Whereas the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans is proposing to
recommend to the Governor General in Council
amendments to the Yukon Territory Fishery Regulations that
will
(a) fix the close time for all lakes in Yukon to be November 1
to November 30, and
(b) fix the close time for any river, creek or stream not
specified in Part II of Schedule V to the Yukon Territory
Fishery Regulations to be November 1 to November 30;
And whereas the Director of the Fish and Wildlife Branch of
the Yukon Department of Environment is authorized by
subsection 6(4) of the Fishery (General) Regulations to vary,
by order, the close times fixed under the Yukon Territory
Fishery Regulations;
Therefore as Director of the Fish and Wildlife Branch of the
Yukon Department of Environment, I hereby order as
follows

The close times of Yukon lakes as shown in Part I
of Schedule V to the Yukon Territory Fishery
Regulations are varied to be as shown in the
attached schedule.
The close time of the item described in Column 1
of Part II of Schedule V to the Yukon Territory
Fishing Regulations as "Any other river, creek or
stream not specified in this Part" is varied to be
"Not closed".
Attendu que le ministre des Pêches et des Océans propose de
recommander au gouverneur en conseil des modifications
au Règlement de pêche du territoire du Yukon afin de :
a) fixer la période de fermeture du 1er au 30 novembre pour
tous les lacs du Yukon,
b) fixer la période de fermeture du 1er au 30 novembre pour
les rivières, les ruisseaux ou les cours d'eau non mentionnés
à la partie II de l'annexe V du Règlement de pêche du territoire
du Yukon;
Et attendu que le paragraphe 6(4) du Règlement de pêche
(Dispositions générales) autorise le directeur de la Direction
de la faune et du poisson du ministère de l'environnement
du Yukon à modifier par ordonnance les périodes de
fermeture fixées en vertu du Règlement de pêche du territoire
du Yukon;
En ma qualité de directeur de la Direction de la faune et du
poisson du ministère de l'environnement du Yukon,
j'ordonne par les présentes ce qui suit :
1.
Les périodes de fermeture des lacs énumérés à la
partie I de l'annexe V du Règlement de pêche du
territoire du Yukon deviennent celles prévues à la
présente annexe.
2.
La période de fermeture pour les articles
apparaissant dans la colonne 1 de la partie II de
l'annexe 5 du Règlement de pêche du territoire du
Yukon sous la désignation « Tout autre rivière,
ruisseau ou cours d'eau non mentionné dans la
présente partie » devient « Aucune période de
fermeture ».
3.
L'Ordonnance de modification relative à la pêche
sportive 2002/01, signée le 8 mars 2002 et
l'Ordonnance de modification relative à la pêche
sportive 2002/02, signée le 13 septembre 2002,
sont abrogées.
Sport Fishing Variation Order 2002/01, signed on
March 8, 2002 and Sport Fishing Variation Order
2002/02, signed on September 13, 2002 are
rescinded.
