Cultural Day with Kelly Senecal and Patrick Timony
Enjoy the day by exploring Aboriginal and Francophone cultures.
Aboriginal activities led by Kelly Senecal includes medicine teaching, smudge ceremony,
sacred fire teaching, tipi building, sharing circle, travelling song and a blessing.
The afternoon is followed by lunch at Bell Park and Voyageur games.
To finish the day students will return to the Medical School to learn a game based on
North/South and Rural/Urban led by Patrick Timony.

Journée culturelle avec Kelly Senecal et Patrick Timony
Jouissez de votre journée en explorant les cultures autochtones et francophones.
Les activités autochtones dirigées par Kelly Senecal comprennent l’enseignement de
médecine autochtone, une cérémonie de purification, l’enseignement du feu sacré, la
construction de tipi, le cercle de partage, des chansons traditionnelles autochtones et
une bénédiction.
Dans l’après-midi nous aurons un dîner au Parc Bell suivi des jeux Voyageurs.
Pour finir la journée culturelle, nous retournerons à l’École de médecine pour un jeu lié
aux concepts de nord/sud et rural/urbain dirigé par Patrick Timony.
