watch
your program right where you left it. You can then also fast forward past commercials,
or rewind to see a particular scene again.
To begin TimeShifting, simply click the TimeShift button.
The TimeShift button will then turn into a Pause/Play button, letting you pause the
video. Clicking it again will begin playback right where you left it.
You will see a green bar at the bottom of the screen, with a slider that shows your
current position. You can rewind or fast forward by using the buttons at the left and
right side of the bar, or by dragging the slider left and right. You can also click on the
Skip to Beginning button to go to the beginning of the TimeShifted file, and click on
Skip to End to move back to what is currently showing. When you want to stop
TimeShifting, click on the Stop button. You cannot change channels or video sources
while TimeShifting.

5.3 Schedule Recording
You can access Schedule Recording from
the Settings Menu as described in Chapter
4.2.
Here you can see a list of items scheduled
to record.
By clicking on the Add Button, you are able
to add a new scheduled recording, the
Delete button cancels the highlighted
scheduled recording and the Edit button
lets you change the settings of a scheduled
recording.
The Add and Edit buttons open a second menu:
First, select the Schedule Type from the right side of the screen. Click “One time” if
this is a one-time only recording. To make a weekly recording, click on the days you
want the program to record on. Select the Source you want to record from, then the
Channel. Select the Date if this is a one time recording. Enter the Start Time and
Duration of the program you want to record. Finally, enter a File Name for the
recorded file – if this is a weekly recording, a number will be added to this name for
each recording. (Example: FileName01.mpg, FileName02.mpg, etc.)
Click on the Add button to finish scheduling the recording.
You can also schedule recordings on digital TV using EPG information. For more
details, refer to section 3.7.

5.4 Snapshots
You can take still image snapshots of video and save them to your hard drive. To take
a snapshot, click on the Snapshot button, and the current video image will be saved to
your hard drive in the working directory specified in Directory Settings. (Chapter 4.1)
You can see the snapshots you have taken by entering Play Mode. (Chapter 5.5)
5.5 Play Mode
You can see the files you have already recorded by clicking on Play on the left side of
the interface. Here you can select the file you wish to view on the right, and it will
display in the main window. If the file is an image, it will be displayed. If the file is a
movie clip, it will begin to play. You can pause/play or stop the movie using the
Pause/Play and Stop buttons at the bottom of the interface. You can also click on
Explorer… and you will open your saved files working directory specified in Directory
Settings. (Chapter 4.1)

Merci pour avoir choisi l’Ajusteur TV DVB-T STICK et l’unité de capture vidéo. Ce
produit transforme rapidement et facilement votre PC en un puissant système
multimédia de bureau. Capturez de la vidéo et des images fixes et faîtes l’expérience
d’un enregistrement MPEG-2 en temps réel. Le DVB-T STICK vous offre une
expérience de visionnement TV de grande qualité avec un véritable son stéréo!

Les sections ci-dessous vont vous offrir des instructions étape par étape pour installer
et configurer la carte, les accessoires et le logiciel.
2.1 DirectX
Avant d’installer votre DVB-T STICK, il est nécessaire d’installer DirectX 9.0c ou sa
version ultérieure. Insérez le CD d’installation et un menu d’installation se chargera
automatiquement.
Si le Programme Autostart n’apparaît pas
automatiquement en insérant le CD d’Installation,
lancez-le manuellement en activant le fichier
InstallCD.exe situé sur le CD ou en cliquant sur le
bouton Démarrer et en choisissant Activer…; entrez
D:\InstallCD.exe. (si D: est la lettre de votre lecteur de
CD-ROM)
Cliquez sur DirectX et suivez les instructions pour
installer DirectX. Une fois l’installation terminée,
relancez votre ordinateur.

2.2 Connecter le DVB-T STICK
Connectez le Dongle FR sur le port de connexion sur l’arrière du DVB-T STICK.
Connectez votre antenne numérique sur le Dongle FR.
Branchez maintenant l’unité DVB-T STICK dans un port USB 2.0 disponible sur votre
PC.
Note: Si vous devez employer le câble d’extension USB, attachez le EMI noyau au
câble.

Windows 2000 / XP détectera
automatiquement le DVB-T STICK et
efra apparaître la fenêtre Assistant
Nouvel Appareil Trouvé.
Si ce n’est pas encore fait, placez le
CD d’Installation dans votre lecteur
de CD-ROM.
Sélectionnez Installer depuis une
liste ou un emplacement
spécifique (Avancé) et cliquez sur
Suivant.
Sélectionnez maintenant Chercher
le meilleur driver dans ces
emplacements, assurez-vous
ensuite que “Chercher un media
enlevable“ soit coché et cliquez sur
Suivant.
Windows trouvera les drivers sur le
CD d’Installation et les installera
automatiquement. Après avoir
installé le driver, Windows vous
informera que l’installation est
réussie. Cliquez sur Finir.

pour installer le logiciel.

3.2 Scanner des Chaînes TV
Avant de pouvoir regarder la TV
numérique, vous devez scanner les
chaînes TV disponibles.
Sur la Barre de Menu, cliquez sur
Outil, puis cliquez sur Scanner.
Vous pouvez aussi cliquer sur le
bouton Scanner sur la gauche de
l’écran.
Programmation de réception:
Cela montre les normes de réception actuelles sur lesquelles l’application DTV est
programmée. En général, la plupart des pays utilisent une largeur de bande de 7/8
MHz. Cet onglet vous permet de modifier cette valeur, en fonction de votre pays.
Informations des Services:
Cela montre les informations concernant la chaîne sélectionnée en cours lorsque
disponibles. Durant un scanning, cela montre les informations sur l’état du scanning.
Scanning de Chaîne:
Il y a deux façons de scanner les chaînes disponibles: Auto Scan et Transpondeur.
1. Auto Scan:
Sélectionnez Auto Scan, puis sélectionnez
votre pays depuis la boîte abaissable et
cliquez sur Scan.
2. Transpondeur:
Si vous voulez entrer manuellement une
fréquence, sélectionnez Transponder
Scan, entrez la Fréquence en kHz et cliquez
sur Scan.

Les chaînes trouvées seront affichées
dans une fenêtre et vous pourrez y
personnaliser votre liste de chaînes.
Vous pouvez classifier votre liste de
chaînes par Nom de Service, Fréquence,
Fournisseur de Réseau, ID de
Transpondeur et Audio en cliquant sur
un des boutons au-dessus de chaque
colonne. Cliquez sur le Nom du Service
d’une chaîne pour la renommer. En faisant
défiler vers la droite, vous pouvez choisir
le courant audio à lire en cliquant sur sont
type Audio.
Vous pouvez décocher une chaîne afin qu’elle n’apparaisse plus dans votre liste ou
vous pouvez la sélectionner et cliquer sur Effacer pour enlever entièrement cette
chaîne. Vous pouvez aussi importer des listes de chaînes dans votre liste en cours en
cliquant sur Importer; vous pouvez charger une autre liste de chaînes en cliquant sur
Charger et vous pouvez sauvegarder votre liste de chaînes en cliquant sur
Sauvegarder Sous… Pour sauvegarder vos changements, cliquez sur OK. Pour
annuler vos changements, cliquez sur Annuler.

