4 DEPOSIT POLICY
The deposit equals the nightly room rate multiplied by the minimum
stay applied. Please contact the hotel directly for all questions regarding
deposit payments. Reed MIDEM will not be liable for any subsequent
room price increases that result from failure to make the deposit.

8 CITY TRANSPORTATION
NB: Delegates are asked to refrain from installing any type of video or
electro-acoustic reproduction equipment in hotel rooms or suites. Hotel
management will request anyone found to have done so to immediately
remove such equipment.

We offer a free shuttle service for midem participants staying in hotels
outside Cannes (served hotels are indicated in the hotel list). Detailed
hours and routes will be available online a few weeks before the show,
and onsite at registration desks and information points.
