A word from Fabien Reboul, wine producer:
Upscale vintage from a selection plot, 1.5 acres on scree soil Pic Saint Loup downhill. For epicurien, it is best waiting 5
years so the typical aromatic terroir, black olive, will best expressed.
This wine is dominated by Syrah and reveals notes of toast, broom flower, mint and berries. The final offers a nice spice.
Ideal with peppers, rabbit with olives, spiced beef skewers, terrines.
