vous plairont et prenez quand même le temps de lire ce livret : vous ne connaissez peut-être pas tout de
Chanteloup !
Si vous venez chez nous pour la première fois, vous serez sans doute surpris, agréablement, j’espère: vous
serez accueilli au château même, vous aurez sans doute un grand emplacement, vous ne verrez quasiment
pas de bâtiments postérieurs à 1850, vous serez entourés de verdure et vous sentirez sans doute qu’il y a une
atmosphère particulière à Chanteloup.
Après la présentation qui vous a été faite par moi-même ou par un membre de l’équipe, prenez le temps de
lire ce document.

your at the reception inside the château, without a doubt you may have a large space for your tent or caravan,
hardly you will see buildings built after 1850, you will be surrounded by greenery and you will probably feel

la propriété : vous y trouverez toutes sortes
d’ambiances différentes mais toujours au sein
d’une nature accueillante: pelouses autour du château,
bois ou forêt plus profonde, potager et champs, étang
avec une île, plusieurs petites pièces d’eau, une cour
arborée entourée de bâtiments anciens.
le choix de votre environnement soit en réservant
soit en le demandant à votre arrivée : les pelouses
autour du château, entre les haies de charmes
derrière la tour, dans le potager autour des plantes
aromatiques, dans les bois ou dans la chênaie à
l’entrée de la propriété.
Profitez-en pour découvrir tous les attraits de
la propriété : un plan est à votre disposition à
l’accueil Le camping utilise environ 5 hectares pour
seulement 100 emplacements : cela vous permet
d’avoir beaucoup plus de place que dans la plupart
des campings !
Et si votre emplacement ne vous convient pas ?
Dites-le nous et nous ferons le maximum pour vous
en proposer un nouveau (sauf si nous sommes en
très haute saison).

Country and comfort
W
elcome to the 21 hectares of the property,
where you will find all kinds of different
atmospheres but still within a welcoming
nature: lawns around the château,, wood or deeper
forest, vegetables garden and fields, pond with an
island, a tree-lined courtyard surrounded by old
buildings.
Take the opportunity to discover all the attractions of
the property: a map is available at the reception.
The campsite uses not less than 5 hectares for its
100 pitches: this allows you to have much more
space than in most campsites!
Your pitch is often defined either by some timber or
by a mixed hedge, either roses or hydrangeas, the
iconic flowers of Chanteloup!
Depending on the availability, you can either book your
spot and environment prior arrival, or directly at the
check in; the lawns around the castle, or between the
hedges of charm behind the tower, or around in the
vegetables garden of aromatic plants, in the woods
or in the oak grove at the entrance of the property.
And if you are not happy with the spot which has been
booked for you? Tell us and we will do our best to
offer another one and answer your needs (according
to availability especially during the high season).
By the way, have you noticed? In Chanteloup, there
are no mobile homes or cottage or cabins! You will
only find the true caravanning camping in an authentic
and preserved nature! And that is a valuable choice!

Facilités et prestations

À droite des toilettes, un espace pour les personnes
à mobilité réduite. Et à l’extrême droite, un espace
réservé aux familles avec des jeunes enfants: une
invention de Chanteloup ! Lavabo, baignoire pour
enfants, deux douches, toilette... et une ambiance
accueillante ! À gauche, une tour avec des oubliettes
pour enfermer les enfants pas sages. Non, non, c’est
une blague ! À droite en entrant dans la cour, après
le restaurant, les douches et lavabos Messieurs ont
été totalement rénovés en 2014, dernière tranche de
la rénovation totale de nos sanitaires engagée il y a
4 ans. Puis la laverie dans l’ancienne remise pour le
bois, agréable et fonctionnelle. Et enfin, les lavabos
et douches pour les femmes encore avec une petite
décoration ! Vous y trouvez aussi un espace pour les
enfants, une baignoire et une table à langer pour les
bébés et des sèche-cheveux. Et, levez les yeux… vous
avez vu les belles poutres du toit ?