3.3 Liste de Chaînes
Sur la droite de l’interface se trouve la liste de
chaînes. Ici, vous verrez les chaînes disponibles
pour le DVB si vous êtes dans le mode DVB. Il
vous suffit de cliquer sur une chaîne pour passer
dessus ou pressez les touches K ou L pour
changer de chaîne. Dans le mode DVB, vous
pouvez sélectionner la Radio DVB en cliquant sur
la boîte abaissable et en choisissant Radio.
Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur une chaîne pour
classer la liste selon Nom, Fréquence,
Fournisseur de Réseau ou ID du Transpondeur.
Attention: DTV CA énumère les canaux
conditionnels d'accès. Ces canaux ne sont pas
gratuits et ne peuvent pas être regardés dans
l'application de DTV.
Toutefois, quelques stations de TV interprètent mal leurs canaux gratuits en tant que
canaux conditionnels d'accès et ces canaux seront énumérés sous la liste de DTV CA,
ces canaux peuvent aussi être regardés dans l'application de DTV.
3.4 Contrôles du Volume
A la base de l’interface se trouve la barre du volume. Cliquez sur la barre pour
programmer le volume à ce niveau ou pressez les touches de flêche I ou J pour
augmenter ou réduire le volume. Cliquez sur l’icône des haut-parleurs pour couper le
son de l’audio.
3.5 Mètre de Force du Signal
Le mètre de force du signal indique la force du signal pour la chaîne actuelle. La
lumière verte indique une bonne réception, les lumières jaunes indiquent une
réception moyenne et les lumières rouges indiquent une mauvaise réception.

3.6 Télétexte
Il suffit de cliquer sur le bouton Tx pour ouvrir la fenêtre du Télétexte. Ce ne sont pas
toutes les stations TV qui fournissent un service de Télétexte. Cependant, chaque jour
des bureaux éditoriels compétnets offrent une sélection d’informations accessibles
rapidement et facilement, informations gratuites, car elles sont constamment
transférées avec l’image TV via le soi-disant interval de vide vertical du signal d’image.
Surfer au travers des pages est pratique grâce aux tableaux de texte préchargés.
Utilisez les boutons de flêche (sur l’interface du logiciel, le clavier du PC ou la
télécommande) pour naviguer d’une page à l’autre ou entrez directement le numéro
de la page. Vous pouvez aussi cliquer directement sur une référence de page pour
appeler son contenu, pratiquement sans aucun délai.
Pour de plus amples informations sur le programme d’application Teletext, appuyez
sur Help en haut à droite de l’écran pour afficher l’aide du programme.

3.7 EPG
Les stations de TV numérique diffusent souvent un Guide de Programme Electronique
(Electronic Program Guide) ou informations EPG. Cette information inclut les
programmes à venir et leurs horaires de diffusion; elle peut être utilisée pour un
visionnement et un enregistrement plus tard dans la journée.
Cliquez sur le bouton EPG pour ouvrir la fenêtre EPG:
Cliquez sur Mise à Jour pour mettre à jour les informations EPG. La date, l’heure de
début, la durée et le nom du programme apparaîtront dans le tableau. Sélectionner
une entrée montrera les informations supplémentaires concernant le programme ( si
disponibles ).
Cliquez sur Enr. pour programmer un horaire automatiquement de ce programme en
utilisant les informations EPG – vous pouvez utiliser cette fonction pour programmer
facilement vos enregistrements horaires de vos émissions favorites.

4. Programmations
Pour passer à la fenêtre des Programmations sur la barre
du menu, cliquez sur Outils -> Programmations.
4.1 Programmations du Répertoire
Répertoire de travail
Vous pouvez changer ici le répertoire
utilisé pour les fichiers sauvegardés.
Entrez la piste ou cliquez sur “Naviguer”,
allez sur le dossier voulu et cliquez sur
OK.
Taille de Capture
Lorsque cochée, cela divisera les
fichiers enregistrés dans des parties
selon la taille entrée dans Taille de
division de fichier. Cela est utile si
vous souhaitez sauvegarder de longs
enregistrements dans plus de fichiers
gérables. Par exemple, programmer la
division de fichier sur 650 Mo permet de
graver les fichiers sur des CDs.
Toujours Au-dessus
Vous pouvez choisir de toujours conserver la fenêtre DTV au-dessus des autres
applications en cochant la case “Toujours Au-Dessus”.
Accélération du Matériel VGA
Cela permet une accélération du matériel VGA. Veuillez prendre note que ce ne sont
pas toutes les cartes graphiques qui supportent cette caractéristique.
Le plein écran
Ceci vous permet de choisir entre l’affichage de la vidéo dans son allongement original
et etirée pour adapter votre écran en regardant la TV en mode de plein écran.

5. Enregistrement
5.1 Le Bouton d’Enregistrement
En cliquant sur le bouton d’enregistrement, vous pouvez enregistrer
la vidéo affichée sur l’écran principal. En enregistrant la vidéo, vous
verrez alors la source de votre vidéo et • REC au-dessus des
contrôles de lecture.
En enregistrant, vous enregistrerez le signal Audio et Vidéo MPEG-2 Audio
exactement comme vous le recevez. Les fichiers enregistrés seront sauvegardés sur
le répertoire de travail, qui peut être spécifié dans les Programmations de Répertoire
(Chapitre 4.1). Vous pouvez regarder les films enregistrés en entrant dans le Mode
Lecture (Chapitre 5.5).
Une fois l’enregistrement terminé, cliquez sur le bouton Arrêt.

5.2 Bouton Décalage
Avec la fonction Décalage, vous pouvez mettre la TV en live sur pause, quitter puis
revenir regarder le programme exactement depuis l’endroit où vous l’avez quitté. Vous
pouvez aussi faire avancer rapidement les publicités ou rebobiner pour revoir une
scène particulière.
Pour commencer le Décalage, il vous suffit de cliquer sur le bouton Décalage.
Le bouton Décalage se transformera ensuite en bouton Pause/Lire, vous permettant
de mettre la vidéo sur pause. Cliquez de nouveau dessus pour recommencer la
lecture depuis l’endroit où vous l’avez laissée.
Vous verrez une barre verte au bas de l’écran, avec un glisseur qui montre votre
position actuelle. Vous pouvez rebobiner ou avancer rapidement en utilisant les
boutons sur la gauche et la droite de la barre ou en glissant le glisseur vers la gauche
ou la droite. Vous pouvez aussi cliquer sur le bouton Revenir au Début pour revenir au
début du fichier de Décalage ou cliquer sur Aller à la Fin pour passer à la fin de la
vidéo en cours. Lorsque vous voulez arrêter le Décalage, cliquez sur le bouton Arrêt.
Vous ne pouvez pas changer de chaîne ou de source vidéo durant le Décalage.

