Cullin Africa, a Black South African Women owned company, has grown to become one of the biggest High Voltage overhead line
material suppliers in Southern Africa, since its inception in 1998.
Our major customers include Eskom, Telkom, Transnet, Nampower, municipalities and most utilities in
Southern Africa.. We supply good quality local and overseas manufactured products. The company has
the support and technical backup from all major Approved Manufacturers, Suppliers and Importers, for
all the related products that we supply. Cullin Africa is the sole agent for SEDIVER Insulators, in the
South Africa and Sub-Saharan markets.

Standards
Standards and specifications are compiled at international level by experts in their
respective fields as a guide to aid the manufacturer, the designer and the user.
Specifications ensure standardisation of technical and performance requirements on a
global scale. At Cullin our products are manufactured in accordance with and in
compliance to the various relevant specifications, namely: A.N.S.I. (American
International Electrotechnical Commission), D.I.N. & V.D.E. (German Electrotechnical
Commission) and S.A.B.S. (South African Bureau of Standards). All the S.A.B.S.
standards are based on the relevant IEC Standards, and tests are done at the South
African High Voltage Test Facility (N.E.T.F.A.), which is Kema accredited.
