Voici la proposition d'engagement du Genève Natation 1885 pour le poste de ENTRAINEUR ELITE de natation à 100%.
DESCRIPTION POSTE DE TRAVAIL :
- Entraîneur groupe Elite et Elite International de natation,
- 30 heures/semaine d'entraînement, de fin août au mi-juillet (selon le planning Swiss Swimming et le planning
international),
- Planification,
- Compétitions,
- Stages octobre, décembre, février, avril et juillet.
OBJECTIFS :
- Développer le groupe Elite et Elite International au niveau effectif et performance selon les directives du Directeur
Sportif,
- Placer les groupes Elites filles et garçons aux Ch. Suisse de Club LNA,
- Qualifier des nageurs et nageuses aux compétitions internationales officielles (équipe nationale).
COMPETENCES REQUISES :
- Langue anglais, français ou italienne ou almand souhaité
- Brevet Swiss Swimming minimum Entraineur Bronze (mieux Entraineur Argent ou Or) ou équivalence étranger,
- Capacité à travailler en équipe,
- Capacité de développer une système d’entrainement spécifique en partenariat avec le Directeur Sportif,
- Open-mind.

Job offer for SWIMMING COACH ELITE Genève Natation 1885
The position offered by Genève Natation 1885 is that of SWIMMING COACH ELITE. This position reports to the Sports
Manager. This is a permanent position (100%).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Swimming coach of the Elite Team and Elite International,
- 30 hours/week of coaching, from the end of August till half of July (depending on the seasonal planning of Swiss
Swimming and international seasonal planning),
- Planning,
- Competitions,
- Training Camps in October, December, February, April and July.
GOALS :
- Develop the Elite Team and Elite International in number of swimmers and results, according to the direction of the
Sports Manager,
- Placement of the Elite Team of boys and girls at the Swiss Club Championship,
- Qualify swimmers to international official competitions (national team).
DEMANDED COMPETENCES :
- English mother-language and knowledge of French or Italian or German language (not mandatory),
- Minimum diploma Swiss Swimming is “Entraineur Bronze” (better “Entraineur Argent” or “Entraineur Or”) or
International Diploma,
- Group-work,
- Ability to develop a specific training system in partnership with the Sports Manager,
- Open-mind.