5.3 Enregistrement Horaire
Vous pouvez accéder à l’Enregistrement
Horaire depuis le Menu des Programmations
comme décrit dans le Chapitre 4.2.
Vous pouvez voir ici une liste d’éléments
programmés pour un enregistrement.
En cliquant sur le bouton Ajouter, vous serez
en mesure d’ajouter un nouveau programme
horaire; le bouton Effacer annule le
programme horaire sélectionné tandis que le
bouton Editer vous permet de changer les
programmations d’un enregistrement horaire.
Les boutons Ajouter et Editer ouvrent un second menu:
Sélectionnez tout d’abord le Type de Programmation depuis la droite de l’écran.
Cliquez sur “Une seule fois” si votre programmation ne se produit qu’une fois. Pour
faire un enregistrement hebdomadaire, cliquez sur les jours que vous voulez pour
enregistrer un programme. Sélectionnez la Source depuis laquelle vous allez
enregistrer, puis la Chaîne. Sélectionnez la Date en cas d’enregistrement unique.
Entrez l’Heure de Début et la Durée du programme que vous voulez enregistrer.
Enfin, entrez un Nom de Fichier pour le fichier enregistré – s’il s’agit d’un
enregistrement hebdomadaire, un nombre sera ajouté au nom pour chaque
enregistrement (Exemple: FileName01.mpg, FileName02.mpg, etc.).
Cliquez sur le bouton Ajouter pour finir la programmation de l’enregistrement.
Vous pouvez aussi programmer des enregistrements sur la TV numérique en utilisant
les informations EPG. Pour plus de détails, veuillez consulter la section 3.7.

5.4 Instantanés
Vous pouvez prendre des images instantanées d’une vidéo et ls sauvegarder sur
votre disque dur. Pour prendre un instantané, cliquez sur un Instantané et l’image de
la vidéo actuelle sera sauvegardée sur votre disque dur dans le répertoire de travail
spécifié dans les Programmations de Répertoire (Chapitre 4.1). Vous pouvez voir les
instantanés pris en entrant dans le Mode Lecture (Chapitre 5.5).
5.5 Mode de Lecture
Vous pouvez voir les fichiers déjà enregistrés en cliquant sur Lire à gauche de
l’interface. Vous pouvez sélectionner ici le fichier que vous voulez visionner sur la
droite et il sera alors affiché dans la fenêtre principale. Si le fichier est une image, elle
sera affichée. Si le fichier est un film, la lecture commencera. Vous pouvez mettre sur
pause/lire ou arrêter le film en utilisant les boutons Pause/Lire et Arrêt au bas de
l’interface. Vous pouvez aussi cliquer sur Explorer… et vous ouvrirez le répertoire de
travail des fichiers sauvegardés spécifié dans les Programmations de Répertoire
(Chapitre 4.1).

Danke, daß Sie für den DVB-T STICK Fernsehempfänger samt Videoteil
entschieden haben. Dieses Produkt macht aus Ihrem PC schnell und einfach ein
leistungsstarkes Desktop-Multimediasystem. Bannen Sie stille Bilder auf Video und
erleben Sie MPEG-2-Aufnahmen in Echtzeit. Der DVB-T STICK ermöglicht Ihnen
ein Fernseherlebnis höchster Güte mit echtem Stereoklang!

2. Installation
Die folgenden Abschnitte geben Schritt für Schritt Hinweise, wie man die Karte, das
Zubehör und die Software installiert und konfiguriert.
2.1 DirectX
Bevor Sie den DVB-T STICK installieren, müssen Sie DirectX 9.0c oder höher
installieren. Legen Sie die Installations-CD ein und ein Installationsmenü müsste
sich automatisch herunterladen
Falls das Autostartprogramm nicht von selber
erscheint, wenn Sie Ihre Installations-CD einlegen,
starten Sie es per Hand, indem Sie die InstallCD.exe
–Datei der Installations-CD laufen lassen, oder indem
Sie auf die Starttaste drücken, Run…auswählen, und
D:\InstallCD.exe eintippen. (Falls D: Ihr CD-ROMDiskettenlaufwerk ist)
Klicken Sie auf DirectX und folgen Sie den
Bedienungshinweisen, um DirectX zu
installieren. Wenn die Installation beendet ist,
stellen Sie den Computer ab.

2.2 Den DVB-T STICK anschließen
Verbinden Sie den RF-Dongle mit dem Verbindungsport auf der Rückseite des DVBT STICK.
Verbinden Sie Ihre digitale Antenne mit dem RF-Dongle.
Nun stecken Sie das DVB-T STICK Teil in einen geöffneten USB 2.0-Port auf Ihrem
PC.
Hinweis:
Wenn Sie das USB Verlängerungskabel nutzen, befestigen Sie bitte
den EMI Kern am USB Kabel

automatisch den DVB-T STICK und
öffnet das Fenster Found New
Hardware Wizard .
Fall Sie es noch nicht getan haben,
legen Sie die Installations-CD in Ihr
CD-ROM-Diskettenlaufwerk.
Wählen Sie Install from a list oder
specific location (Advanced) aus
und klicken Sie auf Next.

best driver in these locations,

3.2 Fernsehkanäle abfragen
Bevor Sie digitales Fernsehen
schauen können, müßen Sie die in
Ihrem Bereich verfügbaren Kanäle
abfragen.
Klicken Sie auf der Menüleiste auf
Tool und dann auf Scan.
Sie
können auch auf die Taste Scan auf
der linken Seite des Bildschirms
klicken.
Empfangskonfiguration:
Hier werden die gegenwärtigen Empfangsstandards der DVD-Anwendung
angezeigt. Im Allgemeinen wird in den meisten Ländern eine Bandbreite von 7/8
MHz verwendet. Hier können Sie die Einstellung wählen, die zu Ihrem Land passt.
Serviceinformation:
Hier wird, wenn verfügbar, der gegenwärtig ausgewählte Kanal angezeigt Während
einer Abfrage wird hier Information über den Ablauf der Abfrage angezeigt.
Kanäle abfragen:
Es gibt zwei Methoden, um verfügbare Kanäle abzufragen, die Autoabfrage und die
Transponderabfrage.
1. Autoabfrage:
Wählen Sie erst Auto Scan aus und dann
Ihr Land in der Drop-Down-Box und klicken
Sie auf Scan.
2. Transponderabfrage:
Wenn Sie eine Frequenz mit der Hand
eingeben wollen, wählen Sie Transponder
Scan aus , tippen die Frequenz in kHz ein
und klicken auf Scan.

Die gefundenen Kanäle werden in einem
Fenster angezeigt, wo Sie auch die
Kanalliste Ihren Wünschen anpassen
können.
Sie können Ihre Kanalliste mit Hilfe von
Service Name, Frequency, Network
Provider, Transponder ID sortieren
sowie den Audiotyp, indem Sie auf die
Taste oberhalb der einzelnen Spalten
klicken. Klicken Sie auf Service Name,
um einem Kanal einen neuen Namen zu
geben. Wenn Sie nach rechts scrollen,
können Sie den zu spielenden Klang
auswählen, indem Sie auf Audiotyp
klicken.
Sie können einen Kanal ausblenden, damit er nicht in Ihrer Kanalliste auftaucht oder
Sie können ihn auswählen und auf Delete klicken, um diesen ganz zu entfernen. Sie
können auch ihrer jetzigen Liste Kanallisten hinzufügen, indem Sie auf Import
klicken; Sie können andere Kanallisten herunterladen, indem Sie auf Load klicken,
und Sie können Ihre Kanalliste speichern, indem Sie auf Save As… klicken. Um die
Veränderungen zu speichern, klicken Sie auf OK. Um Ihre Veränderungen zu
löschen, klicken Sie auf Cancel.

