Voici la proposition d'engagement du Genève Natation 1885 pour le poste de ENTRAINEUR JUNIOR de natation à 80%.
DESCRIPTION POSTE DE TRAVAIL :
- Entraîneur groupe Junior de natation,
- 22 heures/semaine d'entraînement, de fin août au mi-juillet (selon le planning Swiss Swimming et le planning
international),
- Planification,
- Compétitions,
- Stages octobre, décembre, février, avril et juillet,
OBJECTIFS :
- Développer le groupe Junior au niveau effectif et performance selon les directives du Directeur Sportif,
- Qualifier les groupes Juniors filles et garçons aux finales de Ch. Suisse des Clubs Espoirs,
- Qualifier des nageurs et nageuses aux compétitions internationales officielles (équipe nationale junior).
COMPETENCES REQUISES :
- Langue français, anglais souhaité
- Brevet Swiss Swimming minimum Entraineur A (mieux Entraineur Bronze ou plus) ou équivalence étranger,
- Capacité à travailler en équipe,
- Capacité de développer un système d’entrainement spécifique en partenariat avec le Directeur Sportif,
- Ouverture d’esprit.

Job offer for SWIMMING COACH JUNIOR Genève Natation 1885
The position offered by Genève Natation 1885 is that of SWIMMING COACH JUNIOR. This position reports to the
Sports Manager. This is a permanent position (80%).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Swimming coach of the Junior Team,
- 22 hours/week of coaching, from the end of August till half of July (depending on the seasonal planning of Swiss
Swimming and international seasonal planning),
- Planning,
- Competitions,
- Training Camps in October, December, February, April and July.
GOALS :
- Develop the Junior Team in number of swimmers and results, according to the direction of the Sports Manager,
- Placement of the Junior Teams boys and girls at the Swiss Junior Club Championship,
- Qualify swimmers to international official competitions (national junior team).
DEMANDED COMPETENCES :
- French mother-language and knowledge of English (not mandatory),
- Minimum diploma Swiss Swimming is “Entraineur A” (better “Entraineur Bronze” or higher) or International Diploma,
- Group-work,
- Ability to develop a specific training system in partnership with the Sports Manager,
- Open-mind.