Chanteloup est l’intégration paysagère : vous
ne trouverez chez nous que des bâtiments
anciens ou presque ! Et le seul bâtiment récent, le
bloc sanitaire de la Chênaie, caché dans le bois
est quasi-invisible ! Profitez-en car vous passez vos
vacances dans un camping atypique! Ce petit bloc
sanitaire (plusieurs WC, lavabos, une douche) est
l’annexe de l’ensemble principal situé dans la cour
des communs. Là, vous trouverez toutes les facilités,
en plus du restaurant, de l’épicerie et d’une grange
avec deux tables de ping-pong, Ici, auparavant,
c’était les bâtiments d’exploitation de la ferme :
vaches, cochon, poules et pintades ! Aujourd’hui,
dans l’ancienne volière, au fond de la cour, les
toilettes : à gauche, pour les hommes, avec un
WC chimique. À droite pour les femmes, avec un
petit salon! Nous espérons que vous apprécierez la
décoration personnalisée et la musique d’ambiance !!
Facilities and services
O
ne of the uniqueness of the castle of Chanteloup
is how it perfectly fits in the nature: you will be
able to contemplate in the property only old
buildings or nearly old. And the only new building is the
sanitary block next to the vegetables garden, hidden
in the wood and almost invisible! Enjoy Chanteloup and
relax in here, since you will spend your holiday in an
atypical campsite!
This small toilet block (several toilets, sinks, showers)
is only the annex to the main sanitary located in the
common courtyard. In there you will find all the facilities,
in addition to the restaurant, grocery, and a barn with
two tennis tables.
This courtyard area used to be the farm buildings for
the cows, pigs, chickens and guinea fowl!
The former aviary at the back of the court (the white
wooden building) is now the toilets facility. You will find
the mens’ toilets on the left with the chemical toilet, and
on the right the womens’ toilets with a powder room.
We really hope you will enjoy the decoration, and you
may take time to spot Chanteloup’s special animals
which are delicately placed all around!
For further comfort within the toilets building, you
will find on the right, a space for people with reduced
mobility. And at the extreme right, a space for families
with young children: a creation of Chanteloup; Sink,
kids’ bath, two showers, toilet ... and a welcoming
atmosphere!
And if your kids are not listening to you enough, there
is on the left of the courtyard a tower with a dungeon
to lock the naughty ones. No, no, we are just kidding!
In the main building in the prolongation of the house,
you will find just after the restaurant, the gents sanitary
block with showers and sinks. It was fully renovated in
2014.
Then the laundry is placed between the gents’ and
ladies’ sanitary block which used to be the wood
storage. The laundry is friendly and functional, there
is a high probability that you make new friends in this
special area!
And finally, the women’s sanitary block with another
children’s space, with a bath, a changing table for
babies and hairdryer. And, look up; have you seen the
beautiful roof beams?

camping.

• Les livres et bibliothèque : des livres en Français, en Anglais et en Néerlandais sont disponibles dans le

de collection !

recommandée: faites confiance à ces vrais professionnels. Ils sont aussi propriétaires au village du restaurant
« Le Rendez-Vous », où vous pourrez aller déjeuner. Uniquement de la cuisine maison et ils parlent très bien
anglais !
• Plat à emporter : pizzas, poulet frites et plat du jour selon l’inspiration du chef.
• Epicerie : consultez les horaires d’ouverture et faites des achats à cette mignonne épicerie installée dans
les anciennes écuries! L’équipe familiale qui la gère a besoin de vos achats et ils font des efforts pour vous
présenter des produits locaux !
• Jeux pour enfants organisés en journée par une animatrice et feu de camp le soir pour les adolescents.

recommended. Enjoy the specialities of these true professionals! They also own the restaurant «Le RendezVous» at Sillé le Philippe, where you can go to lunch. Only home cooking and above all they speak English
very well!
• Take away pizzas, fried chicken and the chef’s choice of daily meals.
• Grocery: Check opening hours and make purchases at this quaint grocery housed in the former stables!
The family team that manages needs your purchases and they are making efforts to introduce you to local
produce!
• Games for children are organized daily with a special member of the Dream Team and there is a camp fire