3.3 Kanalliste
Auf der rechten Seite des Interfaces befindet
sich die Kanalliste. Hier können Sie die für DVB
verfügbaren Sender sehen, falls Sie sich im
DVB-Modus befinden. Klicken Sie einfach auf
einen Kanal, um auf diesen zu gelangen oder
drücken Sie die Pfeiltasten K oder L , um den
Kanal zu wechseln. Im DVB-Modus können Sie
das DVB-Radio auswählen, indem Sie auf die
Drop-down-Box klicken und Radio auswählen.
Wenn Sie mit rechts auf eine Kanal klicken,
haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Liste nach
Namen, Frequenzen, Netzwerkanbieter oder
Transponder-ID zu sortieren.
Anmerkung: In DTV CA sind die Kanäle mit Conditional Access aufgelistet. Diese
Kanäle sind nicht frei empfangbar und können in der DTV Anwendung nicht
dargestellt werden.
Trotz allem kann es sein, das einige TV Sender frei zu empfangen sind aber das CA
Signal fälschlicherweise mit ausstrahlen und unter DTV CA zu finden sind; diese
Kanäle können weiterhin gesehen werden.
3.4 Lautstärkeregelung
Am Fuß des Interface befindet sich die Lautstärkeleiste. Klicken Sie auf die Leiste,
um die Lautstärke entsprechend einzustellen, oder drücken Sie die Pfeiltasten I
oder J, um laut und leise einzustellen. Klicken Sie zwecks Stummschaltung auf das
Lautsprechersymbol.
3.5 Signalstärke anzeigen
Die Signalstärkeanzeige zeigt an, wie stark das Signal für den gegenwärtigen Kanal
ist. Grünes Licht zeigt einen guten Empfang an, gelbes Licht zeigt einen
ausreichenden Empfang an und rotes Licht zeigt einen schlechten Empfang an.

3.6 Teletext
Klicken Sie einfach auf die Tx-Taste, um dasTeletext-Fenster zu öffnen. Nicht alle
Fernsehstationen bieten einen Teletext-Service.
Dennoch liefern jeden Tag
kompetente redaktionelle Büros eine Auswahl an schneller und leicht zugänglicher
Information, die Sie kostenlos nutzen können, da sie ständig zusammen mit dem
Fernsehbild über die sog. vertikale Austastlücke des Bildsignals übertragen wird. Es
läßt sich dank bereits heruntergeladener Texttafeln leicht durch die Seiten surfen.
Benutzen Sie die Pfeiltasten (auf dem Software-Interface, der PC-Tastatur oder der
Fernbedienung), um von einer Seite zur nächsten zu gelangen oder direkt auf eine
Seite zu gehen Sie können auch direkt auf eine Seitenreferenz klicken, um deren
Inhalt praktisch ohne Verzögerung abzurufen.
Für weitere Informationen zur Verwendung des Teletext, klicken Sie bitte in der
oberen rechten Ecke des Fensters auf Help, um die Hilfe-Datei des Teletext zu
öffnen.

3.7 EPG
Digitale Fernsehstationen senden oft Electonic Program Guide oder EPGInformation. Diese Information beinhaltet Angaben über kommende Programme und
deren Sendezeiten und kann genutzt werden, um zu sehen, welche Sendungen
später am Tage laufen und diese aufzunehmen.
Klicken sie auf die EPG-Taste, um das EPG-Fenster zu öffnen:
Klicken Sie auf Update, um die EPG-Information zu aktualisieren. Datum, Sendezeit,
Länge und der Programmname erscheinen in der Tabelle. Wenn Sie einen Eintrag
auswählen, erscheint ausführliche Information über das Programm (falls verfügbar).
Wenn Sie auf Rec. klicken, wird mit Hilfe der EPG-Information festgelegt, das
Programm automatisch aufzunehmen – Damit können Sie leichter planen, Ihre
Lieblingsprogramme aufzunehmen.

4. Einstellungen
Um auf der Menüleiste in das Einstellungsfenster zu
gelangen,, klicken Sie auf Tools -> Setting.
4.1 Datenverzeichnis einstellen
Arbeitsverzeichnis
Hier können Sie das für gespeicherte
Dateien benutzte Verzeichnis ändern.
Geben Sie entweder den Pfad ein oder
klicken Sie auf “Browse”, gehen auf den
gewünschten Ordner und klicken auf
OK.
Größe einstellen
Falls Sie diese Funktion auswählen,
werden die aufgenommenen Dateien
gemäß
der
unter
split
size
ausgewählten Größe in Teile zerlegt.
Dies ist dann nützlich, wenn Sie lange
Aufnahmen in handlichen Dateien
speichern wollen. Wenn man zum
Beispiel die Dateiengröße bei 650 MB
festlegt, könnte man aus diesen Dateien
problemlos CDs brennen. Sie können
auch auswählen, in welchem Format
Ihre Schnappschüsse (Einzelbilder)
abgespeichert werden.
Vor allen anderen
Sie können wählen, ob das DTV-Fenster vor allen anderen Anwendungen erscheint,
indem Sie “Always on top” auswählen.
VGA-Hardware beschleunigen.
Damit kann man die VGA-Hardware beschleunigen. Bitte beachten Sie, daß nicht
alle Graphikkarten diese Funktion unterstützen.
Vollbild Einstellung:
Mit dieser Einstellung können Sie wählen, ob das Video im Original Bildschirm
Verhältnis dargestellt wird oder and den Monitor im Vollbild Modus angepasst wird.

4.2 Vorprogrammierte Aufnahme
Hier finden Sie die aufzunehmenden Programme.
Für eine Beschreibung, wie “Vorprogrammierte
Aufnahme” zu nutzen ist, verweisen wir höflich auf
Kapitel 5.3.

5. Aufnahme
5.1 Die Aufnahmetaste
Indem Sie auf die Aufnahmetaste klicken, können Sie die Bilder
aufnehmen, die im Hauptfenster zu sehen sind. Während der
Aufnahme sehen Sie Ihre gegenwärtige Bildquelle und • REC
oberhalb der Abspielbedienung.
Während der Aufnahme nehmen Sie die exakten MPEG-2 Ton- und Bildsignale auf,
die Sie empfangen.
Aufgenommene Dateien werden im Arbeitsverzeichnis
gespeichert, das unter “Datenverzeichnis einstellen” festgelegt werden kann. (Kapitel
4.1) Sie können die aufgenommenen Filme sehen, indem Sie den Abspielmodus
eingeben. (Kapitel 5.5)
Wenn die Aufnahme beendet ist, klicken Sie auf die Stoptaste.

5.2 Die Zeitversetzungstaste
Mit der Zeitversetzungsfunktion können Sie eine Fernsehübertragung unterbrechen,
weggehen, und später Ihr Programm an der Stelle weiterschauen, wo Sie aufgehört
haben. Sie können dann ebenfalls schnell an der Werbung vorbeispulen oder
zurückspulen, um eine bestimmte Szene noch einmal zu sehen.
Um mit der Zeitversetzung zu beginnen, klicken sie einfach auf die
Zeitversetzungstaste.
Die Zeitversetzungstaste wird dann zu einer Pausen-/Abspieltaste,die Ihnen
ermöglicht, die Bildwiedergabe zu unterbrechen. Wenn Sie erneut darauf klicken,
geht es genau dort weiter, wo Sie aufgehört haben.
Unten auf dem Bildschirm wird eine grüne Leiste mit einem Schieber erscheinen, der
Ihre gegenwärtige Position anzeigt. Sie können mit den Tasten links und rechts der
Leiste vor- oder zurückspulen oder indem Sie den Schieber nach links oder rechts
bewegen. Sie können ebenfalls auf die Taste “Zurück zum Anfang” klicken, um an
den Anfang der zeitversetzten Datei zu gelangen und auf “Zurück zum Ende”
klicken, um zu dem zurückzukehren, was gegenwärtig zu sehen ist. Wenn Sie die
Zeitumschaltung beenden möchten, klicken Sie auf die Stoptaste. Während der
Zeitumschaltung können Sie weder andere Kanäle noch andere Bildquellen
einstellen.

