PRESTATIONS
FACILITIES
L'énergie est fournie par le Parc d'expositions en courant
triphasé 50 hertz, tension moyenne 400 volts entre phases
ou 230 volts entre phases et neutre.
50 Hz three-phase electricity is supplied by the Exhibition
Centre, mean voltage 400 volts between phases or
230 volts between phases and neutral.
Le courant est amené sur le stand de chaque exposant
par un câble d'alimentation terminé par un coffret plombé
équipé d'un coupe-circuit et d'un interrupteur différentiel
(30 mA) auquel les représentants du Parc doivent
pouvoir accéder à tout moment.
Current is fed to each stand through a supply cable,
terminating in a sealed switchbox fitted with a circuitbreaker and differential switch (30 mA) to which the
Centre's representatives must have access any all
times.
Il existe deux types d'alimentation électrique :
■ Le réseau intermittent :
fourniture de courant conformément aux horaires de mise
sous tension du salon.
■ Le réseau permanent :
fourniture de courant 24 h/24 pendant toute la période
de mise sous tension du salon s'avérant nécessaire
pour les équipements de réfrigération ou matériels
informatiques.
Two types of power supply are available:
■ Intermittent electrical circuit:
power supply for use where power is not necessary
outside normal exhibition hours.
■ Permanent electrical circuit:
24-hours power supply during the whole period of the
exhibition necessary for equipment such as refrigerators
or computers.
FOURNITURE DU COURANT
SUR LES STANDS
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY TO THE STANDS
Each 3 to 20 kW switchbox is fitted with a 1.000 watts,
220 volts + earth power point. Each electrical switchbox
is equiped with a terminal connecting all stand's electrical
apparatus.
Chaque coffret électrique de 3 kW à 20 kW est équipé
d'une prise de courant 220 volts + T d'une puissance de
1 000 watts et d'un bornier destiné au raccordement des
installations électriques du stand.

EMPLACEMENT DU COFFRET
LOCATION OF THE SWITCHBOX
Le coffret est installé conformément au plan d'aménagement dûment complété joint au bon de commande.
En cas d'absence de plan, le coffret est mis en place sur
la cloison la plus proche d'un caniveau technique. Toute
demande de déplacement du coffret pendant le montage
sera facturée forfaitairement 65 euros HT.
This will be installed in accordance with the layout plan
dully filled and attached to the order form.
Where no plan is provided, the switchbox will be
installed on the wall nearest to a supply duct.
Any change of the location of the switchbox during the set
up will be charged at 65 euros exc. VAT.
NOS CONSEILS
RECOMMENDATIONS
Calculez la puissance électrique nécessaire sur votre stand
en prévoyant l'installation générale d'éclairage, la force
motrice des machines, l'alimentation du petit matériel
électrique.
Utilisez les caniveaux techniques pour placer au mieux vos
appareils électriques importants et éviter ainsi le
cheminement des câbles sur le sol.
Coupez chaque soir l'alimentation générale du stand.
Calculate the electrical power required on your stand taking
into account the general lighting system the emf of any
machinery and the supply required for electrical appliance.
Use supply ducts for the optimum positioning of your main
electrical equipment and thus avoid laying cables across
the floor.
Switch off the main supply to your stand, each night.

Les règlements de sécurité en vigueur pour les salons
professionnels imposent qu'une alimentation électrique ne
puisse alimenter qu'un seul stand.
La mise sous tension des coffrets électriques ne sera
réalisée qu'après solde de tout compte envers la
SEPEPNV.
Safety regulations for trade exhibitions specify that a power
supply cannot be used for more than one stand.
Switchboxes will not be connected to the main power
supply until all outstanding accounts due to the Exhibition
Centre have been settled.

L'installation d'eau comprend :

20/27 sur demande) terminée par un robinet d'arrêt
filetage mâle 15/21
■ Une évacuation d'eau usée de 35 mm de diamètre
intérieur
■ La consommation d'eau.

