Carrot Muffins (6 Jumbo) ** Make sure you have help and permission from an adult before you start cooking or baking** Ingredients 2 1/4 cups flour 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 3 grated carrots 8 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup egg substitute 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce Directions Mix dry ingredients together. Mix liquid ingredients, combine; mixing only until all ingredients are moist. Pour into greased jumbo muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes Muffins aux Carottes (6 Très Gros) ** Assures-toi d’avoir l’aide et la permission d’un adulte avant de commencer** Ingrédients 2 ¼ tasse de farine 1/3 tasse de cassonade 1 c. thé de cannelle 1 c. thé vanille ½ c. thé poudre à pâte 3 carottes râpées 8 onces yogourt sans gras à la vanille ½ tasse substitut d’œufs ½ tasse de sucre 1 c. thé bicarbonate de soude (soda à pâte) ¼ c. thé gingembre ½ tasse raisins secs ½ tasse sauce aux pommes non sucrée Instructions Mélange les ingrédients secs ensemble. Mélange les ingrédients liquides ensemble. Mélange les deux ensemble (secs et liquides), pas trop, jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient tout juste humide. Rempli les moules à gros muffins graissé Cuit au four à 350°F pour 30 minutes
