(a) Private Label Internet (PLI) Service
(a) Service Internet sous marque privée (IMP)
(1) This arrangement provides for a turnkey management
solution to allow the customer to act as a virtual Internet
Service Provider (vISP) under the vISP's branded identity.
Bell Canada will provide the following services:
(1) Montage spécial qui fourni une solution de gestion clés
en main permettant au client d'agir à titre de fournisseur de
services Internet virtuel (FSIV) sous sa propre marque. Bell
Canada fournit les services suivants:
- Management and support of the customer's Dial-Up
Network infrastructure
- Back-office management and support
- Call Centre support
- Technical support
- Output file for rating and billing
- Activity reports
- Gestion et soutien de l'infrastructure de réseau commuté

- Gestion et soutien administratifs
- Soutien de centre d'appels
- Soutien technique
- Fichier de sortie pour tarification et facturation

(2) In addition, the customer will have access to:

customer's end-user for a fee:

The customer is billed one (1) month in advance and is
charged based on the number of end-users and their choice of

facultatifs choisis.

(6) Term and Conditions
(6) Modalités
i) The contract period for this arrangement for the
customer expires on 6 December 2011.
i) La durée du contrat de ce présent montage pour le
client expire le 6 décembre 2011.
ii) The customer commits to an average minimum volume
commitment (MVC) of 1,000 end-users per month.
ii) Le client s'engage à un volume minimal en moyenne de
1,000 utilisateurs finals par mois.
iii) The customer may migrate any end-user to Bell's
Gateway Access Service (GAS) or virtual Internet Service
Provider (vISP) service without penalties. Any end-user
migrated to GAS or vISP shall count towards the MVC for
the initial term of this service schedule.
iii) Le client peut transférer, sans pénalité, n'importe quel
utilisateur final au service d'accès par passerelle (SAP) de
Bell ou au service FSIV. Tout utilisateur final transféré au
SAP ou au service FSIV doit être pris en compte dans
l'engagement de volume minimum pour la durée initiale de
cette annexe de service.
iv) The customer is responsible for the migration of its
end-user base to the PLI service.
iv) Le client est responsable de la migration de ses
utilisateurs finals vers le service IMP.
v) The customer can terminate the contract for
convenience at any time by providing 3 months prior
written notice and paying the balance of the rates and
charges for the MVC, for the remainder of the contract.
v) Le client peut annuler son contrat en tout temps sur
préavis écrit de trois mois et en payant le solde des tarifs et
frais qui s'appliquer au volume minimum pour la partie non
écoulée du contrat.
vi) The customer can terminate the contract upon 30 days
notice upon a fundamental change in the Company's ISP
infrastructure, without penalties.
vi) Le client peut annuler le contrat sans pénalité sur
préavis de 30 jours en cas de changement fondamental de
l'infrastructure FSI de la Compagnie.