La Page d’histoire
L
a famille Souffront qui habite au Mans achète
le domaine de Chanteloup en 1960 comme
maison de campagne. Mais les temps sont
durs et l’entretien de la propriété est coûteux.
Aussi, Michel Souffront décide en 1972 d’installer
un camping 4 étoiles en profitant des nombreux
bâtiments existants. Pas la moindre étude de
marché mais adhésion immédiate à la toute jeune
chaîne les Castels où la préservation du patrimoine
et l’accueil sont les maître-mots. Depuis une bonne
vingtaine d’années, son fils Dominique dirige et fait
évoluer le camping et la propriété. Mais avant ?
Dès le 14ème siècle, Chanteloup, ou plutôt Boisrier, le
vrai nom, est cité. Après le « départ » de nos amis
anglais au début du 15ème siècle, un petit manoir
noble est construit : c’est l’Orangerie, près de l’étang.
Modifié au cours des siècles, et restauré en 1996, il
accueille maintenant deux gîtes. En 1815, le château
est construit par la Comtesse Ogier d’Ivry qui a deux
fils mais un seul château, Passay tout près d’ici. Les
communs et le parc sont complétés vers 1850. Puis
plusieurs familles s’y succèdent jusqu’en 1960. Vous
trouverez l’historique détaillé dans un des cadres
dans le bar et des photos d’il y a un siècle dans le
salon du château qui vous est réservé. Et si cela vous
intéresse, profitez-en pour participer à une des visites
gratuites de la propriété organisée par un membre de
la famille !
History of Chanteloup
T
he Souffront family, who lived in Le Mans,
bought the estate of Chanteloup in 1960 to use
it as a country house. But times were tough and
maintenance of the property was expensive. That is
why, in 1972, Michel Souffront decided to set up a
4-star campsite in the existing premises. He did not
carry out any market analysis but immediately became
a member of the then new Castels camspites chain,
which focused on the preservation of architectural
heritage and on hospitality.
His son Dominique has been managing and developing
the campsite and property for more than 20 years
now.
But what happened before the Souffronts? Chanteloup,
or rather “Boisrier” (the real name of the estate) is
identified since the 14th century. After our English
friends departed at the beginning of the 15th century,
the Orangerie, a small noble mansion was built near
the pond. Its architecture was modified over the
centuries and restored in 1996. It now houses two
apartments.
In 1815, the main house or castle was built by the
Countess Ogier d’Ivry, who had two sons but only one
castle, Passay, close to Chanteloup. The outbuildings
and the park were completed around 1850. Then
several families bought the estate one after another,
until 1960.
You can find the detailed history of the estate in the
bar, as well as photographs dating back to the 20th
century in the château lounge reserved for the guests.

Recommandations
Depuis de longues années, nous sommes agréablement surpris de voir combien vous respectez l’environnement
de Chanteloup !
Cependant, nous vous rappelons pour le plaisir et la sécurité de tous:
• de rouler très lentement à l’intérieur de la propriété. Vous pouvez aussi laisser votre voiture dans le potager
du ruisseau (accès fléché par le terrain de sport). Si vous rentrez le soir après 22h30, vous devez laisser
votre voiture au parking de nuit (accès par la D301)
• de respecter le silence total entre 22h30 et 8h00 : conversations, radios, télévision, vaisselle.
• de ne pas faire de feux sur le sol et d’être très prudents si vous utiliser des barbecues à charbon de bois
• vos enfants sont ici chez eux : veillez comme chez vous à ce qu’il ne jettent pas de papiers ou autres par
terre. Et s’ils vont au feu de camp le soir, répétez leur de rentrer en silence pour respecter le calme !!!!
• vos chiens sont aussi les bienvenus : ils doivent être tenus en laisse. Ne les laissez pas aboyer et merci de
récupérer leurs « crottes » !
• de faire sécher votre linge le plus discrètement possible.
• de nous informer si vous voulez recevoir des visiteurs
• de ne pas cueillir de fleurs (sauf si vous en avez eu l’autorisation !!)
Nous vous rappelons aussi que
• vos enfants sont sous l’entière responsabilité des parents
• il est interdit aux enfants de moins de 18 ans d’acheter, de transporter ou de consommer de l’alcool
• tout manquement grave ou répété au règlement entraînera l’expulsion de la famille.
En cas de difficulté quelconque ou si avez besoin de quelque chose, n’hésitez pas à nous le demander.