L'eau est délivrée sur les stands sous une pression de
4 bars.
La régularité du débit n'est pas garantie. Les horaires
d'alimentation sont identiques à ceux de l'électricité.
Le degré de dureté de l'eau s'élève à 35 °TH français.
Water is supplied to the stands at a minimum pressure
of 4 bars.
There is no guarantee against fluctuations in pressure.
Supply times are the same as for electricity supply. Degree
of hardness stands are at 35 °TH (French)

Il peut être nécessaire, sur certains salons, d'assainir les
eaux usées en provenance d'installations telles qu'une
cuisine afin d'éviter une obturation.
A cet effet, le Parc loue des bacs de séparation pour
récupération des corps gras et assure la maintenance
quotidienne de vidange.
It may be necessary on some exhibitions to clean used
waters coming from installations such as kitchens in order
to prevent from any obstruction.
Rental of setting container is provided by the Exhibition
Centre which is responsible of the daily maintenance.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Utilisez les caniveaux techniques pour placer au mieux les
sorties d'eau.
Evitez de jeter dans les éviers des matières pouvant
provoquer l'obturation de la conduite d'évacuation.
Prévenez le Service Exposants du Parc pour l'utilisation d'eau
chaude.
Prévoyez un plancher technique si la distance entre le
caniveau technique et l'emplacement du point d'eau est
supérieure à 1 mètre.
Use the supply duct for optimum sitting of the water
outlets. Avoid putting any matter in the sinks which can
obstruct the waste pipe.
Notify the Exhibition Centre the Exhibitors service
Department for the use of hot water.
Provide a technical floor if the service duct is more than
one metre from the water point.

Alimentation en air comprimé
Compressed air supply
PRESTATIONS
FACILITIES
L'alimentation en air comprimé des stands est assurée par
le Parc, sous une pression effective de 6 à 6,5 bar.
L'installation d'air comprimé consiste en une arrivée d'air
sur le stand à proximité de la machine, terminé par une
vanne d'arrêt filetage femelle (pas de vis gaz). Sur
demande, le Parc peut se charger du raccordement des
appareils exposés.
Pour tout besoin en hélium, azote et vapeur : nous
consulter.
The compressed air supply to the stands is provided by
the Exhibition Centre, at an effective pressure of 6 to
6,5 bar. The compressed air installation consists of an air
supply point on the stand near the machine, terminating
in a gate valve with a female gas thread. The Exhibition
Centre may assume responsibility for connecting up the
equipment on display.
The Exhibition Centre remains at your disposal for
specific requests such as helium, nitrogen and steam.
FOURNITURE DE L'AIR COMPRIMÉ SUR LES
STANDS
COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY TO THE STANDS
The times during which compressed air is available are
the same as for supply of electricity. The compressed air
supply depends on the type of the exhibition. For certain
type of events the compressed air supply is not available:
please ask us for an estimate.
This kind of service can be done during exhibition time,
but not on a 24 hours a day basis.
Les horaires de mise sous pression des conduites d'air
comprimé sont identiques à ceux de l'électricité. La mise
en service du réseau d'air comprimé est conditionnée par
le secteur d'activité du salon. Pour les manifestations ne
prévoyant pas d'alimentation : nous consulter pour

On receipt of your order form, we will plan an appointment
with the exhibitor for the delivery of the machines.
Copy machines are ready for use: Ink and paper refills are
provided. Refills are provided upon request by the

d'expositions réalise à votre demande un éclairage
scénique grâce à la mise en place de ponts lumière
suspendus (type Prolyte 300).
Ces structures permettent de réaliser différentes
configurations géométriques et d'y accrocher soit des
projecteurs, soit des éléments de décors (vélums par
exemple).

PRESTATIONS
FACILITIES
Le Parc met à la disposition des exposants des places de
stationnement pour la durée de la manifestation. Après
réception des commandes et du règlement correspondant,
le Service Exposants adresse par courrier les cartes
d'accès et de stationnement. Pour les commandes
réceptionnées dans un délai de 8 jours avant l'ouverture
des salons, les places de parking ne font pas l'objet d'un
envoi par courrier et sont à retirer au Service Exposants.
Les cartes de stationnement sont réservées aux véhicules
de tourisme.
The Exhibition Centre provides parking spaces for the
whole duration of the exhibition.
Upon receipt of applications for parking spaces reservation
and the corresponding payment, the exhibitor services
department will forward entry and parking permits by post.
For orders received within a period of 8 days prior to the
opening of exhibitions, parking spaces will not be
forwarded but displayed at the exhibitors service
department.
Parking permits may only be used for private cars.

