2 MINIMUM STAY POLICY
A-3 night minimum stay applies to all Cannes hotels for reservations
that include Saturday 1st of February 2014. Shorter stays are available in
Cannes hotels before and after these dates and in hotels situated outside

3 MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
For any cancellations made before WEDNESDAY 15 JANUARY 2014,
a one (1) night deposit amount will be forfeited. Any cancellations, or
modifications, made between WEDNESDAY 15 JANUARY 2014 and
FRIDAY 24 JANUARY 2014 will result in full deposit forfeit.
From 25 January 2014 hotels will charge the total amount due for the
stay (all reserved / booked days).

4 DEPOSIT POLICY
CAR RENTAL
The deposit equals the nightly room rate multiplied by the minimum
stay applied. Please contact the hotel directly for all questions regarding
deposit payments. Reed MIDEM will not be liable for any subsequent
room price increases that result from failure to make the deposit.

preferential rates on vehicle rentals. Call the Sixt reservation centre

Online reservations: Your reservation will be confirmed upon validation
of your payment by the hotel. Please contact the hotel ten (10) working
days after your reservation has been made to ensure it has been accepted.

7 CITY TRANSPORTATION
FREE HOTEL SHUTTLE
We offer a free shuttle service for Midem participants staying in hotels
outside Cannes (served hotels are indicated in the hotel list). Detailed
hours and routes will be available online a few weeks before the show,
and onsite at registration desks and information points.
Off-line reservations: Deposit payment must be made directly to
the hotel within ten (10) working days of making your reservation.
Reservations will be automatically cancelled otherwise.
For all reservations made within four (4) weeks of the exhibition start
date, please contact the hotel immediately to arrange deposit payment.

NB: Delegates are asked to refrain from installing any type of video or
electro-acoustic reproduction equipment in hotel rooms or suites. Hotel
