1.
Candidature and Announcement
The applications of the National Ski Associations (NSA) have to be sent to FIS
using the FIS Calendar program (ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs/) by 31st
August (31st May for the Southern Hemisphere and summer competitions).
1.1
Corrections
Only corrections of Organisers Contact information can be done all season by
the National Ski Associations using the calendar programme.
Any Place and Date changes that occur after original input must be
communicated to the respective discipline administrator by e-mail (not anymore
with the programme), who will make the necessary amendments to the FIS
Database. These changes are then immediately visible on the official FIS
website www.fis-ski.com and an updated version of the FIS calendar file
(Fiscal.zip) will be uploaded on to the FIS ftp site: ftp://ftp.fisski.ch every day.
2.
Allocation of the Competitions
Allocation of the competitions to the National Ski Associations is made through
the electronic communication process between FIS and the National Ski
Associations. In the case of FIS World Cup competitions, that may only be
entered through the FIS Office, the calendars are subject to the approval of the
FIS Council, on proposal of the respective Technical Committee.
3.
Homologations
Competitions that appear in the FIS Calendar may only take place on
competition courses or jumping hills homologated by the FIS.
When applying for the inclusion of a competition, the homologation certificate
number must be provided.
4.
Publication of the FIS Calendar
The FIS calendar is published by FIS on the FIS website www.fis-ski.com. It will
be updated to reflect cancellations, postponements and other changes
continuously by FIS.
5.
Postponements
In case of the postponement of a competition listed in the FIS Calendar, FIS
has to be informed immediately and a new invitation must be sent to the
National Ski Associations, otherwise the competition cannot be considered for
FIS points.
6.
Calendar Fees
A calendar fee, is set by the Congress, and is due for each year and for each
event listed in the FIS Calendar. For additional events, a 50% surcharge will be
made in addition to the regular calendar fee for applications submitted 30 days
before the date of the competition.
The calendar fee for a competition that has to be rescheduled remains the
responsibility for payment in full of the original organising National Ski
Association.

6.1
At the beginning of the season, each NSA will receive an invoice for 70% of its
total invoice from the previous season. This amount will be debited from its FIS
account. At the end of the season, each NSA will receive a detailed invoice for
all registered competitions as well as all registered competitors during the
season. The balance will subsequently be debited or credited to the NSA
account at FIS

Rules for the FIS Competitor Registrations
1.
Registration Procedure
Competitors are registered by using the FOU (FIS Online Update) System on
the FIS website via the Member Section http://fis-ski.com/.
The Login and Password (same as in previous years) can be received from the
respective discipline administrator.
With this system the status of the competitors can be changed, the biographies
can be updated and new competitors can be added. The FIS Codes will be
distributed automatically.
Registration of competitors can be made during the whole season. Please make
sure to register them before the respective FIS points lists!
1.1
Status of the registrations
- Active (in the FIS points list). The status "active" remains even if the
competitors do not participate in a FIS event. Status changes from “active” to
“inactive” can only be done between 01.06. and 31.12.
- Only competitors with an active FIS Code are allowed to participate in FIS
events. Entries are controlled by the Organiser and the FIS Technical
Delegate.
Important:
Competitors with an injury status must remain registered as active to maintain
injury protection.
2.
Athletes Declaration and Insurance
Only competitors who have signed the athletes' declaration: http://www.fisski.com/uk/insidefis/fisgeneralrules/licences.html as per ICR art. 203.3 and have
appropriate insurance (ICR 212.4) may be registered by his/her National Ski
Association.
The responsible person of the National Ski Association, who sends the
registration to FIS, confirms directly that the above mentioned requirements are
fulfilled.

