CAR PARK
IMPORTANT :
In line with the anti-terrorist Vigipirate plan, Eurexpo is imposing a new MANDATORY
control system for exhibitor access to the exhibition park during the set-up (until Monday
11th at 9.00 am) and disassembly periods (from Tuesday 12th at 6.00 pm).
All vehicles must be equipped with a unique numbered sticker stuck on the windscreen.
NO STICKER = NO ACCESS TO THE PARK

providers, assemblers, stand workers, delivery persons, etc.) - [email protected]

This sticker is not used as a parking place but only as an access badge.

Stop and parking are forbidden on the roadways and on the security perimeters.
If you don’t respect this, your car can be impounded for parking violation by

BANNERS
Brand banners are permitted in those conditions:
- 1 banner higher than 2.40m per booth
- Maximum 3.50m High
With the exception of exhibitors whose commercial activity is related to this matter.
REMINDERS
It’s forbidden to drill the boards or the partitions.
It’s asked to not fix anything permanently on the partitions: double-faced scotch tape,
stickers…
Any damage will be charged 120 €HT by pole and 90€ HT by board.
The height of your furniture is limited at 2.40m on your booth in order to not bother the
other booth visibility.
To respect the work of every exhibitor, sound system is not allowed during the trade fair
opening hours.

We remind you that wild posting is forbidden within the enclosure of the trade fair.
FLYER AND GOODIES DELIVERY
We remind you that goodies and flyers delivery on the trade fair can’t be done without
a preliminary agreement of the organizer.
The action to promote you brand inside the trade fair and increase you visibility on the
show is charged 350€ VAT excluded (Hostess at your expense).
INTERNET
Free WI-FI will be available during all the trade fair.
If you need it, an ADSL line or a private WIFI connection can be provided on your
booth:

ELECTRICITY
BOOTH ≥ 24 SQM
For any booth superior or equal to 24sqm, an electricity meter of 3Kw or 4Kw is provided
and included on your booth grants (See above table « Services including »).
If your electricity needs are superior to 3Kw or 4Kw, an increase is possible and will be
charged 64€ VAT excl. per extra Kw.
BOOTH < 24 SQM
For any booth smaller than 24sqm, a power supply is provided by a shared electricity
meter (around 1Kw) : Thanks to make sure you have an extension cable and/or multisocket.
In the case you require additional power or have particular needs (additional lights,
coffee machine, lighted showcases…), you need to order an electricity meter of 3Kw
minimum, charged 330€ excl. VAT.
STRUCTURE SUSPENDED IN THE AIR
Lightweight ceilings, advertising materials, banners, lighting appliances… any structure
needed to be suspended from the hall ceilings need to be the subject of a faisability
study made by Eurexpo.
Depending on the location of you stand, you must consider the roof height and the
unsuspending areas.

SECURITY
The general surveillance of the trade fair is fully covered by the organizer and ensured
24h/24h during the all duration of the trade fair (set up and striking including).
INSURANCE AND AND THEFTS
The organizer expressly disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage or theft to exhibitor
property. Each exhibitor must carry its own insurance for goods, equipment, clothing
samples, video equipment, etc… Exhibitors undertake to take out all the necessary
insurance, specially covering the theft of exhibited goods, and risks of all kinds, during
the organization and staging of the event for which they hold complete liability and for
which the the trade fair Sport-Achat shall be held harmless.
Please contact your insurance company to subscribe the necessary insurance to cover
the theft of goods.
NB: Beware of theft ! We advise you to clear your stand up after the end of each day, to
put your products under cover and place valuable objects into your cabin lockable
