Hilary is an associate in the firm's Business Law Group in the
Toronto office. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with
negotiated transactions including merger and acquisition
transactions, asset and share sales, corporate reorganizations
and general commercial matters. She regularly assists clients
with the review, preparation and negotiation of complex
commercial agreements. She has represented clients in a
number of sectors including manufacturing, food, healthcare,
automotive and renewable energy.
