Travel and accommodation expenses to and from France and Monaco must be covered by the National
Federations.

RÉGLEMENTS / RÉGULATIONS
1.
Les Championnats d’Europe UEC de Cyclo-Cross, Pont- Château (FRA), les 29 et 30 octobre 2016
est un événement inscrit au calendrier UEC et UCI et est organisé par le Comité d’Organisation
Cyclo-Cross de Pont-Château (FRA) avec la collaboration de la Fédération Française de Cyclisme.
Les compétitions se dérouleront selon les règlements UEC et UCI.
The 2016 UEC Cyclo-Cross European Championships held in Pont-Chateau (FRA), 29-30
October2016, is an event on the UEC and UCI calendar and will be organized by the Comité
d’Organisation Cyclo-Cross, Pont-château (FRA) and the Fédération Francaise de Cyclisme.
All competitions will be held under UEC and UCI regulations.
2.
Les catégories suivantes sont prévues : Hommes Juniors, Femmes U23 (17-22 ans), Hommes U23,
Femmes Elites et Hommes Elites. Toutes les épreuves sont inscrites sur le calendrier UCI.
La participation est la suivante :
• 8 coureurs par nation et par catégorie
• 4 coureurs de réserve par nation et par catégorie
Délai pour l’enregistrement des coureurs : 19 octobre 2016 (18h00)
Les Champions d’Europe 2015 pourront être ajoutés au quota maximum de leur nation pour autant
qu’ils/elles restent éligibles dans la même catégorie

There will be races for Men Junior, Women Youth (17-22 years old), Men U23, Women Elite and
Men Elite. All races have been officially registered on the UCI calendar.
The participation will be as following:
• 8 riders per nation and per category
• 4 reserve riders per nation per category
Deadline for the registration: 19 October 2016 (time: 6 pm)
The 2015 European Champions shall be permitted to contest the 2016 Championships in addition to the
riders nominated by his/her Federation provided that he/she remains eligible for the Championship.
3. La réunion pour les Chefs d’équipe est prévue le vendredi, 28 octobre,
et sera organisée à la Salle de la Boule d’Or à Pont-Château, à 18h30.
Lors de cette réunion, tous les documents de la course seront distribués (dossards, accréditations
mécaniciens et soigneurs, badges jury et coaches nationaux et cartes de parking).
Pendant la réunion l’attribution des boxes du poste matériel sera décidée.
A Team Managers meeting will be scheduled on Friday, 28th of October at 18:30 - Salle de
la Boule d’Or, Pont Château.
All national coaches are asked to confirm the riders and collect the riders’ packages (race number,
shoulder numbers, bracelets for mechanics, bracelet for start/finish and parking card). The pit box
allocation will be done during this meeting.
4.
Les contrôles Antidopage seront effectués sous l’égide de la CADF et organisés par un DCO désigné
par la CADF. Le local des contrôles est sis à l’adresse suivante : Chalet de Coet Roz, 50 mètres après
la ligne d’arrivée. Les règlements UCI et AFLD seront appliqués.
The anti-doping control will be done under the aegis of the CADF and organized by a DCO appointed
by the CADF. The anti-doping control station will be at the: Chalet de Coêt Roz, 50 meters after the
finish line. The UCI and AFLD regulations are applicable.
5.
Les transgressions du règlement seront punies suivant le règlement et le barème officiel des
amendes de l’UCI. Tous litiges seront tranchés par le Collège des Commissaires, suivant le
règlement de l’UCI. Le barème des amendes de l’UCI ainsi que les réglementations anti-dopage
sont les seuls d’application.
All violations of this regulations will be punished applying the official UCI regulations of punishments.
In case of discussions, the UCI commissar (PCP) will take the final decision together with the
members of the jury and according to UCI regulations. Only UCI regulations will be applicable.
6.
Le rassemblement des coureurs est prévu devant la ligne de départ et l’ordre de départ est précisé
suivant le règlement de l’UCI/UEC.
All riders will line up before the start line and the start order will be made up applying UCI/UEC
regulations.
7.
La cérémonie des 3 premiers coureurs de chaque course aura lieu immédiatement après l’arrivée
du dernier coureur. Après la cérémonie, les 3 premiers, accompagnés du chef de presse UEC et
FFC, se présenteront à la salle de presse au Chalet de Coet Roz.
The award ceremony of the first three riders will be done immediately after the finish of the last
rider in the category. After the ceremony, the first three are asked to join the press officer to the
pressroom in case they are asked. The press room at Chalet de Coêt Roz.
