En cas d’empêchement, nous vous demandons d’avoir l’amabilité de décommander votre
rendez-vous au moins 48 heures à l’avance.
Si vous souffrez de problèmes de santé (troubles circulatoires, allergies, asthme...) ou si vous

Please arrive for your treatment 10 mins. before the appointment to ensure the treatments
start on time. If you are late we will have to reduce the duration of your treatment
accordingly.
If you are unable to meet your appointment, please be kind enough to cancel at least 48
hours in advance.
Please let our staff know if you have health problems (circulatory troubles, allergies,
asthma…) or if you are pregnant, some treatments might not be adapted.
If you are pregnant, please bring a medical authorization when taking your appointment
for the body treatments.
We recommend that gentlemen shave at least one hour before their face treatment.
The purchase of a treatment or an “Escapade” package is personal, non-transferable
and non-refundable.
Indicated times are estimated.
For each “Escapade” package of 2 hours or more, a 30% deposit will be requested when
the appointment is made.
Body treatments are not accessible to individuals under 18 years old.
