See FISU Forum Fair guidelines and start to prepare your animations now! 1 FISU Forum Fair guidelines 1. Every country delegation is invited to bring information materials about their National University Sport Federation (NUSF) and the situation regarding university sport in their country. 2. During the FISU Forum there will be stands available for each NUSF, so they can present their information materials there. 3. The Forum Fair should be an opportunity to exchange ideas, to learn about each other’s culture and sport and even to start co-operation projects. The space which is available is left to your creativity and imagination – and so, do remember that for other FISU members it is especially interesting to know about the following: • • • • • • • • Name and logo of your federation Who are the members of the federation? What is its structure and delivery? What is the role of volunteers in your federation? Main activities and events organised by the federation A short overview of the financial situation of your federation The role of students within the university sport in your country Main challenges and main events in the near future for your federation Any proposals you may wish to discuss for co-operation with other federations 4. Photos, music, games, gadgets, national costumes and any other forms of animation are welcome in order to make it a veritable FISU Fair. 5. If you need something more than just a table with a piece of wall or noticeboard on which to stick information papers (for instance if you need access to a video/DVD player, floor space for a game), we suggest you to contact the organising committee before the forum. Then, please make sure that on the first day of the FISU Forum you confirm, with the local organising committee, the space and the equipment that you need. In any case, the OC provides paper, pens, stickers, sellotape, scissors, and pins. Forum venues The majority of plenary sessions and workshops will be given at the Jagiellonian University. The participants will have occasion to admire one of the most representative buildings of the university, located in the Old Town: Collegium Novum. Accommodation All delegations and CESU members will be accommodated in recently renovated Zaczek Students Hotel situated in the city centre, 15 minutes walk from the Main Square. The delegations will have at their disposal double rooms with bathrooms. Internet access is provided in each room. Visa procedure The Organising Committee will provide necessary invitations.