5.3 Vorprogrammierte Aufnahme
Sie gelangen zu “Vorprogrammierte
Aufnahme” über das in Kapitel 4.2
beschriebene Einstellungsmenü.
Hier sehen Sie eine Liste der
aufzunehmenden Posten.
Indem Sie auf die Taste Add klicken,
können Sie eine neue Aufnahme
vorprogrammieren; die Taste Delete löscht
die markierte vorprogrammierte Aufnahme
und mit der Taste Edit können Sie die
Einstellung einer vorprogrammierten
Aufnahme verändern.
Mit den Tasten Add und Edit öffnet sich ein neues Menü:
Wählen Sie zunächst Schedule Type auf der rechten Seite des Bildschirms aus.
Klicken Sie auf One time, falls dies eine einmalige Aufnahme ist. Um wöchentlich
aufzunehmen, klicken Sie auf die Tage, an denen Sie aufnehmen möchten. Wählen
Sie die Source aus, die sie nutzen möchten und dann den Channel. Wählen Sie
das Date ”, falls dies eine einmalige Aufnahme ist. Geben Sie Start Time und
Duration des Programms ein, das sie aufnehmen möchten. Schließlich geben Sie
der aufgenommenen Datei einen File Name – falls Sie wöchentlich aufnehmen, wird
diesem Namen bei jeder Aufnahme eine Nummer hinzugefügt. (Beispiel:
Dateiname01.mpg, Dateiname02.mpg, etc.)
Klicken Sie auf die Taste Add, um die Einstellung der Aufnahme zu beenden.
Mit Hilfe der EPG-Information können Sie auch beim digitalen Fernsehen
Aufnahmen vorprogrammieren. Mehr Einzelheiten dazu unter Abschnitt 3.7.

5.4 Schnappschüße
Sie können Schnappschüße von stillen Bildern machen und diese auf Ihrer
Festplatte speichern. Um einen Schnappschuß zu machen, klicken Sie auf die
Snapshot-Taste und das gegenwärtige Bild wird auf Ihrer Festplatte im
Arbeitsverzeichnis gespeichert, wie in “Datenverzeichnis einstellen” aufgeführt.
(Kapitel 4.1) Sie können sich die gemachten Schnappschüße anschauen, indem Sie
den Abspielmodus eingeben. (Kapitel 5.5)
5.5 Abspielmodus
Sie können die bereits aufgenommenen Dateien einsehen, indem Sie auf der linken
Seite des Interface auf Play klicken.Hier können Sie rechts die gewünschte Datei
auswählen und sie wird im Hauptfenster zu sehen sein. Falls die Datei ein Bild ist,
kann man sie sich anschauen. Falls die Datei ein Film ist, wird mit dem Abspielen
begonnen. Sie können den Film anhalten/abspielen oder das Abspielen des Filmes
mit Hilfe der unten auf dem Interface befindlichen Tasten Pause/Play und Stop
beenden. Sie können ebenfalls auf den Explorer… klicken und damit das
Verzeichnis Ihrer gespeicherten Dateien öffnen, wie in “Verzeichnis einstellen”
aufgeführt (Kapitel 4.1).

1. Presentazione
Vi ringraziamo per aver scelto l’unità DVB-T STICK per sintonizzazione e
registrazione video TV. Questo prodotto trasforma rapidamente e facilmente il vostro
PC in un potente sistema desktop multimediale, catturando video e immagini ferme ed
effettuando la registrazione in MPEG-2 in tempo reale. DVB-T STICK offre una
visione TV ad alta qualità in ambiente stereo!

Le seguenti sezioni forniscono instruzioni passo passo per l’installazione e la
configurazione di scheda, accessori e software.
2.1 DirectX
Prima di procedere all’installazione del vostro DVB-T STICK, è necessario installare
DirectX 9.0c, o superiore. Inserire il CD di installazione. Si aprirà automaticamente un
menu di installazione.
Se il programma Autostart non appare quando inserite
il vostro Cd di installazione, avviarlo manualmente
cliccando sul file InstallaCD.exe che si trova nel CD di
Installazione, o cliccando il tasto Start, poi
selezionando Avvia…, e digitando D:\InstallaCD.exe.
(se D è il vostro CD-ROM drive)
Clicccare su DirectX e seguire i comandi per
installazione di DirectX. Completata
l’installazione, riavviare il computer.

2.2 Connessione di DVB-T STICK
Collegare il dongle RF alla porta di connessione sul retro del DVB-T STICK.
Collegare la vostra antenna digitale al dongle RF.
Collegare l’unità DVB-T STICK ad una porta USB 2.0 del vostro PC.
Nota: Se dovete usare il cavo di estensione del USB, fissi il EMI nucleo al cavo.

automaticamente DVB-T STICK
aprendo la finestra Trovato Nuovo
Hardware Wizard.
Se non lo avete già fatto, sistemate il
CD di installazione nel drive del
vostro CD-ROM.
Selezionare Installa da elenco o
locazione specifica (Avanzato) e
cliccare Avanti.
Ora, selezionare Cerca i migliori
driver in queste locazioni,

3.2 Ricerca di canali TV
Prima di passare alla visione della
TV digitale, dovrete lanciare la
ricerca dei canali disponibili nella
vostra area.
Sulla Barra Menu, cliccare su
Strumenti, poi cliccare su Scan.
Potete anche cliccare sul tasto Scan
sulla sinistra dello schermo.
Impostazioni di Ricezione:
Mostra gli standard di ricezione attuali cui l’applicazione DTV è impostata. In
generale, la maggior parte dei paesi ha una larghezza di banda di 7,8 MHz. Qui si può
scegliere l’impostazione che coincide al proprio paese.
Informazioni di servizio:
Mostra le informazioni sul canale attualmente selezionato, quando disponibile.
Durante la scansione, mostrerà informazioni sullo stato della ricerca.
Ricerca Canale:
Ci sono due modi per procedere alla ricerca dei canali disponibili: Auto Scan e
Scansione ricetrasmettitore (Transponder Scan).
1. Auto Scan:
Selezionare Auto Scan, poi selezionare il
vostro paese dal box a cascata e cliccare
Scan.
2. Transponder Scan:
Se volete registrare manualmente una
frequenza, selezionate Transponder Scan,
digitare la Frequenza in kHz e cliccare
Scan.

