Ltd., c o n s i s t i n g of 5 men with Columbia River Mines Ltd., equal s h a r e s , operated t h e mine on a part-time b a s i s . During 408, 470 G r a n v i l l e S t . , t h e year 355 f e e t of diamond d r i l l i n g was completed. Vancouver, B C Casino Gold Mines Ltd. h e l d a n o p t i o n on t h e property from June t o September 1962. A g e o l o g i c a l survey was made and some ievelopment work done on No. 1 l e v e l ; diamond d r i l l i n g i n 5 holes was done from No. 1 l e v e l . The property was then bought by Messrs. The v e i n s have a g e n e r a l n o r t h e a s t s t r i k e and d i p s t e e p l y t o t h e northwest; v e i n width averages about 14 inches. Minor m i n e r a l i z a t i o n of galena, s p h a l e r i t e , p y r i t e , and a r s e n o p y r i t e occurs w i t h t h e q u a r t z .
