FIS Autumn Meetings Zurich (SUI), Hotel Hilton Zurich Airport (SUI),
29th September – 3rd October 2015
Dear President,
Dear Ski friends,
We have pleasure enclosing the timetable for the meetings of the various FIS Committees,
Sub-Committees and Working Groups in Zurich (SUI) from 29th September – 3rd October
2015. The location is our traditional FIS Autumn Meetings venue, the Hotel Hilton Zurich
Airport.
It is necessary for you to register your participation via the FIS Event Registration tool
before 21st August to assist the detailed planning, such as meeting room allocation, coffee
breaks, etc.
Requests for accommodation (Hotel Hilton Zurich Airport) can also be made as part of the
registration in the FIS Event Registration tool. The room rates for single room, double room
or twin bed room are CHF 299.- per night/per room (excl. taxes). Please be informed that
the rooms will be allocated on a “first come – first served“ basis. For travel assistance
please contact FIS Travel directly ([email protected] / +41 33 244 14 14).

A hotel bus (free of charge) operates between Zurich Airport (leaving from Arrivals between
Terminals 1 & 2) and the Hotel Hilton every 20 - 30 minutes (5.30 – 23.10).
FIS Youth & Children's Seminar – 30th September 2015
We have pleasure enclosing the pre-information for the FIS Youth & Children's Seminar
2015. The topic of this year’s seminar is “Social Media in Sports”. The event will commence
by the traditional networking evening on Tuesday 29th September. Please register by 21st
August via the FIS Event Registration tool or via the following link:

L'endroit est l'hôtel Hilton aéroport de Zurich (comme dans les années passées). Veuillez faire
l’enregistrement par le «FIS Event Registration tool» avant 21 août pour simplifier la
planification.
Les réservations pour les chambres (Hotel Hilton Zurich Airport) peuvent être demandées
par «FIS Event Registration tool». Les prix pour les chambres individuelles, chambres
double et chambres grandlit sont CHF 299.- par nuit/chambre (excl taxes). Nous vous
informons que les chambres seront attribuées selon le principe premier à demander,

In der Beilage erhalten Sie den Zeitplan der Herbstsitzungen der FIS Komitees, SubKomitees und Arbeitsgruppen in Zürich (SUI) von 29. September – 3. Oktober 2015.
Sitzungsort ist das Hotel Hilton Zürich Airport. Wir bitten Sie, sich per FIS Event
Registration Tool bis spätestens 21. August anzumelden. Dies erleichtert die Planung aller
Sitzungen.
Anfragen für Zimmer (Hotel Hilton Zurich Airport) können über das FIS Event Registration
Tool getätigt werden. Der Zimmerpreis für Einzel-, Doppel- und Grandlit-Zimmer beträgt
CHF 299.- pro Nacht/Zimmer (ohne Kurtaxe). Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Zimmer auf
Basis von “first come – first served” zugeteilt werden. Für Reisearrangements kann man