For the convenience of your guests, the Exhibition
Centre can provide parking permits for the visitors car
parks P2, P3 and P8. Each permit may be used once only.
These will be sold in complete sets of 3, 12, 60 or 120
permits only.
RÉGLEMENTATION
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
Les dispositions du Code de la route doivent
impérativement être respectées dans l'enceinte du Parc
d'Expositions.
Le stationnement est interdit, sous peine d'enlèvement et
de mise en fourrière du véhicule, sur toutes les voies de
circulation, aux abords des bâtiments, sur les voies
pompiers.
Pendant l'ouverture du salon, seuls les véhicules de
tourisme munis d'une carte d'accès collée sur le pare-brise
auront le droit de pénétrer sur les parking exposants.
Tout véhicule utilitaire devra stationner sur un parking
réservé à son usage.
Road traffic regulations must be observed within the
confines of the Exhibition Centre.
Parking is prohibited on all thoroughfares within the
Exhibition Centre on approaches to buildings and on
emergency access roads. Improperly parked vehicles may
be towed away and impounded.

Stick your permit on the windscreen of your vehicle for
easy checking and to help keep traffic moving at the
entrance.
Use the visitors' entrance to get to the car parks for halls
5 and 6, from the eve of the opening of the exhibition until
the last evening.
During the exhibition, only private cars displaying a parking
permit on the windscreen will be entitled to enter the
exhibitors' car parks.
All utility vehicles have to park on dedicated parking area.

Une alimentation ne peut alimenter qu’un seul stand. On entend
par stand, des espaces situés sur un même îlot, séparés entre eux par
des cloisons mitoyennes de hauteur quelconque interdisant la libre
circulation entre eux et occupés par des raisons sociales ou marques
de fabrique juridiquement distinctes.
L’exposant reste responsable du matériel fourni en location et de
tous dommages ou préjudices causés par lui ou ses mandants. Le
matériel reste la propriété de la SEPEPNV.
L’installation des coffrets électriques est réalisée à la demande des
exposants et sous leur responsabilité.
En cas de violation du plombage du branchement électrique ou de
fraude sur le calibrage des fusibles, la responsabilité de l’exposant
est entière.
En cas de fusion des fusibles du coffret électrique, leur remplacement
ne pourra être effectué que par un représentant de la SEPEPNV.
La SEPEPNV ne fait que redistribuer l’énergie fournie et délivrée sur
le Parc par les services de l’EDF et ne peut être tenue pour
responsable des éventuelles variations temporaires de tension qui
pourraient être constatées par les utilisateurs. Les coffrets électriques
sont équipés réglementairement de différentiel mais pas de régulateur
de tension.

Electrical and water supply can be provided to only one stand at
a time. A stand is defined as those spaces located in the same block,
which are separated by partitions, of any height whatsoever, which
prevent the free movement between them and are occupied by legally
distinct corporate names or trade marks.
The exhibitor is responsible for all equipment hired and for any
damage or loss caused by him or his principals. The equipment
remains the property of the SEPEPNV.
Electrical switch boxes are installed upon request from the exhibitor and
on his responsibility.
The exhibitor shall be held entirely responsible for any tampering
with the lead seals on the electrical connection or any fraudulent
alteration to the rating of the fuses.
In the event of a fuse blowing in the electrical switch box it may only
be replaced by a representative of SEPEPNV.
The SEPEPNV only redistributes power produced and supplied to the
Centre by national electricity generating board and cannot be held
responsible for any temporary fluctuations in voltage which
exhibitors might experience in accordance with the regulations but
without a voltage regulator.
Insurance
Assurance
The exhibitor is solely and entirely liable for any prejudicial
consequences resulting from the setting up, maintenance and operation
of his installations.
He waives any recourse against the SEPEPNV and pledges to obtain
a similar waiver from his own insurance company.
L’exposant est seul et entièrement responsable de toutes les
conséquences dommageables qui pourraient résulter de
l’aménagement, de la tenue et du fonctionnement de ses installations.
Il renonce à tout recours contre la SEPEPNV et s’engage à obtenir une

Les réseaux sont mis en service suivant les horaires fixés par
l’organisateur du salon. Les horaires de mise à disposition des
fluides (électricité, eau, air comprimé, téléphone) sont précisés dans
les tarifs joints en annexe.
Services are connected in accordance with the timetable determined
by the organiser of the exhibition. The times of the availability of
services (electricity, water, compressed air, telephone) are
specified in the enclosed price lists.
Exécution des travaux
Execution of work
Les sorties de fluides sont installées conformément au plan
d’aménagement joint au bon de commande. En cas d’absence de
plan, les sorties de fluides seront remises en place au plus près des
caniveaux techniques. L’exécution des branchements est programmée
en fonction de l’ordre d’arrivée des commandes. En cas de commande
tardive, la réalisation ne pourra s’effectuer qu’en fonction des
possibilités techniques et de l’état d’avancement des stands.
Services outlets will be installed in accordance with the layout plan
attached to the order form. Where no plan is supplied, the outlets will
be installed as close as possible to the service ducts.
Connection will be programmed according to the order in which the
orders are received. In the case of a late order, it will only be
possible to make the connection if this is technically feasible and
depending on the progress made in the erection of the stands.

