The multifunctional VoIP cards G3-IAX and G8-IAX allows
integration of various VoIP standards via an IAX-capable
Asterisk® Server.

• The G8-IAX / G3-IAX card allows integration of various VoIP
standards via a IAX-capable Asterisk® Server.
• Depending on card type up to 8 VoIP channels using the
IAX2 protocol per card are available
• Telephony functions (similar to e.g. G8-TEL or G8‑S0):
–– Integration of VoIP telephones into Commend Intercom
Systems
–– Intercom calling numbers are displayed on the VoIP phones
–– PABX mode: in-/outgoing conversations to VoIP phones
–– Dialler mode: call requests diverted to pre-defined phone
numbers
• Audio streaming functions:
–– Outgoing: Speech Recording
–– Incoming: Feed in of Music, news or stock exchange
channels (4T, 6T)
• Data and speech is transmitted over one communication port
→ easy configuration of the network components (use of NAT
and firewalls).
• Highest possible compatibility with G.711 and best speech
quality with G.722.