Règlement pour le calendrier FIS
1.
Candidature et inscription
Les demandes des Associations Nationales de Ski (NSA) sont à envoyer à la
FIS avec le programme Calendrier de la FIS
(ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs/) jusqu'à 31. août (31. mai Southern
Hemisphere et compétitions d’été).
1.1
Corrections
Seulement les corrections de contact des organisateurs peuvent être
enregistrées par les Associations Nationales de Ski à l'aide du programme
calendrier pendant toute la saison.
Tous les changements concernant la place et la date après cette date doivent
être envoyés par e-mail (non plus par le programme) directement aux
responsables des disciplines correspondantes, qui entreprendront les
amendements nécessaires dans la base de données FIS. Ces corrections
seront visibles tout de suite sur le site Internet officiel de la FIS www.fis-ski.com.
Le fichier calendrier FIS (Fiscal.zip) sur le site ftp://ftp.fisski.ch sera actualisé
chaque jour.
2.
Attribution des compétitions
L'attribution des compétitions aux associations nationales se fait par le
processus de communication électronique entre FIS et les Associations
Nationales de Ski. Dans le cas des compétitions de la Coupe du Monde FIS,
ceux peuvent être entrées par le bureau de FIS, les calendriers sont sujet à
l'approbation du FIS Conseil, sur proposition du Comité technique respectif.
3.
Homologations
Les épreuves inscrites au Calendrier FIS doivent être disputées sur des sites de
compétition ou des tremplins homologués par la FIS.
Le numéro du certificat de l'homologation doit accompagner la demande de
publication d'une compétition dans le Calendrier FIS.
4.
Apparition du calendrier FIS
Le calendrier est publié par la FIS au page web de la FIS www.fis-ski.com. Il
sera mis à jour pour refléter des annulations, des ajournements et d'autres
changements à leur réception par FIS.
5.
Reports
Dans le cas où une compétition inscrite dans le Calendrier FIS est reportée, la
FIS doit être informée immédiatement et une nouvelle invitation doit être
envoyée aux associations nationales, sinon la compétition ne peut pas être
considérée pour les points FIS.
6.
Cotisations du calendrier
Les frais pour le calendrier des compétitions fixés par le Congrès, sont à verser
chaque année pour toutes les manifestations mentionnées dans le calendrier.
Pour toutes les manifestations, approuvées par la FIS 30 jours avant la
compétition, une taxe augmentée de 50% est à payer.

Le paiement d’une taxe pour une compétition déplacée, reste à la
responsabilité de l’Association Nationales de Ski qui organisait la compétition
originalement.
6.1
Au début de la saison, chaque NSA recevra une facture de 70% de sa facture
totale de la saison précédée qui sera débitée sur son compte FIS.
A la fin de la saison, chaque NSA recevra une facture pour toutes les
compétitions enregistrées et toutes les inscriptions des compétiteurs. Le solde
sera débité sur son compte FIS.

Règlement pour les inscriptions des compétiteurs
1.
Procédure d’enregistrement
L’enregistrement des nouveaux compétiteurs se fait par le biais du FOU System
(FIS Online Update System) depuis le site de la FIS http://www.fis-ski.com dans
la section des Membres.
Sur votre demande, le login et le mot de passe (les mêmes que précédentes
années) vous sont transmis par les personnes responsables de chaque
discipline auprès de la FIS.
Avec ce système, le statut ainsi que la biographie des compétiteurs peuvent
être mis à jour. Le code FIS pour les nouveaux compétiteurs vous sera
automatiquement donné.
L’enregistrement des compétiteurs peut se faire pendant toute la saison. Les
compétiteurs doivent être enregistrés avant la parution des listes de points FIS
respectives.
1.1
Status des enregistrements
- Actif (sur les listes FIS). Le statut «actif» reste appliqué si le compétiteur ne
participe à aucune compétition FIS. Le changement de status de «actif» à
«inactif» peut s’effectuer du 01.06. au 31.12.
- Seulement les compétiteurs avec un code FIS actif sont autorisé à participer
aux compétitions FIS. Les inscriptions doivent être contrôlées par
l’organisateur et par le délégué technique FIS (DT).
Important:
Les compétiteurs avec le statut de blessé doivent être inscrits comme actifs
pour conserver leur statut de blessé.
2.
Déclarations des athlètes et de l’assurance
Seuls les compétiteurs ayant signé la déclaration des athlètes: http://www.fisski.com/uk/insidefis/fisgeneralrules/licences.html selon art 203.3 du RIS et
ayant l’assurance appropriée (RIS 212.4) pourront être inscrits par
l’Associations Nationale.
La personne responsable de l’Association Nationale qui effectue
l’enregistrement à la FIS confirme que les exigences mentionnées
précédemment sont satisfaites.