Au-delà du coffret électrique, les installations, si elles ne sont pas
réalisées par les soins de la SEPEPNV, sont exécutées sous la seule
responsabilité de l’exposant et doivent être conformes aux
règlements en vigueur notamment :
L’arrêté de M. le Préfet de la Seine du 2.12.1927,
L’ordonnance de M. le Préfet de Police du 25.8.55,
La brochure C 15 100 éditée par l’Union Technique de l’Electricité,
Le décret 62-1454 du 14.11.88 relatif à la protection des travailleurs qui
mettent en œuvre des courants électriques et plus particulièrement :

Article 10, paragraphe 1 : il est interdit d’utiliser la terre ou une

Article 20, paragraphe 3 : l’alimentation de tout appareil amovible se
fera par une prise de courant fixée à proximité de l’appareil.
Article 49, paragraphe 1 : toute intervention sur l’installation électrique
du stand devra être précédée de la coupure de l’appareil alimentant tout
ou partie de l’installation considérée. Les installations d’éclairage et de
prises de courant seront subdivisées en circuit de 10 ampères.
Article 5, paragraph 2 : Installations carried out by a qualified person
using appropriate materials and in accordance with good working
practices.
Article 10, paragraph 1 : Prohibition on the use of the main earth mass
or any metallic earth conductor as a live conductor.
Article 11, paragraph C and D : Requirement to connect separately
all HT electrical machinery and signs to the earthing circuit without any
interruption (switch, fuses, etc.).
Article 20, paragraph 3 : The supply to all movable appliances shall
be via a power point located close to the appliance.
Article 49, paragraph 1 : The device supplying all or part of an
electrical installation on a stand shall be switched off prior to any work
being carried out on such an installation. Light fittings and power points
will be subdivided into 10 amp circuits.

Les véhicules autorisés à circuler et stationner à l’intérieur de
l’enceinte du Parc doivent respecter les dispositions du Code de
la route, ces règles étant complétées par les prescriptions suivantes :
Driving – Parking
Vehicles which are authorised within the confines of the Exhibition Centre
must comply with the traffic regulations, these being
supplemented by the following requirements :
1. La vitesse maximum des véhicules sur les pistes de circulation est
fixée à 40 km/h.
2. Le stationnement est interdit aux camping-cars et aux
caravanes sous peine d’enlèvement et de mise en fourrière du
véhicule, sur toutes les voies de circulation, aux abords des
bâtiments, sur les voies pompiers et autres lieux de passage.
3. Les usagers doivent laisser le libre accès aux divers bâtiments
ainsi qu’aux bornes d’incendie, afin de ne pas gêner ni entraver l’action
des services de sécurité.
4. Sur les parkings, les usagers doivent respecter le marquage au
sol des différentes places de stationnement ainsi que le sens de
circulation. Tout véhicule occupant plusieurs places du fait d’une

5. Il est formellement interdit de procéder, sur les parkings et les voies
de circulation, à des réparations mécaniques ou au nettoyage des
véhicules.
6. Pour les exposants, la durée de stationnement autorisée sur les
parkings est limitée au plus à la période contractuelle de location
du Parc par l’organisateur, c’est-à-dire incluant les périodes de
montage, démontage, d’ouverture à la manifestation et suivant les
horaires fixés par lui.
7. Tout véhicule immobilisé au-delà des périodes définies précédemment
sera enlevé et mis en fourrière à la diligence des organisateurs.
8. Période de montage et de démontage : le stationnement, pendant
la nuit en dehors des heures d’ouverture, de tout véhicule à moteur
utilisé pour le transport de matériels ou objets à exposer, est interdit
dans les halls d’expositions et les halls de services. Le Parc, en ces
périodes, ne peut en aucun cas garantir aux exposants l’usage exclusif
de leurs places de parking.
9. Période d’ouverture des expositions : seuls les véhicules des
exposants munis de leur carte d’accès auront le droit de pénétrer
et stationner sur les ‘’Parkings exposants‘’. Ces cartes devront
obligatoirement être apposées sur le pare-brise du véhicule.
10. Pendant l’ouverture au public du salon, les places de parkings sont
réservées aux véhicules de tourisme. Tous les véhicules utilitaires
et poids lourds devront stationner sur le parking poids lourds réservé
à cet effet à l’entrée du Parc.
1. Maximum speed of vehicles is 40 Km/h.
Article 5, paragraphe 2 : installations réalisées par une personne