I canali trovati saranno mostrati in una
finestra dove potrete personalizzare il
vostro elenco canali.
Potete selezionare il vostro elenco canali
per Nome di Servizio, Frequenza,
Provider di Rete, ID Transponder e tipo
Audio cliccando sul tasto in cima a ogni
colonna. Cliccare su Nome di Servizio di
un canale per rinominarlo. Scorrendo sulla
destra, potrete scegliere l’audio stream da
usare cliccando sul relativo tipo Audio.
Potete deselezionare un canale così non apparirà nel vostro elenco canali o potete
selezionarlo e cliccare Cancella per rimuovere completamente il canale. Potete anche
importare l’elenco canali nel vostro elenco attuale cliccando su Importa, potete
scaricare un altro elenco canali cliccando Carica, e potete salvare il vostro elenco
canali cliccando Salva come… Per salvare i vostri cambiamenti, cliccare OK. Per
cancellare i cambiamenti, cliccare Cancella.

3.3 Elenco Canali
Sulla destra dell’interfaccia si trova l’elenco
canali. Qui troverete i cancali disponibili per DVB,
se siete in modalità DVB. Cliccare
semplicemente su un canale per avviarlo, o
premere le frecce K o L per cambiare canale. In
modalità DVB, potete selezionare DVB Radio
cliccando sulla finestra a cascata e scegliendo
Radio. Cliccando col tasto destro del mouse su
un canale vi permette di selezionare l’elenco per
Nome, Frequenza, Provider di Rete o
Transponder ID.
Nota bene: DTV CA elenca I canali con accesso
controllato. Questi sono i canali a pagamento che
non possono essere visualizzati dalla nostra
applicazione DTV
Talvolta, alcune emittenti televisive identificano in modo scorretto i canali free to view
ponendoli come canali ad accesso controllato. Questi saranno catalogati
dall’applicazione nella lista DTV CA ma potranno però essere visualizzati senza
problemi.
3.4 Controllo volume
In fondo all’interfaccia si trova la barra di volume. Cliccare sulla barra per impostare il
volume a quel livello, o premere sui tasti freccia I o J per aumentare o diminuire il
volume. Cliccare sull’icona altoparlante per passare in modalità mute.
3.5 Indicatore di segnale
L’indicatore di segnale mostra la forza del segnale attuale. Le luci verdi indicano una
buona ricezione, le gialle una debole ricezione e le rosse una scarsa ricezione.

3.6 Teletext
Cliccando sul tasto Tx apre la finestra di Teletext. Non tutte le stazioni TV offrono il
servizio Teletext. Ogni giorno, uffici editoriali competenti forniscono una selezione di
informazioni rapidamente e facilmente accessibili cui potrete accedere gratuitamente,
essendo costantemenente traferita con l’immagine TV sfruttando la tecnologia VBI
(Vertical Blanking Interval) del segnale immagine. Navigare tra le pagine è facile,
grazie alle tavole di testo precaricate. Usare i tasti freccia (sull’interfaccia del software,
la tastiera PC o il telecomando) per navigare da una pagina all’altra o selezionare un
numero di pagina direttamente. Potete anche cliccare una pagina di riferimento
direttamente per richiamarne il contenuto.
Per altre informazioni sull’uso di Teletext, fare clic su Help in alto a destra nello
schermo per poter leggere il file di Guida di Teletext.

3.7 EPG
Le stazioni TV Digitali trasmettono spesso informazioni Electronic Program Guide, o
EPG. Queste informazioni comprendono informazioni sui programmi in arrivo e i loro
orari di trasmissione, e possono essere usati per vedere i programmi trasmessi più
avanti nella giornata e registrarli.
Cliccare il tasto EPG per aprire la finestra EPG:
Cliccare su Aggiorna per aggiornare le informazioni EPG. Sulla tavola apparirano
data, orario di inizio, durata e nome del programma. Selezionando un’entrata darà
modo di avere informazioni più estese sulla programmazione (se disponibili).
Cliccando su Rec. programmerà una registrazione del programma automaticamente
usando le informazioni EPG – potete usarlo per programmare le registrazioni dei vostri
programmi preferiti.

Per accedere alla finestra delle Impostazioni, sulla barra
menu cliccate su Tools -> Setting.
4.1 Impostazioni delle Directory
Directory di lavoro
Qui potete cambiare la directory usata
per i file salvati. Digitate nella casella o
cliccate “Browse”, andate al folder che
desiderate e cliccate OK.
Impostazioni di misura file
Quando sezionato, esso dividerà i file
registrati in varie parti nella misura scelta
in Scissione di File. Questa funzione è
utile se volete salvare registrazioni
particolarmente lunghe in file più
facilmente gestibili. Per esempio,
impostare la misura di divisione file a 650
MB renderà più facile masterizzare i file
su CD. Si può anche scegliere il formato
col quale salvare le istantanee.
Sempre in cima
Potete anche scegliere di avere sempre la finestra DTV sopra altre applicazioni
selezionando “Sempre in cima”.
Accelerazione hardware VGA
Permette l’accelerazione dell’hardware VGA. Vogliate notare che non tutte le carte
grafiche supportano questa funzione.
Impostazioni “ Schermo intero/full screen”
Questa funzione vi permette di scegliere se vedere le immagini a grandezza naturale o
ridimensionare la finestra come volete anche a tutto schermo.

Qui troverete I programmi selezionati per
registrazione.
Vogliate fare riferimento alla Sezione 5.3 per una
descrizione su come usare la Registrazione
Programmata.

5. Registrazione
5.1 Tasto registrazione
Cliccando il tasto di registrazione potrete registrare i video mostrati
nella finestra principale. Durante la registrazione video vedrete
anche la vostra attuale fonte video e la dicitura • REC sopra i
controlli di programma.
Durante la registrazione, registrerete l’esatto segnale MPEG-2 Audio e Video che
ricevete. I file registrati saranno salvati nella directory di lavoro, che può essere
specificata nelle Impostazioni di Directory. (Sezione 4.1) Potete vedere i film che avete
registrato attivando la modalità Play. (Sezione 5.5).
Terminata la registrazione, premere il tasto Stop.

5.2 Tasto TimeShift
Con la funzione TimeShift potete mettere in pausa la programmazione TV in diretta,
allontanarvi e tornare e vedere il programma esattamente dove lo avevate lasciato.
Potete anche mandare in avanzamento rapido la pubblicità passata o riavvolgere per
rivedere una scena.
Per avviare la funzione TimeShifting, cliccate semplicemente il tasto TimeShift.
Il tasto TimeShift diventerà poi un tasto Pause/Play, permettendovi di mettere in pausa
il video. Cliccandoci sopra ancora farà partire il playback proprio dove lo avete
lasciato.
Vedrete una barra verde sul fondo dello schermo con uno slider che indica la vostra
posizione attuale. Potete effettuare il riavvolgimento o l’avanzamento veloce usando I
tasti alla sinistra e alla destra della barra, o trascinando lo slider a sinistra e a destra.
Potete anche cliccare sul tasto Skip to Beginning per andare a inizio del file in
TimeShifted e cliccare su Skip to End per tornare al video attualmente in visione. Per
fermare la funzione TimeShift, cliccate sul tasto Stop. Non è possibile cambiare i

5.3 Programmazione di Registrazione
Potete accedere alla Registrazione
Programmata dal Menu Impostazioni come
descritto nella Sezione 4.2.
Qui potete vedere un elenco di opzioni
scelte per registrazione.
Cliccando sul tasto Aggiungi, potrete
aggiungere una nuova registrazione
programmata, il tasto Cancella cancella le
registrazioni programmate selezionate e il
tasto Edit vi permette di modificare le
impostazioni di una registrazione
programmata.
I tasti Aggiungi e Edit aprono un secondo menu:
Per prima cosa, selezionare il Tipo Programmazione nella parte destra dello
schermo. Cliccare “Unica” se si tratta di una registrazione unica. Per effettuare una
registrazione settimanale, cliccare sui giorni in cui volete registrare il programma.
Selezionare la Fonte da cui volete registrare e poi il Canale. Selezionare la Data se si
tratta di una registrazione unica. Impostare il Tempo di Inizio e Durata del
programma che volete registrare. Infine, digitate un Nome File per il file registrato – se
si tratta di una registrazione settimanale comparirà un numero al nome per ogni
registrazione. (Esempio: FileName01.mpg, FileName02.mpg, etc.)
Cliccare sul tasto Aggiungi per finire la registrazione programmata.
Potete anche programmare registrazioni su TV Digitale usando informazioni EPG.

