This Avision FB6280E Bookedge Scanner is a super fast A3 flatbed colour scanner with the added
advantage of being able to scan up to the edge of a book spine without the shadows, distortion and page
skewing often encountered with conventional scanners. Curved text often seen near the center is also
eliminated, since this special design allows pages to spread flat on the scanner. No need to manually press
the book against the scanner. The Avision FB280E A3 Bookedge Scanner has CCD sensors and a 600 dpi
optical resolution which together can produce high quality A3 color scans in 4.5 seconds at 300 dpi. The
Bookedge design is also easier on the books and thanks to its exceptional speed and image quality, the
FB6280E is also a great way to scan artwork, drawings or office documents. The Avision FB6280E is the
ideal choice for anyone requiring frequent scanning of large-sized documents.