However, we remind you for the safety and fun of all, to please…
• drive very slowly inside the estate. You may park your car in the former vegetable garden (access through
the sports field is shown by arrows painted on signs). If you come back at night after 10:30 pm, please also
park there.
• be silent between 10:30pm and 8.00am (quiet conversations, radio, television, dish washing…)
• not light any fire on the ground and be very careful if you use charcoal grills.
• check that your kids do not throw papers or other trash on the ground, as Chanteloup is everyone’s home
and must be respected for that reason. If kids go to the night campfire, please have them return in silence.
• keep your dogs leashed, do not let them bark, and pick up their mess.
• hide your clothes as much as possible when letting them dry.
• let us know beforehand if you wish to receive friends who are not guests of Chanteloup.
• do not pick flowers.
We also remind you that:
• children are the sole responsibility of their parents.
• it is prohibited for underage (18 years old) children to buy, transport or consume alcohol.
• any serious or repeated breach of the above rules will result in the family being expelled from the premises.
In case you have any trouble, or if you need anything, please do not hesitate to ask us.

Chanteloup respecte l’environnement

pièces d’eau. Nous avons aussi mis en place bien sûr
le tri sélectif, que nous vous demandons de respecter.
Merci d’en parler à vos enfants ! L’ensemble des bacs
de tri sélectif est à gauche de la sortie du camping:
un pour les cartons, un pour les verres et un pour les
plastiques. Les ordures ménagères sont collectées
tous les jours dans les poubelles tout près de votre
emplacement. Vous pouvez déposer les piles à la
réception dans le petit container.

jour et par emplacement que nous nous engageons
à investir dans des actions spécifiques. Notre plan

des ampoules à led, la plupart des robinets d’eau sont
électroniques ou à économie d’eau automatiques,
une grande partie de l’arrosage des pelouses et des
plantes provient de notre nappe phréatique ou des

All the recycling bins are situated at the exit of the
campsite; there is one for cardboard, one for glass
and one for plastics.
Normal garbage is collected every day in the bins
located near your location.
Last, but not least, we recycle batteries at reception.
Please put your used batteries in the little container.

Location de gites et Appartements / Accommodations
The Château de Chanteloup offers five lodgings of

L’Orangerie, composée de 2 gîtes est l’ancienne
maison noble de la propriété. Construite après
la Guerre de Cent Ans avec nos amis anglais, elle
a été remaniée en style néo-gothique en 1855 par
la famille Ogier d’Ivry. Laissée à l’abandon pendant
des décennies et presque à l’état de ruine, elle a été
restaurée, non sans mal, dans les années 90.
Les 3 autres gîtes sont à l’étage de l’ancienne ferme
qui permettait à la famille propriétaire de vivre en
autarcie. Le Grand et le Petit Appartements de la
Ferme ont été aménagés, à l’origine en chambre
d’hôtes, dans cette ferme typique de la région
et construite en 1815 comme le château. Nous
pouvons louer en plus une chambre avec salle d’eau
mitoyenne de ces deux appartements.
L’appartement du Commun a fait l’objet, en 2004,
d’une lourde restauration dans ce qui était avant le
logement du cocher : vous pouvez voir au rez-dechaussée les boxes pour les chevaux qui ont été
restaurés en 2002 (maintenant la petite épicerie).
Nous sommes sûrs que vous passerez un agréable
séjour dans ces gîtes qui sont d’ailleurs souvent
réservés d’une année sur l’autre ! Bien évidemment,
les résidents bénéficient gratuitement, pendant
la saison, de toutes les installations et facilités du
camping.
Tous nos gîtes sont confortables et agréablement
meublés, souvent avec des meubles anciens ou
rustiques. Ils ont généralement la télévision, machines
à laver le linge et la vaisselle.
A l’exception de l’Appartement du Commun, chaque
hébergement possède son propre jardin.

The Orangerie is composed of two lodgings, the
Grande and the Petite Orangerie. The Orangerie is
the old noble house of the property. Built after the
One Hundred Years War with our dear English friends,
it was altered into a neo-gothic style in 1855 by the
Ogier d’Ivry family. Neglected for decades, almost to
the point of ruin, it was lovingly restored in 1994.
The three other lodgings are located on the first floor
of the old farm. Le Grand and Le Petit Appartement
were originally arranged as ‘Chambres d’Hôtes’ in this
farm, which is typical of this area of France and dates
from 1815 just like the Château. We also have a twin
room with bathroom available, located between the
two Apartments.
L’Appartement du Commun, originally the coachman’s
house, underwent major restoration in 2004. On the
ground floor, you can see the stables, which were
restored in 2002, and which now house the little
grocery.
All our lodgings are cosy and well furnished, often
with old and rustic furniture. They all have their own
private garden with teak furniture, sun loungers and
barbecue, with the sole exception of the ‘Appartement
du Commun’.
We are sure you will enjoy a very pleasant stay in
these cosy lodgings within our lovely grounds. And
it goes without saying that all our guests can freely
enjoy all the facilities that Chanteloup has to offer.

