Beim Messen von Drehmoment- bzw. Winkelgebersignalen direkt am Messwertaufnehmer, Messgeräte
galvanisch getrennt zum Schutzleiter (PE) verwenden, z. B. Oszilloskop mit Trenntrafo. Die beiden 0VBezüge ( 0V-MD/ Pin D und 0V-Versorgung/ Pin E) dürfen nicht kurzgeschlossen werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung können Störungen bzw. Messfehler entstehen.

Reparatur- und Montage
HINWEIS
Im Reparaturfall den kompletten Abtrieb an Apex Tool Group senden! Bei Selbstreparatur besteht die
Gefahr, daß die Messdaten fehlerhaft sind und ein größerer Wartungsaufwand notwendig ist. Bei Nichtbeachtung ist der Hersteller berechtigt, sämtliche Gewährleistungsverpflichtungen für nichtig zu erklären.
VORSICHT!
Beim Einbau des Abtriebs in den Einbauschrauber Anzugsmomente derÜberwurfmutter beachten. Siehe
hierzu Montage- und Wartungsanleitung DGD-Intelligente-Spindel.

When measuring torque and angle signals directly at the transducer, these measuring devices must be galvanically separated from the protective earth conductor (PE, e.g. use oscilloscope with insulation transformer). Observe that the two 0 V references (0 V TQ/Pin D and 0 V supply/Pin E) are not shorted. lf this is
not observed, failures and measuring errors in torque measurement may occur.

Repair and Assembly
NOTE
Return complete offset drive to Apex Tool Group for repair. Any tampering with the drive can cause erroneous results and will void the warranty.
CAUTION!
When the drive is built into the nutsetter, the tightening torque has to be observed for the union nut. See
Maintenance and Assembly Instruction, DGD-Intelligent-Spindle.

Sécurité
Le entrainement doit uniq uement être mis en œuvre que lorsqu’il est monté sur la broche de vissage DGDBroche-Intelligente. Avant la mise en service, former le personnel à son utilisation.
Les prescriptions locales de sécurité, relatives à l'installation, le fonctionnement et l'entretien, doivent toujours être respectées.

REMARQUES
Lorsque l’on mesure des signaux de couples de rotation ou de capteurs d’angles directement au capteur, il
faut utiliser ces appareils de mesure disjonctés électriquement du conducteur de protection (par ex. oscilloscope avec transformateur de séparation). Lors du mesurage, il faut veiller à ce que les deux alimentations
0 V (cple rot. 0 V / broche D et alimentation 0 V / broche E) ne soient pas fermées à court-circuit. Si ceci
n’est pas observé, des défauts ou des erreurs de mesure peuvent apparaître lors de la mesure des couples
de rotation.

REMARQUES
En cas de réparation veuillez retourner à Apex Tool Group le entrainement deplace complèt! Dans le cas
d'une réparation réalisée par vos soins, il y a risque de déterioration et l'inobservation de ce point justifié le
refus de la garantie par Apex Tool Group.
ATTENTION
Lors du montage du entrainement sur la visseuse à incorporer, il convient de respecter les couples de serrage suivants en ce qui concerne l’écrou-raccord. Voir Manual de maintenance ou Manual de montage,
DGD-Broche-Intelligente.
REMARQUES
Il convient de graisser l’arbre en cas de montage avec d’autres modules modulaires.

Misurando i segnali di coppia e d'angolo direttamente sul trasduttore sono da utilizzarsi apparecchiature di
misura che siano separate galvanicamente dal neutro (PE), p. es. oscilloscopio con trasformatore di separazione.
Durante la misurazione si deve prestare attenzione a non cortocircuitare i due punti 0 V (0 V-Coppia / Pin D
e 0 V-Alimentazione / Pin E). Il corto circuito può causare guasti o una misurazione erronea della coppia.
La lunghezza del cavo è max. 50 m. Sezione cavo: min. 0,14 mm²
Montaggio e la riparazione
NOTA
In caso di riparazione inviare il testa disassata completo alla Apex Tool Group! Qualsiasi manomissione
può causare letture sbagliare e viene a decadere la garanzia.
ATTENZIONE!
Nel montaggio del testa diritta nell'avvitatrice occorre prestare attenzione alle coppie di serraggio dei dadi a
risvolto. Vedi Istruzione di manutenzione e di montaggio, DGD-Mandrini-Intelligente.
NOTA
Nel montaggio con altri componenti modulari occorre ingrassare l'albero.

INDICACIÓN Al medir las señales para par y ángulo directamente del sensor hay que utilizar aparatos de medición, que
tengan una separación galvánica con la fase neutra (PE), p.e. osciloscopio con un transformador de separación. Al medir hay que vigilar de no hacer un cortocircuito entre los dos puntos 0V (0V-par / PIN D y 0Vángulo / PIN E). Si se hace un corto circuit entre los dos puntos 0V pueden producirse fallos de funcionamiento y/o mediciones erroneas.

Montaje e reparación
INDICACIÓN
Envíe el conjunto completo de accionamiento desplazado a Apex Tool Group para reparar. La manipulación indebida del transductor puede cusar fallos en el resultado así como anular la garantía.
ATENCIÒN!
Al montar el accionamiento en la atornilladora de instalación respete los pares de apriete para la tuerca de
racor. Ver Manual de Mantenimiento o Manual de Montaje, Husillos-Intelligentes-DGD.
INDICACIÓN
Engrase el árbol al montarlo en otro componente modular.