5.4 Snapshots
Potete catturare immagini snapshots da video e salvarle nel vostro hard drive. Per
prendere un’immagine snapshot, cliccare sul tasto Snapshot e l’immagine video
attuale sarà salvata nel vostro hard drive nella directory di lavoro specificata nelle
Impostazioni di Directory. (Sezione 4.1) Potete visualizzare le snapshot che avete
preso scegliendo la modalità Play. (Sezione 5.5)
5.5 Modalità Play
Potete visualizzare i file che avete già registrato cliccando sul tasto Play sulla sinistra
dell’interfaccia. Qui potete selezionare il file che volete vedere sulla destra che si
aprirà sulla finestra principale. Se il file è un’immagine, sarà visualizzata. Se il file è un
filmato, inizierà a girare. Potete scegliere di avviare, fermare o mettere in pausa il
filmato usando i tasti Pause/Play e Stop sul fondo dell’interfaccia. Potete anche
cliccare su Explorer… e aprirete i file salvati nella directory di lavoro specificata nelle
Impostazioni di Directory. (Sezione 4.1)

DVB-T STICK . Este producto transforma su PC en un sistema de multimedia de
sobremesa poderoso rápidamente y facilmente. Capture vídeo y imágenes estáticas y
experimente grabación MPEG-2 en tiempo real. El DVB-T STICK le proporciona una
experiencia de visualización de TV de alta calidad con verdadero sonido estéreo!

Las secciones siguientes proporcionan instrucciones paso-a-paso para instalación y
configuración de la tarjeta, accesorios y software.
2.1 DirectX
Antes de instalar su DVB-T STICK, es necesario instalar DirectX 9.0c o superior.
Insérte el CD de instalación y un menú de instalación aparecerá para ser cargado
automáticamente.
Si el programa Autostart no aparece automáticamente
después de insertar su CD de instalación, inícielo
manualmente ejecutando el archivo InstallCD.exe
situado en el CD de Instalación, o haciendo clic en el
botón Start (Inicio), escoja Run... (Ejecutar), y
escribiendo D:\InstallCD.exe.
(si D: es su unidad CD-ROM)
Haga clic en DirectX y siga las líneas de
comando para instalar DirectX. Después de
completar la instalación, apague la computadora.

2.2 Conectando el DVB-T STICK
Conecte el dongle RF al puerto de conexión en la parte trasera del DVB-T STICK.
Conecte su antena digital al dongle RF.
Ahora conecte la unidad DVB-T STICK a un puerto USB 2.0 abierto en su PC.
Nota: Si usted necesita utilizar el extensión para USB, una la EMI base al cable.

3.2 Búsqueda de Canales de TV
Antes de mirar la TV digital, es
necesario buscar los canales
disponibles en su área.
Haga clic en Tool sobre la Barra del
Menú, en seguida haga clic en Scan.
Se puede hacer clic también en el
botón Scan en el lado izquierdo de la
pantalla.
Configuración de Recepción:
Esto muestra los estándares de la recepción actual en que la aplicación DTV está
configurada. En general, la mayor parte de los países tienen un ancho de banda de
7/8 MHz, puede escoger el ajuste de su país.
Información de Servicios:
Esto muestra la información sobre el canal actualmente seleccionado cuando
disponible. Durante una búsqueda, esto mostrará información sobre el estado de la
búsqueda.
Búsqueda de Canal:
Hay dos maneras de buscar canales disponibles, Búsqueda Automática (Auto Scan) y
Búsqueda Por Transmisor (Transponder Scan).
1. Auto Scan:
Seleccione Auto Scan, en seguida
seleccione su país desde el cuadro
desplegable y haga clic en Scan.
2. Transponder Scan:
Si desea entrar una frecuencia
manualmente, seleccione Transponder
Scan, escriba la Frecuencia en kHz y haga
clic en Scan.

Canales encontrados serán mostrados en
una ventana, y aquí se podrá personalizar
su lista de canal.
Se puede clasificar su lista de canal por el
tipo de Service Name (Nombre del
Servicio), Frequency (Frecuencia),
Network Provider (Proveedor de Red),
Transponder ID (ID del Transmisor), y
Audio haciendo clic en el botón en la parte
superior de cada columna. Haga clic sobre
Service Name de un canal para
renombrarlo. Desplazando para la
derecha, se puede escoger la secuencia
de audio que será reproducida haciendo
clic en su tipo de Audio.
Se puede deseleccionar un canal para no aparecer en su lista de canal, o se puede
seleccionarlo y hacer clic en Delete para remover completamente el canal. Se puede
también importar listas de canales a su lista actual haciendo clic en Import, se puede
cargar una otra lista de canal haciendo clic en Load, y se puede guardar su lista de
canal haciendo clic en Save As… Para guardar sus cambios, haga clic en OK. Para
cancelar sus cambios, haga clic en Cancel.

3.3 Lista de Canal
En el lado derecho de la interface está la lista de
canal. Aquí podrá ver los canales disponibles
para DVB si estuvier en modo DVB.
Simplemente haga clic en un canal para pasar a
él, o presione las teclas de flechas K o L para
cambiar canales. En modo DVB, se puede
seleccionar Radio DVB haciendo clic en el
cuadro desplegable y escogendo Radio.
Haciendo clic en el botón derecho del ratón sobre
un canal le dará la opción de clasificar la lista por
Nombre, Frecuencia, Proveedor de Red, o ID del
Transmisor.
Nota: DTV CA lista los canales de acceso
condicional . Estos canales no son de acceso
gratuito, y no pueden ser vistos en la aplicación
DTV.
Sin embargo, algunas estaciones de TV identifican incorrectamente sus canales de
acceso libre como canales de acceso condicional y estos canales serán listados bajo
la lista de DTV CA, aun así estos canales podrán ser vistos en la aplicación DTV.
3.4 Controles de Volumen
En la parte inferior de la interface está la barra de volumen. Haga clic sobre la barra
para ajustar el volumen a ese nível, o presione las teclas de flecha I o J para reducir
o aumentar el volumen. Haga clic sobre el ícono del altavoz para silenciar el audio.
3.5 Medidor de Intensidad del Señal
El medidor de intensidad del señal indica la intensidad del señal para el canal actual.
Luces verdes indican buena recepción, luces amarillas indican recepción aceptable, y
luces rojas indican recepción mala.