Voilà quelques suggestions pour organiser votre
séjour, que nous souhaitons le plus agréable possible !
Une seule journée : trop court ! Dommage. Surtout
profitez de notre site et n’en sortez pas! Balade
dans les allées, bronzage autour de la piscine, jeux
avec les enfants si vous en avez, repos sur votre
emplacement: c’est suffisant, non?
Un jour de plus ? Oui, vous allez pouvoir mieux
connaître notre belle région! À moins d’une heure,
découvrez plusieurs régions aux paysages différents:
le Perche, très renommé en France et si paisible,
les Alpes Mancelles (mais oui!) avec une impression
de montagne, la vallée du Loir avec ses paysages
d’eau.... et les premiers châteaux de la Loire!
Demandez à la réception les itinéraires thématiques
préparés pour vous et laissez-vous guider!
Deux jours : une participation aux animations pour
les enfants sur place (gratuit) ou pour les adultes
(généralement gratuit sur place et avec participation
à l’extérieur). Ou bien une belle partie de pêche dans
l’étang poissonneux ou une balade en barque (prêt
gratuit). Et venez passer la soirée au bar : c’est la vie
de château !
Un jour de plus : allez, on va sortir à l’extérieur !
Vous avez le choix. Promenades à pied autour de la
propriété (demandez les itinéraires à la réception) ou
à vélo ( nous louons des vélos neufs à un prix très
doux). Et si vous êtes fatigués en rentrant, offrez-vous
une soirée au restaurant : Morgan et Céline, de vrais
cuisiniers, vous accueilleront dans un très bon anglais !
Encore un jour ? Vous êtes toujours avec nous ?
Génial ! Avez-vous profité du salon au château qui
vous est réservé ? Jeux de société, book exchange,
lecture vous attendent !
Et le Marabout, vous connaissez ? Idéal sans les
enfants! Une activité pédagogique avec les enfants ?
Allez au potager, commentez leur les plantes du petit
potager et cueillez-en pour votre cuisine ! C’est gratuit !
Un jour de plus : l’ambiance de la ville vous manque
déjà ? Allez passer la journée au Mans: une des plus
jolies villes anciennes de France vous attend, la Cité
Plantagenet, avec ses remparts gallo-romains....
et ses nombreux petits restaurants. Et surtout ne
manquez pas, à la nuit, le spectacle gratuit «Les
Chimères» pendant les mois de Juillet et Août
(dépliant à la réception)
Toujours avec nous ? Oui, vous pouvez encore rester
15 jours ou trois semaines : vous avez encore une
dizaine de balades à pieds ou à vélo à faire, vous avez
une dizaine de randonnées en voiture dans la région,
vous pouvez participer à des sorties organisées par
nous, vous pouvez même très facilement aller à Paris
(porte à porte 2 heures en voiture ou en TGV)... et
vous pouvez même toujours profiter de la piscine et
du parc !... N’hésitez pas à nous demander conseil !!!!
Un jour encore : avec un peu de chance, vous
tomberez sur une des animations spéciales de
Chanteloup. Profitez-en : la grande soirée Chanteloup
Academy, la soirée fromages et vins, le cochon grillé,