Bestimmungen für den FIS Kalender
1.
Bewerbung und Anmeldung
Die Anträge des Nationalen Ski Verbandes (NSA) sind elektronisch über das
von
der
FIS
zur
Verfügung
gestellte
Kalender
Programm
(ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs/ bis am 31. August (31. Mai für die
südliche Hemisphäre und Sommerbewerbe) an die FIS einzureichen.
1.1
Korrekturen
Nur Korrekturen von Kontaktinformationen der Organisatoren können neu
während der ganzen Saison mit dem Kalenderprogramm angepasst werden.
Ort und Daten Änderungen nach der „original“ Eingabe müssen direkt an die
zuständigen Disziplinen-Verantwortlichen per Email (nicht mehr mit dem
Programm) gesandt werden, welche die nötigen Änderungen in der FIS
Datenbank vornehmen.
2.
Zuteilung der Wettkämpfe
Die Zuteilung der Wettkämpfe an die nationalen Verbände erfolgt durch die
elektronische Kommunikation zwischen FIS und den Nationalen Ski Verbänden.
FIS Weltcup Bewerbe, werden durch das FIS Büro eingegeben. Die Weltcup
Kalender müssen auf Antrag des jeweiligen technischen Komitees vom FIS
Vorstand genehmigt werden.
3.
Homologationen
Wettkämpfe, die im FIS-Kalender erscheinen, dürfen nur auf Wettkampfstrecken oder Sprungschanzen ausgetragen werden, die von der FIS
homologiert worden sind.
Die Homologationsnummern müssen im FIS Kalender eingetragen werden.
4.
FIS Kalender
Der Kalender ist auf der FIS Website www.fis-ski.com publiziert. Absagen,
Verschiebungen und andere Änderungen werden laufend von der FIS
aktualisiert.
5.
Verschiebungen
Im Falle einer Verschiebung eines im FIS-Kalender aufgeführten Wettkampfes
hat eine entsprechende Meldung an die FIS zu erfolgen, und eine neue
Ausschreibung/Einladung muss an die nationalen Verbände verschickt werden,
ansonsten der entsprechende Wettkampf nicht für die FIS-Punktebewertung
herangezogen wird.
6.
Kalendergebühren
Eine vom Kongress festgelegte Kalendergebühr für jedes Jahr und jede
Veranstaltung, welche im FIS Kalender publiziert ist zu entrichten. Für weitere
Veranstaltungen, die von der FIS später als 30 Tage vor dem Datum des
Bewerbes, genehmigt werden, ist die Kalendergebühr mit einem Zuschlag von
50% zu bezahlen.
Die Kalendergebühr einer zu verschiebenden Veranstaltung wird in vollem
Umfang vom ursprünglich organisierenden Nationalen Skiverband getragen.

6.1
Zu Beginn der Saison erhält jeder Nationale Verband eine Pauschalrechnung
von 70% der Totalrechnung aus der vorangegangenen Saison. Am Ende der
Saison erhält jeder Verband eine detaillierte Rechnung für alle während der
Saison eingeschriebenen Bewerbe und Wettkämpfer. Der Saldo wird
anschliessend direkt dem jeweiligen Kontokorrent der betreffenden Nation
verrechnet.

Bestimmungen für die Einschreibungen der Wettkämpfer
1.
Ablauf der Einschreibungen
Die Wettkämpfer werden via FOU System (FIS Online Update) auf der FIS
Website unter der Member Sektion registriert. http://www.fis-ski.com.
Das Login und Passwort (dieselben wie in früheren Jahren) sind bei den
Disziplinenverantwortlichen der FIS erhältlich.
Registrierungen können während der gesamten Saison vorgenommen werden.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wettkämpfer vor der jeweiligen FIS Punkte Liste
registriert werden.
1.1
Status der Wettkämpfer
Aktiv
(in der FIS Punkte Liste). Der Status „Aktiv“ wird beibehalten, auch
wenn ein Athlet nicht an FIS Wettkämpfen startet. Status Änderungen
von „Aktiv“ auf „Inaktiv“ können nur zwischen 01.06. und 31.12.
getätigt werden.
Nur Athleten mit einem aktiven FIS Code sind bei FIS Wettkämpfen
zugelassen. Der Organisator und der Technische Delegierte, sollen
die Anmeldungen kontrollieren.
Wichtig:
Wettkämpfer mit Verletztenstatus müssen als aktive Wettkämpfer gemeldet
werden und aktiv bleiben.
