PUESTA EN MARCHA.-
1 Conecte el terminal del cable de
conexión eléctrica (39) al terminal (M)
de la columna Fig.2.
El otro terminal del cable de conexión
eléctrica enchúfelo a la red eléctrica
(220V). Ponga el interruptor (L) en
posición (I) Fig.2.
De estos programas predefinidos, los
gráficos se encuentran al final de este
libro de instrucciones.
2. Pulse la tecla START/STOP,
seleccione el tiempo, frecuencia
deseados. Pulse la tecla START/STOP
y trascurridos unos segundos la
plataforma se pondrá en marcha.
Si
la
plataforma
se
apaga
incorrectamente con el interruptor rojo
de la parte posterior de la columna
puede aparecer el mensaje de error
E00. Apague la plataforma y vuelva a
encenderla
transcurridos
unos
segundos.
Para ejercitarse correctamente con la
plataforma de vibración siga las
instrucciones incluidas en el Manual
de Ejercicios.
3. En cualquier momento de
funcionamiento se puede parar la
plataforma
pulsando
la

START/STOP.

START-UP.-
1 Plug the mains cable (39) into the
socket (M) on the column, Fig. 2.
The other end of the cable is plugged
into the electric wall socket (220V).
Set switch (L) to position (I).
The profile graphs for these preset
programs can be found at the end of
this instruction book.
2. Press the ON/OFF key, select the
desired time, frequency. Press the
START/STOP key and the platform
will start after a few seconds.
The VibroPower vibration platform is
fitted with a safety fuse to protect the
equipment.
It will trip if it detects electrical
problems with the mains supply.

MISE EN MARCHE.-
1 Connectez le connecteur du cordon
de branchement électrique (39) au
connecteur (M) de la colonne Fig.2.
Branchez l’autre connecteur du
cordon de branchement au courant
électrique (220V). Placez l’interrupteur
(L) sur la position (I). Fig.2.
Les illustrations de ces programmes
prédéfinis se trouvent à la fin de cette
notice.

se mettra en marche dans les

1 Steek de netsnoerkabel (39) in het
contact (M) op de kolom, Fig.2.
Het andere uiteinde van het snoer
wordt in een stopcontact (220V)
gestoken. Stel schakelaar (L) in op
positie (I).
Het ActivePower vibratieplatform is
uitgerust met een veiligheidszekering
om het toestel te beschermen.
Deze wordt geactiveerd als er
elektrische
problemen
met
de
netvoeding gedetecteerd worden.
2. Druk op de START/STOP-toets,
selecteer de gewenste tijd, frequentie.
Druk op START/STOP, waarna het
platform na een paar seconden
gestart wordt.
Als het platform onjuist wordt
uitgeschakeld met de rode schakelaar
op de achterzijde van de kolom, is het
mogelijk dat de foutboodschap E00
verschijnt. Schakel het platform uit en
na een paar seconden weer in.
3. U kunt het platform op elk gewenst
ogenblik
stoppen
door
op
START/STOP te drukken.
Het Active Power vibratieplatform is
uitgerust met een veiligheidszekering
om het toestel te beschermen.
Deze wordt geactiveerd als er
elektrische
problemen
met
de
netvoeding gedetecteerd worden.
Volg de in de oefeningshandleiding
opgegeven instructies op om op de
juiste wijze oefeningen te doen op het
platform.

MANUELE FUNCTIE.Druk op SELECT om de manuele
stand te selecteren, druk vervolgens
op START/STOP om het platform te
starten.
Terwijl het platform werkt, kunt u de
oefeningstijd (1-3-5-10 minuten) en de
frequentie-instellingen
(5-10-15-20)
variëren.