Your stay at Chanteloup
Here are some suggestions to organize your stay, that
we wish a pleasant one!
table tennis tournaments, or a tour of the property with
a family member.
For One day: this is too short! So take time to enjoy
our site and stay around! Walk in the wood and around
the property, sunbathe around the pool, rest and relax.
It’s enough, isn’t it?
For One more day (lucky us!)? Yes, you will be able
to get to know better this beautiful part of France !
In less than one hour drive, discover several regions
with different landscapes: Perche, renowned place for
its peaceful and greenery areas, the Alpes Mancelles
(yes!), for a mountain feeling, the Loire Valley with its
water landscapes. ... and the Châteaux of the Loire!
Ask at reception the thematic itineraries that have been
prepared for you and let yourself be guided!
For Two days: there are games and activities for
children (free) or adults (usually free on site and with
fees if it is outside). Enjoy fishing or a boat ride (free
loan). And come on the terrace for a drink, called
“aperitif “to enjoy the castle life!
Another day? this is awesome! Have you had time
to chill in the living rooms inside the château? Games,
pool, TV, book exchange, for a relaxing time!
For One more day: Let’s go outside Chanteloup! You
have the choice. Walking nearby the property (ask for
directions at the reception), cycling (we rent new bikes
at very low price). And if you get tired on the way, enjoy
an evening at the restaurant: Morgan and Celine, real
chefs, they will welcome you with very good English.
And what about the “Marabout”? Have you heard
about it? Ideal without the kids, the Marabout is located
in the wood and is one of the oldest structures of the
property! But you would prefer an educational activity
with the kids? You can have a walk to the vegetable
garden, reviewing the plants; show them how to
maintain the plants and you even can pick some for
your cooking recipes if it is available!
For still One more day: You miss the city? Spend
the day in Le Mans: one of the most beautiful old cities
of France. The “Plantagenet city, with its Gallo-Roman
rampart, where famous movies where shot. You will find
many quaint restaurants with typical French cuisine. Do
not miss the «The Chimères” night, a free show, during
the months of July and August (leaflet from reception.
Still with us? Of course you can stay 15 days or three
weeks, you still have a dozen trips on foot or by bike
to do, there are also a dozen car rides to discover the
nearby region and you can participate in the outside
activities that we organise. You can even easily go to
Paris (door to door two hours by car or by train (1hour))
... and of course the park and the swimming pool are
still and always at your disposal. Do not hesitate to ask
us for further information.
For One more and more:, with a little luck, you will
come across a special Chanteloup’s entertainments.

emplacements en Cynthia 3, 4, 5, 6. Astuce :
réservez les avant votre arrivée à Chanteloup !
• La fureur de la course automobile ? Allez visiter
le musée des 24 heures à 17 minutes ! Astuce :
renseignez-vous à la réception pour visiter aussi le
circuit et les stands en groupe.
• Faire pareil mais depuis la Garden Lounge (la tente
étoile devant le château). Astuce : encore mieux
avec un verre de bière ou de vin et pas besoin de

monde ! Astuce : n’oubliez pas votre ligne pour
pêcher et être en autarcie !
• Fêter au restaurant un événement en amoureux ou
en famille ? Faites-vous plaisir dans un des meilleurs
restaurants de la région, l’Auberge des Matfeux à
Arnage (30 minutes). Un très bon rapport qualité/
prix! Renseignements à la réception. Astuce: le mot
magique est « Souffront » ! Xavier, le propriétaire est
notre cousin !
• Se dépayser au grand calme au Marabout, à
l’extrémité de la propriété. Astuce : prendre un bon
livre.... et un coussin car les sièges sont un peu
durs !
• Faire le tour de la propriété par l’extérieur. Une petite
balade qui vous fera découvrir un vieux lavoir et des
petits chemins. Astuce: à pied, à vélo mais éviter la
voiture !
• Découvrir les châteaux de la Loire ? Facile, un des
plus beaux est à peine une heure: le château du
Lude. Magnifique château du 15ème au 18ème siècle
habité par le comte de Nicolay. Astuce : ne ratez pas
les magnifiques jardins amoureusement entretenus
par la comtesse Barbara.
• Pour découvrir les alentours à 10 minutes, la petite
cité paisible de Bonnétable, son château et sa petite
rivière. Astuce : profitez-en pour faire vos courses !
Vous avez aussi à proximité la ville de la Ferté Bernard
avec sa Petite Venise... un autre immanquable de
notre beau Département de la Sarthe !!!

• Relax in the wonderful calm surroundings of the
beautifully restored ‘Marabout’ on the far side of
the Château grounds. Tip: Bring a good book and
a cushion – the seats are a little hard!
• Take a trip outside the Château grounds. Just a
little stroll and you will discover an old wash house
and lovely little lanes. Tip: Go on foot or by bicycle
but leave the car behind!
• Fancy discovering the Châteaux of the Loire?
Easy! One of the most beautiful examples is
barely an hour away: the Château of Le Lude. This
magnificent 15th to 18th century Château is the
home of the Count of Nicolay. Tip: Don’t miss the
beautiful gardens lovingly tended by Countess
Barbara.
• Discover the surrounding area! Just ten minutes
away is the peaceful little town of Bonnétable
with its chateau and its small river. Tip: Take the
opportunity to do your shopping. Also close by is
