Staron® Sink & Bowl is available in 3 colors, Pearl, Ivory and Bright White. As same as the Staron® sheet materials,
Staron® Sink & Bowl are100% acrylic.
Every stain can be easily removed since it is a nonporous product, and it is well matched with Staron® artificial marble.

EVIER & LAVABO EN ACRYLIQUE DE STARON®
L’Evier & Lavabo de Staron®, disponible en 3 couleurs différentes, est fabriqué à partir de la même matière
première que celle de la plaque, c’est-à-dire en 100% acrylique. C’est un matériau non poreux qui permet
d’éviter facilement toute contamination. Et il s’accorde très bien avec du marbre artificiel de Staron®.

Avantages d’un lavabo thermoplastique
1. Matériau non poreux entièrement homogène
Contrairement aux lavabos fabriqués à partir d’autres matériaux, comme le marbre naturel,
les lavabos faits en acrylique sont non poreux, ce qui les rend très hygiéniques.
2. Couleurs et concept
Les lavabos thermoplastiques peuvent être fabriqués en différentes formes et couleurs.
Le coût du moulage est relativement bas comparé aux autres procédés de fabrication.
3. Excellente longévité
Ce type de lavabo résiste très bien à l’action néfaste des agents chimiques les plus courants.
Il peut être légèrement poncé afin d’enlever les petites griffes, les souillures ou les abrasions.

What is a Thermoformed Type?
Acrylic solid-surface sheet material is uniformly heated and vacuum - formed to a molded shape
in various designs and configurations.
4. Une apparence uniforme
La technique utilisée pour fabriquer ce lavabo permet de lui donner, quelle que soit sa forme,une
apparence homogène. Des adhésifs chimiques spéciaux permettent de garantir des joints invisibles.
5. D’excellentes qualités hygiéniques
Les lavabos thermoplastiques Staron® sont composés de matériaux solides qui ont été testés et
certifiés conformes à la norme américaine NSF51 (National Sanitation Foundation Standard).
Du fait de leur surface non poreuse, les lavabos thermoplastiques Staron® empêchent toute
prolifération bactérienne ainsi que toute propagation de moisissures ou d’autres agents pathogènes.
Advantages of Thermoformed Type
1. Uniform and nonporous product
Unlike other products, thermoformed type is manufactured using acrylic solid surface materials,
they are nonporous and extremely hygienic.
2. Color and design
Thermoformed type can be produced in various colors and shapes - The cost for molds is relatively low
compared to typical casting processes.
3. Excellent durability
Highly resistant to stain or damage by common reagents - The surface can be lightly sanded to
remove dried stains, nicks or abrasions.
4. Versatile process and uniform appearance
Thermoforming enables limitless designs and shapes. Special adhesives are used to chemically bond
joints for a virtually seamless appearance.
5. Excellent hygienic properties
Staron® thermoformed type is comprised of Staron® solid-surface materials tested and certified by
the National Sanitation Foundation Standard (NSF 51). Because of the non-porous composition of the
surface, Staron® thermoformed type will not support bacterial growth or the propagation of mold
and other pathogens

Composite type kitchen sinks are built up using acrylic solid surface and stainless steel or ceran glass.
Stainless steel or ceran glass is applied for the bottom of a sink with acrylic solid surfaces sidewalls,
which are proficiently thermoformed to incorporate different models.

Both bottom and sidewalls can be glued together using an acrylic solid surface adhesives or silicone.
Les éviers manufacturés sont fabriqués à partir de solid surface associée à de l’acier inoxydable ou du
verre ceran. L’ inox ou le verre ceran est utilisé pour le fond de la cuve tandis que les parois sont en solid
surface acrylique thermoformée permettant ainsi de réaliser une grande variété de modèles.

Le fond et les parois des cuves sont assemblés en utilisant des colles acryliques pour solid surface ou des
