INTRODUCTION
Le Programme Master 1 et 2 - PGE2/3 en apprentissage ‘Responsable de Projets Innovants - New Business Development
Manager ‘ répond à un double besoin (Rappel des objectifs validés pour l’ouverture du programme) :
Les besoins des étudiants :
- une expérience « métier » professionnalisante en entreprise qui les mène vers l’emploi
- une formation solide en management qui développe l’esprit d’innovation et des capacités/compétences pour
accompagner les entreprises/organisations dans leurs missions opérationnelles et stratégiques de développement en
France et à l’International
- le financement de leurs études par l’entreprise/l’organisation, et une rémunération fixée par les règles du contrat
d’apprentissage
Les besoins des entreprises :
- recruter des jeunes diplômés formés et opérationnels pour étudier et manager/gérer des projets innovants et stratégiques
sur des marchés ou des process, nouveaux ou existants, en France et à l’International
- concevoir, produire, gérer et commercialiser d’une façon innovante et globale pour rester compétitives
LES SPECIFICITES DE CE PARCOURS :
Il est bâti autour des 3 compétences-clés du ‘New Business Development Manager’ :
- le management de l’innovation
- le développement international
- les techniques ‘marketing’ et ‘commerciales’, et de management de projet
Il forme aux principaux métiers visés suivants :
Chef de Produit, Chargé de développement nouveaux produits/activités, Responsable développement commercial,
Chargé du développement International, Commercial Export, Chef de zone Export, Chef de projet Ecoproduit, Chargé de
Projet Innovation,…
Il couvre les 2 dernières années du PGE (Master 1 et Master 2) avec un rythme, des objectifs et une organisation
pédagogique qui lui sont propres.
Il se compose d’un programme d’enseignement représentant un volume de cours de 523 heures dispensées à l’ESC
RENNES et de 120 heures dispensées dans une Université-partenaire étrangère.
Il s’articule autour des concepts de l’Innovation et du développement International et durable en phase avec le
positionnement GRP « Global Responsible Pioneer » de l’ESC Rennes School of Business.
Il suit un calendrier spécifique avec des périodes longues en entreprise pour mener à bien le management / la gestion de
projets innovants, stratégiques, spécifiques à un domaine du management (marketing, communication, développement
commercial, Supply Chain, RH, Finance…) ou transversaux.
Le rythme plutôt long est adapté à des missions confiées de type :
- audit et études organisationnelles/stratégiques/process,
- projets de réorganisation/d’amélioration de la performance,
- projets de développement nouveau(x) produit(s) ou nouvelle cible clients/pays,…etc,
en complément de missions plus opérationnelles durant les périodes en entreprise.

Le rythme de l’alternance : le cadencement mis en place est conçu pour permettre au Maître d’apprentissage et à
l’Apprenti de travailler régulièrement ensemble sur des périodes suffisamment longues. Il repose sur une alternance de
périodes Ecole/Entreprise de 2 à 4 semaines à chaque fois, en complément des 2 blocs de 16-20 semaines en
Université Etrangère et 16-20 semaines en Entreprise lors du 2ème semestre de l’année Master 1 (Cf. rythme et calendrier
page 6 et 12).
Les bornes mobiles à l’International : tous les apprentis font un séjour académique de 16 à 20 semaines dans une
Université-partenaire étrangère lors de leur 2ème semestre de l’année Master 1, facteur important d’attractivité pour
l’apprenti mais aussi pour l’entreprise (mission professionnelle INNOCAPT réalisée durant le séjour académique à
l’étranger).
Afin de cibler un nombre important de destinations (+ de 20 pays) tout en prenant en compte les différentes contraintes de
nos partenaires étrangers, il est mis en place une période de 36 semaines ‘mobiles’.
A l’intérieur de ces 36 semaines allant de début Janvier à début septembre, 16 à 20 semaines seront consacrées au
programme d’enseignement et 16 à 20 semaines seront planifiées en entreprise
(Cf. rythme et calendrier page 6 et 12).
Les dates précises des périodes ‘Ecole/séjour académique à l’étranger’ et ‘Entreprise’ seront connues une fois le
processus d’affectation de chaque étudiant à son Université Etrangère réalisé et l’affectation définitive validée (lettre
d’affectation officielle de l’Université Partenaire).
Ce parcours intègre la démarche ‘INNOCAPT’ : durant sa période en entreprise pré-semestre académique à l’étranger
(1er semestre de l’année Master 1), l’apprenti prépare une mission à l’étranger qui sera réalisée lors du semestre en
université partenaire (2ème semestre de l’année Master 1). Cette mission ‘INNOCAPT’ a pour objectif de « capter » des
innovations, opportunités ou autres données/informations dans le pays d’affectation, susceptibles d’intéresser l’entreprise
et son domaine d’activité, pour ensuite les adapter et les développer au sein de celle-ci , en France ou dans le cadre d’un
projet de développement à l’international.
Cette mission ‘Innocapt ‘ peut aussi répondre à un besoin particulier de l’entreprise dans le pays d’affectation de
l’apprenti :
projet de développement commercial,
projet d’ouverture d’un nouveau marché,
projet d’audit/analyse de la performance d’une filiale
projet d’étude concurrentielle,

1 - Découverte de l'entreprise, de son environnement et de ses métiers :
intégration dans l'entreprise formalisée par un rapport d'étonnement.
2 - Découverte approfondie de l'entreprise formalisée par un rapport d'audit
stratégique et organisationnel.
3 - Veille et identification d'un projet d'innovation matérielle ou immatérielle
(en France ou à l'Etranger) formalisée par un Business Plan sommaire.
4 - Mise en œuvre du projet d'innovation formalisée par un Business Plan
complet qui représente le "mémoire final" de l'étudiant.

Les modalités d’association des entreprises à la formation de leur apprenti (session

Avant son entrée en apprentissage (Année 1, niveau L3), l'étudiant bénéficie
d'un accompagnement pour lui permettre de définir son projet professionnel et
rechercher son entreprise d'accueil (réunion "étapes" avec le coordinateur du
parcours, cours adaptés, sessions de formation collective ou individuelle,
ateliers).
Au cours de ses deux années d'apprentissage, l'Ecole accompagne l'apprenti au

Séjour académique à l’étranger / Bornes ‘mobiles’ :
Sur la période du 1er janvier au 10 septembre 2017, soit 36 semaines au total, un bloc de 16 à 20 semaines (maximum)
correspond au semestre académique obligatoire en Université Partenaire à l’étranger (période ‘Ecole’), et 16 à 20 semaines à des
périodes ‘Entreprise’.
Les bornes (dates de début et fin) du séjour académique à l’étranger sont mobiles : elles varient en fonction de l’affectation en
Université Partenaire de l’étudiant. Dès l’affectation connue et validée, les dates du séjour académique seront officialisées et
bloquées dans le planning, les périodes libres, avant et après, seront par voie de conséquence des périodes ‘Entreprise’.
