Context In order to reinforce the service to customers, the company intends to recruit a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator supports sales force and is the link between Technique and Sales. He is responsible for the service and after-sales department in the Market Area Belgium. The scope of the responsibility includes efficient running of the service & installation workshop and ensuring the link with sales. Job Description • • • • • • Ensure well performing of service and repair work to related products First point of contact for workshop supervisor, service technicians and customers Efficiently manage the service workshop and warehouse to reach set financial, operational and HSE targets Collaborate with Head of Sales and Sales Representatives to coordinate and support service related sales (e.g. installations, service contracts) in the Market Area; Manage day to day work of team; organize the team to work effectively with maximum use of people, materials and resources Monitor quality and progress Qualification • Bachelor degree or suitable educational background on technical subjects (electro mechanics, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, agricultural mechanization,…) Required Experience • • • • Experience with electro-mechanics, hydraulic, electronic, electricity,… Ability to read a technical design as well as hydraulic as electric schemes Minimum of 5 years of experience of service business in the industry. Understanding of load handling business is an asset. Commercial experience is an asset.