3.6 Teletext
Simplemente haciendo clic sobre el botón Tx abrirá la ventana Teletext. No todas las
estaciones de TV proporcionan servicio de Teletext. No obstante, todos los días,
oficinas editoriales calificadas ofrecen una selección de información rápidamente y
fácilmente accesible, que puede ser accedida gratuitamente, ya que es transferida
constantemente con la imagen de TV a través del así-llamado intervalo blanco
vertical del señal de imagen. Navegando por las páginas es muy fácil debido a las
tablas de texto precargadas. Utilice los botones de flecha (en la interface del software,
el teclado PC o el control remoto) para navegar de una página a la otra o para entrar
un número de página directamente. Se puede también hacer clic sobre una página de
referencia directamente para llamar su contenido, prácticamente sin demoras.
Para obtener más información acerca del uso de Teletext, haga clic en el icono Help
situado en la parte superior derecha de la pantalla para consultar el archivo de ayuda
de Teletext.

3.7 EPG
Estaciones de TV Digital frecuentemente transmiten Electonic Program Guide (Guía
de Programa Electrónico), o información EPG. Esa información incluye información
sobre los próximos programas y sus horarios de reproducción, y pueden ser utilizados
para ver los espectáculos que serán reproducidos más tarde y grabálos.
Haga clic en el botón EPG para abrir la ventana EPG :
Haga clic en Update para actualizar la información EPG. Fecha, horario de inicio,
duración y nombre de programa aparecerán en la tabla. Seleccionando una entrada
mostrará la información ampliada sobre el programa (si disponible).
Haciendo clic en Rec. irá programar una grabación de ese programa
automáticamente por medio de la información EPG – se puede usar esto para
programar fácilmente las grabaciones de sus programas favoritos.

Para tener acceso a la ventana Setting
(Configuraciones), en la barra de menú, haga clic en
Tools -> Setting (Herramientas-> Configuración).
4.1 Configuraciones del Directorio
Directorio de Trabajo
Aquí se puede cambiar el directório
usado para archivos guardados. Escriba
el camino, o haga clic en “Browse”, vaya
a la carpeta deseada, y haga clic en OK.
Configuración del Tamaño de
Captura
Cuando está seleccionada, esto cortará
los archivos grabados en partes según
el tamaño entrado en File split size
(Tamaño de Corte del Archivo). Esto
es útil si deseas guardar grabaciones
largas en archivos más controlables. Por
ejemplo, configurando el tamaño de
corte del archivo a 650 MB facilitará la
grabación a los CDs.
Always on top (Siempre Arriba)
Se puede optar también por tener la ventana DTV arriba de otras aplicaciones
seleccionando “Always on top” (Siempre Arriba).
VGA hardware acceleration (Aceleración de hardware VGA)
Esto permite la aceleración del hardware VGA. Note que no todas las tarjetas gráficas
soportan esta característica.
Ajuste de Pantalla Completa
Le permite escoger si mostrar el vídeo en su proporción original de pantalla o
extendido para fijarlo a su pantalla cuando vea la televisión en modo de pantalla
completa.

5.1 El Botón de Grabación
Haciendo clic en el botón de grabación, se puede grabar vídeo
visualizado en la ventana principal. Durante grabación de vídeo , se
podrá ver su fuente de vídeo actual y • REC arriba de los controles
de reproducción.
Durante grabación, se graba el señal exacto de Audio y Vídeo MPEG-2 recibido.
Archivos grabados serán guardados en el directório de trabajo, que puede ser
especificado en las Configuraciones del Directorio (Capítulo 4.1). Se puede mirar las
películas grabadas entrando en el Modo de Reproducción (Play). (Capítulo 5.5)
Después de terminar la grabación, haga clic en el botón Parar.

5.2 El Botón de Grabación en Paralelo
Con la función de Grabación en Paralelo (TimeShift), se puede pausar TV al vivo,
dejar, y retornar y mirar el programa desde el punto en que fue dejado. Se puede
también avanzar rápidamente por los anuncios comerciales, o retroceder para ver
una escena especial nuevamente.
Para iniciar Grabación en Paralelo (TimeShifting), simplemente haga clic en el botón
TimeShift.
En seguida, el botón TimeShift se tornará en un botón Pausa/Reproducción,
permitiéndole hacer pausa en el vídeo. Haciendo clic en él nuevamente empezará la
reproducción desde el punto en que fue dejado.
Se podrá ver una barra verde en la parte inferior de la pantalla, con un control
deslizante que muestra su posición actual. Se puede retroceder o avanzar
rápidamente utilizando los botones en el lado izquierdo y derecho de la barra, o
arrastrando el control deslizante para izquierda y derecha. Se puede también hacer
clic en el botón Saltar al Inicio para ir ao inicio del archivo grabado en paralelo
(TimeShifted), y hacer clic en Saltar al Fin para mover de vuelta al espectáculo
mostrado actualmente. Si desea parar la grabación en paralelo (TimeShifting), haga
clic en el botón Parar. No se puede cambiar canales o fuentes de vídeo durante la
grabación en paralelo (TimeShifting).

5.3 Programar Grabación
Se puede acceder Schedule Recording
(Programar Grabación) desde el Menú
Settings (Configuraciones) como descrito

puede añadir una grabación programada
nueva, el botón Delete (Eliminar) cancela la

programada.
Los botones Add (Añadir) y Edit (Editar) abren un segundo menú:
Primero, seleccione Schedule Type (Tipo de Programación) desde el lado derecho
de la pantalla. Haga clic en “One time” (Una Vez) si esta grabación ocurre solamente
una vez. Para hacer grabación semanal, haga clic en los días que se desea
programar la grabación. Seleccione Source (Fuente) donde se desea grabar, en
seguida el Channel (Canal). Seleccione Date (Fecha) si esto es grabación de una
vez. Entre Start Time (Tempo Inicial) y Duration (Duración) del programa que se
desea grabar. Finalmente, entre File Name (Nombre de Archivo) para el archivo
grabado – si esto es una grabación semanal, un número será añadido a este nombre
para cada grabación. (Ejemplo: NombreArchivo01.mpg, NombreArchivo02.mpg, etc.)
Haga clic en el botón Add (Añadir) para terminar la programación de la grabación.
Se puede también programar grabaciones en TV digital usando información EPG.

5.4 Snapshot (Instantáneas)
Se puede fotografiar imágenes estáticas de vídeo y guardarlas en su disco duro. Para
sacar una fotografía, haga clic en el botón Snapshot (Instantánea), y la imagen de
vídeo actual será guardada en su disco duro en el directório de trabajo especificado
en Directory Settings (Configuraciones del Directorio). (Capítulo 4.1) Se puede ver las
instantáneas que se ha sacado entrando en el Modo Play (Reproducción). (Capítulo

5.5 Modo Play (Reproducción)
Se puede ver los archivos ya grabados haciendo clic en el lado izquierdo de la
interface. Aquí se puede seleccionar el archivo deseado en la derecha, y él será
mostrado en la ventana principal. Si el archivo es una imagen, él será mostrado. Si el
archivo es un clip de película, él se empezará a reproducir. Se puede pausar/
reproducir o parar la película usando los botones Pausa/Reproducción y Parar en la
parte inferior de la interface. Se puede también hacer clic en Explorer… y usted abrirá
