Following the successful completion of the merger to create LAFARGEHOLCIM LTD, an exceptional scrip
dividend of 1 new LAFARGEHOLCIM LTD share for every 20 existing LAFARGEHOLCIM LTD shares shall
be distributed to all LAFARGEHOLCIM LTD shareholders as announced earlier.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting on 08/05/2015, the Group’s shareholders voted in favor of an
