Eric is a thoughtful and highly talented winemaker, seemingly quiet but totally passionate about his wines. Working with lighter, cooler terroirs (by Chateauneuf standards) his approach is about finesse, precise aromatics and silky textures?very much a Bnurgundian approach to the Southern Rhone ! Note that Eric rejects the use of barrisques and new oak, except in the Cotes du Rhone Jules Rochebonne, atypical for a Southern Cotes du Rhone because of its very high proportion of Syrah (70-80% depending on Contact Europvin at : [email protected] or tel. +33 (0) 557 874 321 www.europvin.com Page 3/3 LA BASTIDE SAINT DOMINIQUE, G & MC BONNET CHATEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE the vintage).