2. Parking is prohibited on all thoroughfares, approaches to
buildings and emergency access and other roads. Improperly
parked vehicles may be towed away and impounded.
3. Drivers must allow free access to the various buildings, and also
to fire hydrants, so as not to impede or hamper the actions of emergency
services.
4. In the car parks, drivers must park within marked parking spaces
and observe the direction of traffic flow. Any article which takes
up more than one parking space through bad parking may be
removed and impounded.
5. The repairing and washing of vehicles in the car parks and on the
roads is expressly forbidden.
6. In the case of exhibitors, the authorised period of parking may not
exceed the contractual period of hiring of the Exhibition Centre
by the organiser, i.e. including the assembly and disassembly
periods, the opening of the exhibition and in accordance with the
timetable drawn up by him.
7. Any vehicle remaining after the periods defined above will be removed
and impounded at the request of the organisers.
8. Assembly and disassembly period : at night and outside the hours
of opening, the parking of any motor vehicle used for the transport of
equipment and exhibition and service halls. During these periods, the
Management Company of the Centre cannot under any circumstances,
guarantee exhibitors the exclusive use of their parking spaces.
9. Whilst the exhibition is open : only exhibitors’ vehicles, displaying
their permit will be entitled to enter and park in the “Exhibitors” car parks.
These permits must be affixed to the vehicle’s windscreen.
10. Whilst the exhibition is open to the public, parking spaces are
reserved for private vehicles. All commercial vehicles and HGVs must
be parked in the lorry park provided for this purpose at the entrance
to Exhibition Centre.

12. Parking is at the owner’s own risk. The fees charged only cover
parking and not security and supervision.
13. Under no circumstances shall the Exhibition Centre be held liable

L’exercice de l’activité de traiteur sur le Parc est ouvert à
tout prestataire (externe et interne au site).
Catering activity in the Exhibition Centre is open to any
provider (external or internal to the Centre).
Les organisateurs et exposants peuvent faire appel soit
aux traiteurs du Parc (Eliance-Rosell ou Horeto), soit à des
traiteurs agréés par le Parc.
Organizers and exhibitors can call on either the Centre’s
caterers (Eliance-Rosell or Horeto), or on other caterers
certified by the Centre.
Chaque année, un nombre de traiteurs correspondant aux
normes de qualités, d’hygiène et de sérieux est agréé. La
liste des sociétés agréées est disponible auprès du
responsable de la restauration et des traiteurs.
Each year, a certain number of caterers is certified. Their
standards of quality, and hygiene comply with established
standards for the industry. The list of certified companies
is available from the Centre’s restaurant and catering
manager.

au Parc d’une redevance de 12 % proportionnelle au chiffre
d’affaires, alimentaire et boisson, hors taxes, hors transport
et hors personnel.
Catering activity is subject to the payment to the centre
of a proportional fee amounting to 12% of turnover on food
and drinks, excluding taxes, transport and personnel costs.
La déclaration du chiffre d’affaires est impérative dans les
15 jours suivant la fin du salon.
The turnover generated must be reported within 15 days
following the end of the trade fair.
Les traiteurs appelés à servir des réceptions dans les salles
de réunions du Parc, doivent également demander euxmêmes l’agrément du Parc. Les lieux de réception
doivent être laissés aussi propres qu’à l’arrivée du traiteur.
Caterers asked to cater receptions in the Centre’s
conference rooms must also request authorization from
the Centre. These conference rooms must be left as clean
as they were found at the outset.
L’agrément est délivré par le Parc pour la durée d’un salon
ou pour une manifestation particulière.
Authorization is given by the Centre for the duration of the
trade fair or for special events.
L’agrément peut être retiré à tout moment ou ne pas être
renouvelé pour manquement aux règles ci-dessus.
Authorization can be withdrawn at any time or not be
renewed in case any of the above rules is breached.
